Property is just as described. We could see whales out the window and it was just a short walk to Kapalua Bay which had great snorkeling. The condo was fully stocked and had tons of room for our family of 5 including all the beach gear you could need. Would def stay again!

The property is beautiful and amenities are first class. The master bedroom is upstairs and has a beautiful view of the ocean with sitting area. The only negative for some may be the master bedroom is an open balcony to the living area and offers little privacy from other guests.

We stayed here with our three young kids and had a blast. The space was very nicely finished, the kitchen was well-stocked, and beds were comfy! We loved being so close to the ocean and the pool is a very short walk. We would definitely stay here again on a return trip.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this spacious condo. Views of the ocean and waves are spectacular. Easy access to the coastal trail and beach made for pleasant early morning walks. Condo was decorated tastefully. Large place to comfortably stay with others but we loved having it all to ourselves.

Everything was perfect. The location is exactly as described. In 3 minutes on the beach. Check in was very easy and well described. There are many restaurants and bars in the area and of course beaches:-). We will come again!

The villa was beautiful and clean and the views from the first and second level were priceless. The villa was fully stocked with all the necessities and more. The property management was always available and responded in a timely manner. My family and I would definitely stay here again.

Great location, great views of the ocean, close to beaches like DT Fleming, Slaughterhouse, kapalua bay, Napili and great snorkelling in Honolua. The house was clean, well furnished and had everything we needed. Expensive as expected in Hawaii. The spiral staircase is a little tricky for small kids. Would happily stay there again.

The property was amazing and we enjoyed our time. We will be back next year.

Dave is absolutely tremendous to work with. The property is clean, recently updated, and I can't imagine a better VRBO on Maui in this price range...heck, ANY price range. Far enough off the beaten path where you can get some peace and quiet, and yet close enough to the action where you can be in the middle of it with a 15 minute drive... HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!

This is our 9th year and 4th unit booked at Kapalua Bay Villas. All have been excellent, but this was without question the best of all 4. Fantastic property, well decorated throughout, kitchen well equipped with all that anyone who cooks would ask for. Amazing views of the ocean, indoor and outdoor dining areas in the unit both excellent. Bedrooms and bathrooms better than even in the pictures. Dave, the property manager, was very responsive when we need to chat. This is a 5 star unit without question!!

This is one of the most beautiful properties we have stayed at! Location, area, view, amenities, owner, were all way above our expectations! We will try to reserve this beautiful property whenever we travel to Maui! We wish there was a 6 star rating as an option, it deserves it!

Stayed for 10 days in late Jan - the property was a wonderful base - beautiful views and steps from the cliffs / beach. Property listing doesn't do the views justice, and the property itself is very well maintained and very comfortable. Would highly recommend.

The condo was beautiful. It did not lack any amenities. Beautiful ocean front view within steps of the pool. Lots of walking paths for our morning strolls.

Very nice property…but keep in mind, many are around you, so if your looking for seclusion, consider Hana as a option. Regardless, we enjoyed our stay here.

My family really enjoyed staying at this property. The location was ideal for beachfront, we could go either direction and be in close walking distance to 4 different beaches, cliff jumping and multiple restaurants. Ironwood beach is directly behind the unit, and we spent multiple days and evenings hanging out there. We would definitely come back to stay. Just FYI, it is all glass on the backside and if you keep the blinds open all day will make it hotter inside, the AC cannot keep up in the living area and upstairs , but cools it back down at night.. we got used to it. The downstairs master stays really cool. Overall was an amazing stay!

We initially booked this trip for the Maui Invitational Basketball tournament and decided to make the trip despite Covid cancelling the tournament. The community is spotless and the condo was too and I’m really picky! The kitchen had everything we needed and the washer and dryer seemed brand new. The views are amazing and from almost every room even the master bedroom shower! They had plenty of extra towels and bedding. My only recommendation would be that it may be time to upgrade the couch and TV in the living room, the TV was glitching a lot of the time. Dave the property manager was very responsive and provided us with some helpful recommendations for restaurants and things to do on the island. I would recommend this condo to anyone wanting to stay Kapalua.

Spectacular property behind the pool and only a few steps from the ocean and cliff trail. Even during the pandemic, the property manager was on the ball with communication and the property was vacation ready. The upstairs captain chairs overlooking the ocean was our favorite morning and evening spot. The large lanai was perfect for meals and lounging. We absolutely loved staying here!

This is a beautiful unit in an amazing location. Views are unmatched - sunrise is spectacular. Dave was so accommodating and the beach equipment made all the difference. Highly recommend and hope to return.

This was a really nice property. Very clean, kitchen was reasonably stocked, comfortable beds and a great location. Very nice Weber BBQ at the pool too. One thing you may want to consider is the upstairs bedroom is open to the bottom floor so if you're with others, it's not the most private situation. I do wish that the windows over the stairs had some sort of blind you can close but it's a minor issue. We called Bambi (with the property management) as we drove in from the airport and she was waiting for us to let us in. We did call her once during our stay and she promptly responded to our request. Would definitely consider renting again.

Calm, silent with beautiful views in convenient location. This place for those people who want to spend their 80% of the time in relaxation.

Enjoyed every single moment at this immensely gorgeous place! Dave was a super great guy to deal with! The views are to die for. Oneloa beach was very convenient to go to (less than 5 min walking distance) as it was so close and there were so few people there. No need to even travel to the other beaches that are stuffed with people! There were days that we didn't even want to go out because the place in itself was so relaxing! The kids went to the pool every day (30 seconds walking distance). Very close to Merriman's and Sea House Restaurant and the very useful Napali Market. We will never ever forget this place!!!

Outstanding!

The location of this property is outstanding and we enjoyed our time there. The master bedroom upstairs has a beautiful view, however it lacks privacy since there is no wall separating it from the high ceiling main floor family room. That is the one negative aspect to this property.

The property and the unit are very well maintained. Wonderful views of the ocean. The unit essentially has two master bedrooms which was great since we had two adult couples. It is close to the pool, the owners provided towels, backpack chairs for the beach, boogie boards and toys for kids, if needed. The manager, Dave, was great and very helpful. The property is within easy walking distance of several good restaurants and an easy drive to shopping and dining

Wake up to the sound of the ocean waves and enjoy the view with a cup of coffee! Right above the heated pool, 100 yards from the beach. Beautiful beach, good snorkeling, not easy swimming for young kids, but kid's beach can be walked to on path about 15 minute walk away.
