Very nice - easy beach access, well maintained complex.

Very nice although needed a broom, found dust pan but no broom. Could have used more fish washer cleaner more then one load. Also needed directions for shower in master . TVs in 2 and 3 bedrooms did not work.

We love coming to Orange Beach in November. The weather has been wonderful the last few years we have come down. This unit met our needs, some of the little things I appreciated were having a coffee pot and a Keurig for our group, and the kitchen had storage containers for left overs which almost never happens. As a family that cooks at the beach having a well stocked kitchen was perfect. It is probably time to freshen the paint in the unit, but did not effect our stay at all. The views are amazing the hot tub on the balcony was a favorite of my group! The lazy river was heated so the kids and adults got to enjoy that day and night. There are activities for the kids each day and posters are near the elevator showing what is happening. I love that the unit has a reserved space and near the elevator so getting in an out of the complex is quick and easy. We had one issue with a chair on the balcony, and the management was very responsive and had all the chairs replaced the next day. We will be back next year!

Overall vacation was very enjoyable, and we love Turquoise Place. This was our 4th stay at TP over the years. Some things that we loved: The overall size of the condo and each room. We liked that each room has a private bathroom. The beach was great and the construction that was taking place was a non-issue. Some things that could be improved upon: The building is starting to show some age and the condo needs an overall deep cleaning, dusty baseboard, headboards, lamps...etc. Lampshades in the master were falling off if you touched them. Furniture needs to be updated as many pieces are very scratched up. The tub in the 3rd bedroom did not drain well and water was pooling when showring. We had an 83-year-old with us who is in good health, however, no showers had a grab-bar and this made showring difficult. There is a washer/dryer however, you may want to bring some extra washcloths as there were only 4 in each bathroom for a 7-day rental, we were constantly washing towels and washcloths. The walls/doors in the condo were very scuffed and dirty and in need of a paint job. None of these things impacted our vacation and overall experience. Comments are just things that you may want to be aware of when booking.

Size of condo nice and large balcony. Unit needs some TLC and balcony needs new furniture upgrade. Mattresses need to be changed out in all rooms. Owner very nice and accommodating. Response time very quick.

Turquoise Place was great and Kate was very responsive and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! Located on the 19th floor of the C Tower (tennis courts). Amazing location and amazing complex. The condo itself could use a little updating (i.e. fresh paint, new balcony furniture, etc.). But overall a very nice condo! The owner was super responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay at this condo again and would recommend to anyone!

Loved this condo! Our stay was perfect- so thankful for the grill and condo since we had major storms! Communication was fantastic. Loved TP in general. We will be back!

This unit in Turquoise Place was beautiful! The views of the Gulf were terrific. The staff and activities that were offered met all the needs from the adults to the children. The owner was very quick to respond and eager to assist us in any way. Would highly recommend this condo to all!

The property was ideally located, well stocked with kitchen items for cooking and very clean. Some of the furniture needs updating given the price and building. The hot tubs were closed so that was unfortunate, but not the owner's fault. Building Maintenace made many stops in the unit which was a bit annoying. Overall, great place and would stay again.

We loved our stay here! Very clean and gorgeous view. Easy to communicate with. The downside was the hot tub wasn't cleaned like it should have been but once we addressed it with the resort it was handled.

Wonderful time together

The condo was absolutely perfect for what we needed. Kitchen had all utensils. Grill was great. Hot tub was ready and cleaned every 3 days. Balcony breakfast/dinners over looking the ocean. Lazy River and pool or take the boardwalk to the beach. Couldn’t ask for more. Hosts answered all my questions in a timely manner. We will go back and we will stay here again!!! Thank you!!!

This property was perfect for our family vacation. We had plenty of space to spread out and not be on top of each other. The condo came stocked with all the needed cooking supplies and utensils. The ice maker was a life saver and so useful throughout the whole trip. I highly recommend staying at this condo if you are given the opportunity.

Condo was huge and clean. Ice maker was FAB! Easy access to beach and great pools - zero entry area was great! Didn't need to use it, but indoor pool area was way too hot (air) and the water was like a hot tub, so not refreshing. Also, lazy river was very cloudy and a kid cut her foot on something we couldn't see. Overall, loved this place and would definitely stay again!

The ice maker was a wonderful bonus, and the laundry room was spacious and functional. We would definitely return to this property; however, we felt there are a few items that would make this condo even better. There was not a great selection of kitchen supplies, and the grill was ok, but not the easiest to cook on. The hot tub was never serviced during our 7 day stay, as it was advertised to be serviced every 3 days. The two recliners in the living room were so comfy, but the side chair and couch are very dirty and worn. I consider this a higher-end condo, so it would have been lovely to have another roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, as well as boxes of kleenex......and more dishwasher tablets, and laundry soap. All these items are available in large quantities, so it gets rather expensive, with a lot left over, and you can't take it along! We were disappointed there was no recycling available. Condo is fantastic and the host was wonderful and available, if needed. The only "issue" was at check in. The woman at the desk was rude. Host/owner is the BEST!

Kate, the owner, was great to communicate with and very accomodating.. The area is surrounded by great restaurants and bars. It is also very close to The Wharf if you want to shop and see concerts. The beach area by the property was great and well kept. The unit itself is very spacious and the bedrooms are large. The ice machine by the Kitchen is a very nice feature when you are packing a cooler to take to the beach everyday. We would definitely come back.
