It was absolutely perfect. The the weather wasn’t the greatest, but we still had fun. Great communication with the owner. The view was amazing and the place looked exactly like the photos but better. Very clean and it had everything you could need. Will definitely stay here again. Thanks for having us.

My family and I stayed in Bill’s condo this March. I’m late with the review but wanted to share that we enjoyed the condo and found the location to be perfect. There were four of us and this offered just enough room. This place is literally on the boardwalk steps from the beach and multiple restaurants, etc. Check-in was simple, the condo was clean and sufficiently stocked with toiletries, and again, the location was everything. I will definitely stay here again when visiting OC.

Bill is there if you need him which you most likely won’t. Most responsive host I have worked with. The boardwalk is busy with a lot to do for all ages. Beach is right there without the crowd. Suited our needs. Enjoy this place and thank you Bill.

Rental condo was clean, comfortable, and we'll equipped with just about everything you would need, including nice beach chairs and a sturdy beach umbrella for your use. 20' × 50' deck is for real and passerby's pointed it out constantly with envy! Beach was literally steps across the Boardwalk (owner pictures are accurate) Also has a nice private balcony/deck area right outside sliders from livingroom area that had a table and tall chairs with a nice overhang that provided shade when a break from the sun and beachwas needed. I'm an early bird, so sunrises here, while sitting and having my morning coffee, were awesome. Condo is located in the heart of everything but still quiet. Parking is good also, plenty of room even for a bigger vehicle. Neighbors quiet and super nice and helpful! My family had such a great time and relaxing vacation, Hope to go back!! Owner Bill was great too, friendly, informative and responsive to all communications..Thanks Bill!

The stay right on the boardwalk was amazing

If you are looking to stay on the Boardwalk, this place is perfect for you. We had a great stay. The doors were a little funky to operate at first, but once we figured it out, they worked just fine. The Owner was available to call and help at any time.

We stayed early in June for the Air Show. Our location was perfect for the show, entertainment, and shopping. Bill, our host, was awesome! He was on top of everything. Our family highly recommends this property!!

Awesome would be an understatement when describing this condo. To start off it was well equipped for our family, we had all the essentials needed in the kitchen for making meals, the bedrooms and baths were nice and we had plenty of towels and linens. We loved the location of the condo right on the Boardwalk, we could walk to alot of places and not worry about driving or parking. Plus just walking out to the beach was great, speaking of, there was also a beach umbrella and 4 beach chairs for us to use. We had no issues during our stay but before we came down we had great communication with Bill who owns the condo, easy to talk to and very helpful, he answered any questions we had and was quick to respond to us. Our family loved our vacation and the condo so that's why I say Awesome 😎😎😎

Our weather was not the best, but because your right on the ocean the view was beautiful. Very close to good restaurant and pub. Great place to stay!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Bill’s Condo. The condo was very clean and the location can not be beat. The owner was very responsive and courteous at all times. The location was superb, being right off the Ocean City boardwalk. In addition, the deck provided us an opportunity to enjoy the beach and boardwalk without ever leaving the condo itself. My family enjoyed being able to go out to the boardwalk whenever they wanted without having to drive. This is a place I would definitely stay at again.

Absolutely amazing experience starting with Bill the owner and his attention to detail to the spectacular home nesting right on the Boardwalk. If you ever needed an example of everything done right this is it! Bill is awesome and always available for anything you need. The spot is perfect as we didn’t need to drive anywhere - And as close to all the action you are it’s very peaceful and relaxing when you want some alone time. We are customers for life!! Don’t miss this!

Highly recommend this condo right on the boardwalk with expanded balcony outfront. Super clean, very comfortable and VERY well stocked with everything you need for a great time!

This rental is well equipped and the owner did a great job providing information regarding included items such as beach chairs, etc. Cabinets are organized, beds are comfortable and it was very clean.

It's was an amazing location for so many reasons. * Baby Proof* Tween girls could bike up and down the boardwalk while my husband and I stayed in the condo with the baby. We could see them on the boardwalk and hear the baby by sitting on the balcony of the condo. * My Tween girls were able to play on the volleyball courts right outside of the condo. * My husband was able to sneak away for a couple of beers * The FREE park and skate park were right across the street so all three of my kids enjoyed* When it was too cold, we were able to watch an HBO movie on Demand! * The condo was conveniently located near amazing restaurants. * Towels, paper products, trash bags, laundry detergent, hand soap, dish soap, sponges and dish washer detergent were all provided! Made escaping so much easier! We will definitely be back!

Check in is easy, just show up. The condo was EXACTLY as pictured and described. If the owner said it was there, it was, and plenty more. Seriously, all you need to bring is food and clothes. Anything supplied was ample and in working order. Enough beach chairs for a family plus beach entertainment and boogey boards for the kids. There were no parking permit tags when we got there. Shot the owner a text and he replied quickly. Before I could bring the next load of luggage up we had two tags from a neighbor that’s another owner. That was the only hiccup the whole week. My only recommendation for renters is to bring some kind of small collapsible shelf or something for food. We tied a lot of counter space up with all the snacks and such for us and 3 kids. Highly recommend and we plan on returning.
