We have stayed at many VRBO properties but this one was the best! From waking up to a beautiful sunrise and spending the entire day by the pool and beach! My family, which included 3 grandchildren were in paradise! Joe the property manager was so helpful, with all my questions. The location of the home is right in the middle of the key and close to everything. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Our group of kids, parents, and grandparents had an incredible time at this property. Terri and Joe were responsive and kind and helped with all our needs. The house was spacious, had a well stocked kitchen, lots of towels, and most importantly an absolutely beautiful location. We hardly left the pool and beach. Saw dolphins on our last day. Would stay again!

This location is perfect for families with small children. The pool sits in front of the house, the view of the ocean from here is outstanding. Beware, the air conditioner can not be turned below 72 or the system freezes up.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, the entire group (ages 5-46) had a great time. The house is gorgeous, very well-appointed, and very very near any shops we needed for our stay. Town is overflowing with great eateries, and many of them are within a two or three minute drive of the house. The dock out back and the pool and shaded seating area beneath were in almost constant use. We rented kayaks and paddle boards (supplied by Joe, who is an incredible resource) and spent time paddling and seeing several varieties of fish, even one small hammerhead! The only negative things I will mention are 1. the accumulation of seaweed, but this is a fact of life throughout the Keys, and did almost nothing to dampen our enthusiasm. 2. Some of the houses along the street to the property could use a little TLC, but this again did nothing to effect our stay, I only mention it as someone else coming to the property should not be put off when they see it, as it’s invisible once within the gate and in no way bothered us the entire stay. We had a great time and I wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Wonderful trip, wonderful location.

We had a small retreat at this property and the owner and manager were extremely easy to work with and went above any beyond to make our stay terrific. We had a few minor maintenance issues that were handled quickly and overall the house and property were terrific!

The property was exactly as pictured on the VRBO listing- it was absolutely beautiful!! Communications with the property manager were good- he came to fix a few things promptly and was very nice to deal with. The home was the perfect size for 8 adults/2 kids. The kids loved the pool, and exploring the property (especially the resident iguanas, hermit crabs and palm trees). The adults loved the privacy of location, the relaxed feel of the house, the pool and exploring the ocean tide pools. We especially loved the 2 full size refrigerators, as we had lots of beverages and freshly caught fish to store! Great job- we would love to stay here again in the future!

We had a fantastic week in this lovely property. Exactly as advertised, perfect for a large family gathering, especially with a boat.

It was a perfect combination of a beautiful property inside and out, private access to the beach, plus an excellent location and proximity to a ton activities and amenities. Our communications with the owner and the property manager were always smooth and so accommodating. They both were very reachable and very helpful! We had a wonderful week! Thanks so much!

The inside of the house was a bit tired but the outside space more than made up for it. We thoroughly enjoyed the porch, pool, dock and grounds. Joe, the caretaker was very responsive to the few issues we had and was helpful with some local resources.

This house was a lot of fun! We had 16 people in our group and everyone slept comfortably in the house. The location is great and it’s walking distance to multiple stores and restaurants! We would be happy to stay here again!

The property met every expectation for a wonderful stay in Islamorada. It is super close to great restaurants, food shopping and, of course, terrific fishing.

Property is as described. Very private site that is close to everything in Islamarada. Property manager Joe was very helpful with local knowledge and scheduled maintenance (grass cutting) while we were out.

We have been renting homes in Islamorada for almost 20 years and this one rates towards the top of our list of great rentals. The location, views and amenities were all wonderful.

Great experience

Stay outside! View and location is great, pool and dock are awesome for fishing, kayaking, etc. Furniture needs to be replaced, and kitchen needs an overhaul. Dirty pots, no teflon in pans, very tired kitchen. We expected much nicer furniture and a clean usable kitchen. Never going back to this house.

Wonderful family house in a beautiful location. It met all of our needs! Everything was convenient for our family - groceries, fishing, Theater of the Sea, etc. And the kitchen worked well for the family dinners we prepared. Only suggestion I would make is one I already saw on another review - would like to have more plastic dishware and glass ware. We were outside so much - we would worry less if it was unbreakable. Thanks for a great property!

The view is worth the stay. The dock is in excellent condition. The pool is smaller than it looks online but is kept warm and clean. The beach has coral but there is enough room for children to play in the sand. The neighborhood immediately outside the gateIs not great but it is less than a block of untidy homes and should not stop anyone from staying there .The kitchen is extra large and worked very well. There is a large well stocked supermarket close by and the CVS is a minute away. Good restaurants and shops are close by. The gates insure privacy for your family.

Had a great time, house was furnished with everything we needed, clean and plenty of room, nice yard , beach and pool, nice dock to watch fish, crabs, stingrays and great to kayak and paddleboard from. Want to thank Joe the property manager for doing a great job of making sure everything was okay . Hoping to return on our next trip.

First thing, it goes without saying that the view of the ocean was beautiful. However, our first impression were two weathered chairs with torn cushions on them. We could not get in the front door without brute force( my son in law had to get tools and fix it). The floor thru the house was dated, cracked and chipped tile. The kitchen cabinets didn’t close and one was falling off it’s hinges. The refrigerator in the kitchen was rusty and shelves fell out when you opened door. The toaster oven had no markings on it so you didn’t know how to set it. The vacuum was broken, dirty and smelly. Bathrooms all had an issue. Doors didn’t open and close properly. The furniture was uncomfortable and pillows again were torn. The rooms upstairs were hot. Lamps were few and in poor working order. Two lights stuck and busted in the dining chandelier.. I had to wash all the bird poop off dock when we arrived with a busted hose and nozzle. I’m very upset because I personally picked this house as our perfect Christmas solution for our family vacation during COVID. We paid a premium rate and I felt we did not get the property equal to the rate we paid. I hope the owners take this as a truthful evaluation and will appreciate my input and taking the time to help the next renter.

This property has excellent and large outdoor space, good for lounging, lawn games, dining, solitude, group fun, swimming, water sports, all right on site. Its located with quick access to groceries, restaurants, tourist activities, shopping. We were never in the car more than 5 minutes which is exactly what vacation's for! Joe the property manager came by everyday to spruce things up outside and make sure we had everything we needed. He's a great source of info on the area too. Our group of parents and 20-something 'kids' thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

House is a great set up for a large group. The furnishings are a solid B+ as a few things need upgrading. We had 20 MPH winds from the south the whole trip, so the beach/pool were not used much. Set up look good for better weather (lots of seaweed on beach). Big kitchen was well stocked. The house is literally a 2-5 min drive from all the spots we hit for fishing, swimming with the dolphins, grocery and restaurants.
