We had a lovely stay at this home. The location was perfect and Leslie was extremely helpful and easy to work with. The home was spacious and the back patio was spectacular!

We rented with 3 adult children + partners. Plenty of room to spread out. All the amenities plus some! If you want comfort and room to spread out, this is great. Must drive to Newport sites, shore, restaurants, stores …so a car is a must. This was understood. Very comfortable and well appointed.

The house is very comfortable, full of light, and surrounded by greenery and flowers. The great room allowed us to spend a lot of quality family time together as all of the areas are interconnected and open. We enjoyed the fire pit and bbq and the kids' play area, and there are many trails in the neighborhood. The bedrooms were well appointed and the kitchen fully stocked. I would recommend this house highly.

This home is the perfect place to stay when in the Newport RI area. The layout of the house is spectacular with tons of space and light and plenty of room to spread out. The outdoor amenities are also top notch giving you the true feeling of an oasis. The check in process was so smooth, the owner is fantastic, and we will definitely stay here again when coming to Newport. Cannot recommend this property enough!

We booked this house prior to owner doing updates. As the bride I walked in and was stunned... absolutely gorgeous. Couldn't believe my bridal party was able to stay there. Recommending house to everyone!

From the beginning, I knew this would be a great place to rent for a weekend away with college friends that have known each other for fifty years. Leslie responded immediately to my request to rent and even checked to make sure I had the dates correct since we were renting Thursday-Sunday over a three day weekend. She reached out by phone closer to arrival to go over details and offered suggestions about what to do in the area. The house was immaculate on arrival and offered the six of us plenty of places to sleep and to gather together to catch up. The kitchen is very well equipped, which was helpful since we like to cook dinners in. We enjoyed the openness of the space, along with some cozier rooms. Although we didn't have time to enjoy the outside area, it is beautiful and very private. The location couldn't be better. It is a quick ride into Newport where we enjoyed the Cliff Walk, lunch and browsing on the wharf and cocktails on Castle Hill. It is also close to the bird sanctuary, which is fun to hike, and a quick ride to a beautiful beach where we were able to sit and enjoy the view even in October. I would highly recommend renting this spacious house. You will feel very welcome and at home.

Long time planned trip to see Newport Rhode Island with one of our Tennis friends who used to live in Newport and worked at the Hall of Fame. It took us a lot of searching to find a property that was going to work for everyone. We decided on Middletown because it was a little more reasonable than Newport itself. What a great choice. Most of our activities revolved around tennis in Newport but we found some delightful little areas in Middletown thanks to the owner’s suggestions. Such an easy drive into Newport. The house was perfect. Everybody had different schedules of sleeping etc. but the house has so many little pockets that those of us who were awake could go have chats or play cards or just sit in the back and enjoy the garden. We 100% recommend this adorable sweet house. Great communication from start to finish. You can’t go wrong with this place.

Our family came to Rhode Island for a wedding and stayed for a long weekend. We ranged in age from 14 to 77. The house was perfect with it’s 3 bathrooms, bedrooms on both levels and plenty of space to spread out. Leslie had everything we needed there. It was nice to not have to worry about packing sheets or towels! The house was immaculate and the property was beautiful and serene. We even saw a deer in the back meadow! Leslie contacted me ahead of time and gave me information about the area. It is a great location being close to Newport and Second Beach in Middletown was a beautiful family beach. Everything was close by including the Glen Manor House where the wedding took place. Thank you for a great weekend! We loved this home!

House was really great. Beautiful backyard and deck. Open floor plan was great for hanging out. Pictures really didn’t do the place justice.

The house is spacious and nice. The location and yard are wonderful. The weber grill was messy, rusty, broken, and dirty. The koi pond needed much repair, much water, and some koi!

Great house with lots of common space both in and outdoors. Right next to golf course and short drive to Middletown beaches and a little longer to Newport. Slept 8 comfortably and very well equipped kitchen with all amenities. Would definitely rebook

This is a beautiful home with top of the line amenities. Kitchen has everything you need to create a delicious meal and beautiful setting to eat. Communication with homeowner was great. Location was quiet yet close to beach, shopping and dining. Bedrooms are lovely and light pours in. We had a great time!!

Seven of us spent a long weekend in the Newport area for our annual college ladies weekend and stayed at this beautiful quiet property. Honestly, the photos did not do it justice as it is so much larger than what you see in the photos, mostly because it is so open. This place did not disappoint. It is so well appointed, well stocked, extremely clean and the attention to detail is impeccable. Our group likes to cook together and the kitchen was perfect. We spent time both indoors and out utilizing the fire pit and Weber charcoal grill outside and the 2 sitting areas inside were cozy enough for our girl time chats over either coffee or wine. Great location especially to the local 2 vineyards, farms and Middletown beaches. Further out from Newport center but an easy 10 minute drive. Everyone in our party was extremely pleased with everything. Leslie was wonderful to work with and very responsive.

We just returned from a wonderful stay at this lovely home. My husband and I, and our adult daughter, son and his wife and baby just returned from a 5 night stay in this beautiful, large home. Although we had viewed the online pictures, the house was even larger and more open than it had appeared. The home was nicely appointed and the kitchen was stocked with the basics for cooking and lots of pots/pans and serving dishes. The backyard was lovely and, although we didn't have as much time as we would have hoped. you could easily have sat in the backyard all day. The home was conveniently located to Newport. Please note that no crib/pack n play was provided.

