Inside lovely. Pictures of outside deck, landscaping etc. need to be updated . Owners very responsive, which was lovely.

We had a wonderful time- perfect for two families, each with one small child. Everything was clean and well maintained, and the house had everything we could have needed! A wonderful spot for our first get together with friends in over a year.

This is a very comfortable home with all of the amenities that you'd need for a nice vacation with friends and family. Beaches are very close as are many restaurants and shops. The home has beautiful decor and the pictures are spot on for showing how nice the property is. The outdoor shower was great!! Highly recommend this property for your next vacation!

Perfect house for our group! Three full bathrooms plus an outdoor shower was a plus. House was very clean and the location was convenient. Bill was very responsive and quick to answer all questions.

Bill is a very attentive host and willing to go above and beyond to make your visit enjoyable. We love the location because it’s right off the bike path, biking or driving distant to three beaches and sandwiched between Harwichport and Chatham. You can walk or bike to Marion’s Pie Shop for breakfast or lunch, to the Chatham airport, or bike a little more and you’ll be in Chatham center. Visiting the beaches close to the house are no stress, go in the morning or afternoon and you’ll still find parking and enough space on the beach to to relax with your family. At the end of the day, take an outdoor shower and chill in the backyard or family room.

We totally enjoyed our stay at the Elbow Inn. The house was comfortable, charming and well equipped for our visit to the Cape. We sampled the area’s great cuisine with some tips from our host but also cooked several dinners at the house that were relaxing and provided fun family time. The house is well situated to have convenient access to grocery stores and other services as well as downtown Chatham and other local sites. We would choose this home again for another visit!

This home is wonderful. It is spotlessly clean and the layout with 2 master suites is great for a family or group of friends. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. It is located close to downtown Chatham and a short drive to several beaches. The owner, Bill Leahy, is a very welcoming and accommodating . We can hardly wait to return!

My family enjoyed staying at Bill’s place. The location was perfect...close proximity to downtown Chatham but far enough away that it was quiet at the house. We had an infant with us, and the home had a high chair and pack n play for us to use!

The house was an absolutely lovely place to stay. Plenty of space for 8 people, including an add-on with a bedroom and bathroom separate from the house. Bill was very responsive, including taking a call before the trip, checking in to see how things were, and responding right away to a minor issue with one of the toilets. My group and I had a great experience here. I would definitely recommend this place!

Bill and Patty own the property. They were very responsive to our questions prior to booking the property and were a wealth of information regarding activities to do in the area. When we arrived, we were met by Patty who gave us a tour of the home. They also made themselves accessible by phone during our stay. They provide their house guests with various beach equipment, including beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards. The home is neat, clean and comfortable. The one suggestion is that room darkening shades be installed in the bedrooms, because even with the window shades drawn down the bedrooms were very bright in the early morning, which caused everyone to wake up earlier than they would have liked. With the exception of the shades, overall we enjoyed our stay at the house and would recommend it to others.

Bill & Patti’s Elbow Inn was a very pleasurable place to stay for our week on Cape Cod. My sister, her two adult children, my wife, our adult daughter, and I enjoyed it very much. My sister lives in Newton Mass and my wife and I live in northern California, but we have vacationed in Cape Cod many times and have also used VRBO many times. The Elbow Inn is quite nicely situated near many restaurants as well as Chatham center. My nephew was able to rent a bike for the week without a problem and my daughter enjoyed daily runs & swimming nearby. Even though it was clearly stated in the VRBO description, we were a bit surprised that bed linens and towels were not provided; however Bill gave us the name of a service that delivered the necessary linens before we arrived and picked them up just as we were checking out. The four bedrooms were very spacious and the 3 bathrooms were quite adequate. One of the deciding factors in my choosing this place was that they have an outdoor shower. It was certainly a treat for us (the weather was quite warm & sticky) to be able to shower outside every morning. Cape Cod weather, being what it is, we also appreciated the large air conditioner in the living room, as well as, the air conditioners in each of the four bedrooms. The only drawback we felt staying here was that the beds in all four rooms were uncomfortable. I would suggest new mattresses in all of the rooms, as well as, replacing the Queen bed in the attached suite with a King or at least a Cal-King for those of us who need a larger bed.

Perfect house for our group of 6 adults. We loved the 2 master suites arrangement and the room with a queen was small but very nice feeling. We loved all the windows, opened them up and enjoyed the cool Cape Cod air. The light and open feeling in the living space was wonderful. The couch was so comfy and huge and had a lot of space for us to congregate. The beds were comfortable (except I did have complaints about the one twin room with a plastic covering on the mattress. ) I understand though the need if there are kids! The kitchen was stocked adequately, we cooked a couple breakfasts and we used some beach chairs in the basement which came in handy. Over all a Super experience especially if you value 3 Bathrooms! At a reasonable price. The only drawback is the location on a main street and it was a little tricky making a left turn as well as some road noise. We felt it was worth even considering this.
