We rented this unit for a week in September for a post-summer family getaway (4 adults, 1 toddler). The unit was very clean and had everything that we needed. The property is very family friendly - there is a big green space right out the back door with a pool, hot tub and beach within a 30 second walk. The other property owners/renters were very friendly. Great location literally right beside the Frind Winery, with lots of other wineries a short drive away. Would definitely rent this property again.

Very happy with our stay - lots of room for our group of 5 (2 couples + 1 teen). Really enjoyed the access to the pool, hot tub and beach, as a bonus the Frind Winery was within a 2 minute walk! No complaints the cottage came with everything needed. Would love to return another time and will be recommending to friends and family visiting the area.

Great cottage for a family vacation.. Cottage is clean, well stocked, very comfortable, great location with an private beach and pool. Lots of grassy area for kids to enjoy and play and very comfortable patio right at your cottage to enjoy relaxing and dining out your patio door. Frind winery is just a few steps away next door for good food and wine. Second stay at Bouchiere Beach cottages we will return again. Booking, check in and check out all very easy to do.

Cottage was very comfortable, clean, well stocked and a perfect spot to enjoy a few days in Kelowna. Grassy lawn and pool were a huge hit with the kids. Plus it's a nice short stroll over to Frind Winery for some delicious food and wine.

Lovely comfortable stay. The condo is clean and is well stocked. The kitchen has everything you could possibly want. The pool and hot tub were fantastic. You definitely need a car because there’s not much within walking distance and you can’t really walk on the shore of the lake. The winery next door was worth visiting. Disappointed that there was no propane fill service as we witnessed with another neighbour. We had to refill the propane tank ourselves at our own cost. Also, we were charged extra money for the 6th person in our group because of cleaning. We paid a high amount for cleaning considering we were required to clean fridge, remove all garbage, wash towels, clean bbq and strip the beds before leaving. Two of the 3 bedrooms are very small. Ok for kids. The owner was not as flexible as we would have liked when we requested changes due to flight changes and concerns about wildfires so guests should be firm with their plans when they book. However, I would still recommend this comfortable place to stay in the Oakanagan.

We had a nice stay at the Boucherie Beach property. The location is perfect and the setup of the condos is quite nice as long as privacy isn't too important to you. We were a little surprised and disappointed to have to provide our own toilet paper (apparently an extra roll was supposed to be in each washroom but wasn't) and the propane on the fire table ran out first use. Other than that the condo is well stocked and comfortable. The outdoor setup is perfect with lots of room for the kids to play and the pool overlooking the lake is beautiful. Would return!

Lovely clean and well stocked condo. A 2 minute walk to the beach and pool. Would definitely recommend staying here.