This home is gorgeous. Sparkling clean and plenty of room for a large crowd. The kitchen is beautiful and well-equipped and bathrooms are beautiful as well. There are great spaces for relaxing and enjoying family and friends. Convenient to the beaches, restaurants, Newport, and all the goings-on of the area. This property was the perfect addition to our wedding weekend. We got married in Bristol and had guests staying in Middletown/Newport and this was the perfect central location! Only 10 min to Newport and 15 to Bristol! Not to mention it’s located right down the road from Newport Vineyards and other local farms/attractions. The pictures do not do this home justice! With 4-5 couples staying in this home throughout the weekend, there was more than enough space and amenities for us all to feel comfortable and have privacy when needed. The house is fully stocked with everything you need including kitchenware, towels, sheets, blankets, etc. The outside space is just as fabulous as the inside with a lovely porch, grill, patio, fire pit, and serene landscape. The check in/check out process with the property manager Leslie was seamless. Leslie was readily available and incredibly professional and helpful! I HIGHLY recommend renting this home if you’re looking for the ideal Rhode Island experience! We can’t wait to rent this home again!

We had a great time! There is a very nice backyard with a grill and firepit and indoors it is quite spacious - the main room is almost like a great hall, with a bunch of smaller rooms off of it. It's a design that allows for privacy in the rooms, but also plenty of space for people to congregate. Note that it's a bit outside of town (~15 minutes) but quite close to the beach so it's a good distance away if you're looking for some peace and quiet (which we were) rather than something more downtown.

Leslie, the owner, was great to work with. The house is spacious and comfortable. Everything you need is there: linens, dishes, soap, detergent, outdoor seating, quiet road, etc. And you can beat the location. So close to everything you want and need. Would go back!

I stayed at Leslie's over my wedding weekend with three of my bridesmaids and their plus 1s. This was honestly the perfect place for us. Its such a big open space, high ceilings, bedrooms and bathrooms spread out, multiple sitting areas that 8 adults never felt cramped. Somehow the pictures are all accurate but don't do the size of this house any justice. We had our hair and make up done at the house and layout of the house allowed for us to be doing our own things (in the make up/hair chair, eating breakfast, practicing speeches, ironing, etc.) but still gave us the 'getting ready together' feel. The kitchen was stocked with dishes and cookware as well as pantry staples. It was very clean and there were personal touches around the house that made you feel like you weren't staying in a strangers house. It's in a great location, right off of Rt138, with more than enough parking spots. Leslie provided a detailed email two weeks prior to our arrival, as well as quick call to ensure all my questions were answered about the house and the Portsmouth area in general. In hindsight I'm so appreciative of this, as it made for a seamless start to my wedding weekend. Thanks again for a great stay Leslie, I (as well as my friends) would highly recommend this rental!

This house was the perfect spot for my family of 8. We stayed for a long weekend and Leslie’s house had everything we needed. It is a beautifully decorated house with all amenities. Leslie was also so kind and answered any questions we had and was willing to share info about the area. We will definitely consider staying here again and appreciate what a comfortable, relaxing stay this house provided for us all.

We LOVED Leslie's house. -Beautiful home -Enough bathrooms, beds, areas to hang out for a large group -Secluded location that is removed from the hustle and bustle of Newport, but still a quick ride away -Great outdoor space to hang out, grill, and play games -Leslie was easy to communicate with and there was not a single hiccup in our reservation, check-in, or check-out process.

I reserved this property for my sisters bachelorette weekend that we celebrated at the end of March. Even though we could not enjoy summer activities, we had a blast and this home was the perfect location to accommodate us. We were just minutes away from the vineyards that we visited for wine tastings and it was only a ten minute drive to downtown Newport where we enjoyed dinner and drinks on the town. The house is absolutely gorgeous. I would love to reserve it again in the summer time as it is the ultimate beach house. Leslie was very accommodating and also very helpful in suggesting things to do in the area. I couldn’t have asked for a better first experience booking on Homeaway. Thank you Leslie!

I rented Leslie's house for the weekend for my sisters bachelorette weekend. There were 9 of us and it was the perfect house. Plenty of room to sleep, eat, and hang out. Never did we feel cramped and everyone literally LOVED this house! The interior is beautifully updated and decorated. The backyard fire pit is great, but there is some greenery that needs to be trimmed back so you can actually sit close to the fire on the built in bench. The trees are covering the stone bench so you have to sit on the other side. Otherwise, beautiful backyard to sit in the morning, afternoon or at night - perfect spot to relax outside. 10 min uber to downtown newport, and a 5 min drive to Greenvale Vineyard. Newport Vineyard is right around the corner, but they couldn't accomodate us, so we went to Greenvale and it was lovely! Highly recommend Leslie's home and hope to one day rent again!!

We stayed at Leslie's beautiful home over Labor Day weekend and it was wonderful . We were 4 adults and 3 children. We were in Rhode Island for a family member's weekend.The house is beautiful, clean and very spacious. The backyard is amazing. I wouldn't change a thing and hope we have the opportunity to spend time there again in the future.

We had a wonderful time. The house was perfect for our 3 grandchildren and 4 adults. Very well appointed and yet extremely comfortable. Close to the beaches, and restaurants.
