Location near woodstock was very nice, in the middle of the woods. Nice area. House is a bit old, upstairs bedroom was good, downstairs was a bit old. Great kitchen though and the pool was very nice and a good size.

Our family really enjoyed the house. It was a nice break from the city. The house was clean and comfortable. The area is very quiet and serene. The house was equipped with everything we needed to cook and clean up. The pool was really great. We loved that we were able to take our dogs as well. A nice detail that we loved was the fact that the host left two dog treats for our dogs.

The fenced in yard was wonderful and the pool was toasty warm. The location was perfect. We were able to tour Woodstock, Sleepy Hollow and Bethel Woods Center for the Arts.

Robyn was just a text away for any questions, and we loved this beautiful house with comfortable beds and the most delightful pool! Thank you for a restful stay for us and our elderly corgi, who had a festival of smells to enjoy in the fenced yard.

The house is even more beautiful than the pictures. Very clean with plenty of space for five adults and two dogs. The area is very peaceful and quiet. Very easy to get into town for groceries. It was very relaxing to sit by the pool, which is part of the fully fenced in yard. Worked perfectly for our dogs. Our group consisted of a 60+ couple, a mid twenties couple, and a 30 year old. We all had plenty of activities available to us in the area. And some that we all could do together. We loved our time there and look forward to returning again in the winter for skiing. Robyn was very responsive before and during our stay; and was very considerate and friendly. Highly recommend this property!

Peaceful, so quiet. Private, surrounded by trees on a hillside. And convenient to “downtown” Woodstock. The fully fenced in yard is great if you have a dog, and the pool is so relaxing. Our second time here, we love it!

The property is in a lovely setting, surrounded by woods, next to a babbling brook. The house has good light, is spacious and kept very clean; the kitchen is well equipped; and the beds are very comfortable. We took nice walks in the surrounding area and spent time in charming Woodstock. We definitely hope to return.

As 2 active, senior couples we had a relaxing, fun time at this comfortable house and property with plenty of sprawl and close to town. The house is clean, with a nice flow. Plenty of space to gather or find a quiet spot. Pool and deck is perfect. Our expectations were met. We would come back. Robyn was considerate, friendly and responsive.

Property was beautiful, quaint. A little too much greenery and bugs for my taste lol But I know that comes with the territory. Very close to the town of Woodstock and eateries which was what we wanted. The pool was very nice, was supposed to be heated but it was OK since it was so hot. My family enjoyed it..

Pictures really don't do this place justice. The house is located in a very peaceful woodsey area on a hill that is very private but amazingly close to downtown Woodstock. The house is roomey and very nice. The deck and pool are great. The fenced-in yard makes it all the more relaxing if you have dogs. We had a great vacation!

My husband and three teenage children enjoyed the home. The property manager responded immediately to any questions, and the home itself was just as advertised. The house is spacious, the fenced yard perfect for a dog and the location feels remote and woodsy but is very convenient to town. We hope to book again in the summer when the pool is open.

Robyn was a great and extremely helpful property owner. We love this house. The layout is perfect for a family and all the rooms were full of light and appointed beautifully. Love the kitchen with a vintage vibe and modern appliances! The fireplace is stone and there is wood for the fires which crackled and popped creating warm and so relaxing…. The fenced backyard is awesome with a patio and decks. Would love to come back and enjoy the pool during the summer. The village of Woodstock is just a few minutes away and full of shops and restaurants to explore. We didn’t want to leave!

We had a great time staying at this house. It comfortably accommodated our family as well as our in laws. It is super clean, comfortable and has everything you need. Our interactions with the property manager were lovely. We will definitely return.

Very clean, secluded and beautiful. The pictures are very accurate. We watched the deer in the front yard while making coffee in them morning. Real close to restaurants. We will definitely be going back.

This is definitely one of our newest finds. Loved this home and all the accommodations..great for relaxing stay. Loved pool and the fact it's heated is a plus. If I could add anything is that it would be nice to have lights by the pool for night swimming. We went out and bought some battery led lanterns and hung them around. Did not take much to make it what we wanted. The beds are great and sheets are soft. Kitchen is awesome loved range. So much so I am out buying the same one. You will not regret staying here.

The home is just as pictured and even better in person. We felt at home right away and enjoyed being so close to Woodstock but also being in a peaceful location. Lots of room inside and out for our family and the dog loved being able to run around in the yard. The pool was great! Highly recommend.

This is a wonderful property with an amazing pool in a lush garden. The upstairs bedroom is a sublime place to laze away the hours with a book. Sweet very well supplied kitchen. Cosy fireplace... everything you need. Our property manager was fabulous, so responsive, kind and helpful. We love this place and will be back!

A perfect place if you have a dog - the fenced in back yard is really lovely, and the grounds in general are great. The house is set back in a centrally-located but still-remote area, and everything is very comfortable and cozy. Would definitely stay again.

We love this property and return to it again and again. We met family there for holiday, there’s plenty of space for everyone and a beautiful fireplace, backyard for the dogs to play, and perfect proximity to town.

This property turned out to be even better than I imagined from the listing. It was a short drive from Woodstock proper and nestled on a fairly developed residential road, but it still felt remote and quiet. The house is among the trees, but landscaped beautifully, with a backyard that opens up to three levels--a small slate patio and grassy area, a dining area that we used several nights and the pool area. All of it is enclosed with a black chainlink fence, which meant our mid-sized dog could be off-leash when we were outdoors. Our daughter was in the heated pool nonstop, though it took her some getting used to the leaves and bugs that would naturally fall in overnight. The house itself was very comfortable for the three of us. It seems to have recently been renovated and was very clean . Our daughter stayed in the second-floor bedroom, which she loved for its privacy and windows. My only negatives on the house were that the other big bedroom was missing a curtain, which I imagine will eventually be fixed. Also, the stairs up to the second-floor bedroom were a little slippery, but fortunately we had no accidents. Overall, this is one of my favorite properties I've visited in this area and would highly recommend it!
