Wonderful condo for our card group. One of our group needs help now and her daughter who is a nurse was able to use the smallest bedroom to work while we played. We would have enjoyed more comfortable lounge chairs in the balcony rather than straight kitchen chairs.The manager took care of very minor adjustments immediately when reported. Dr

The condo was perfect size for our family. We loved the extra rooms for our little ones to use as a play room. The beach service and the “walking path” were nice to have - we had a young child on crutches so it helped him have a better beach experience. Would have been nice to know there was construction happening during our stay. The elevators were a real problem with holiday occupancy and only 2 operating. The living room furniture had not been dusted and there was a new unopened shower curtain laying on the closed toilet in one bathroom (where the curtain was moldy). Otherwise very nice unit.

We had a total of ten in our party, two who were in a wheelchair. We had plenty of room to move around and the extra bed room was an awesome surprise! It could have been a little cleaner but besides that it was awesome. Usually when we go to the beach we wait so long for the elevator but the elevators were amazing and we never had to wait. We will definitely be back!

We loved the condo. It was spacious and comfortable and fit our family of 14 well. Phoenix 6 staff and amenities were wonderful.

We stayed at this condo for five days with a family of 12. Our party included all ages, and we were very happy with the accommodations. Condo was as pictured. There were plenty of beds for everyone, with some people sleeping one to a bed, and we had a bed to spare! To address some previous negative reviews that I had read, the kitchen had plenty of dishes for every meal we cooked, including kid-friendly dishes and cups. We were able to cook biscuits and gravy, spaghetti, and a seafood boil. We were very surprised to find an air fryer, crockpot, two coffee pots, and a grill similar to a George Foreman in the unit. We had two issues while there, which each were addressed within one hour. All of the furniture (beds, couch, etc.) were comfortable and in good condition. There was a small game cabinet, which the kiddos appreciated. Each bedroom included a large screen TV, which was appreciated. The gate attendant was always friendly. There were plenty of carts available to transport luggage and groceries up to the unit. All there are four elevators on property, which we rarely had to wait for. The pools on property were nice. There was also a kiddy pool and three hot tubs. The trash chute was very close to the unit, which was convenient. We would stay again!!! The only negative that I have is that we did have to drive to go anywhere, as this condo is located on a very busy street that I was not personally comfortable walking across.

Loved the property, beautiful penthouse. Plenty of space with our 9 people, 4 night stay. Clean beautiful view. Staff at condo nice. Pools were nice and beach was beautiful. 3 Elevators were fast. We were disappointed on the lack of supplies we didn't have and communication. After our long journey we got to the condo and realized one of the bathrooms didn't have TP. No extra garbage bags, and the bin marked cleaning supplies was completely empty.Had to buy salt and pepper (which it did state they wouldn't provide any oils or spices). Communication wasn't great. I had to email multiple times to get a question answered before a trip. Leading up to the trip we got an email that was contradictory to the VRBO listing. Attempted to resolve the issue before our stay. VRBO listing was correct, the email that caused anxiety was wrong. I did love the property and would recommend it to a friend, with the understanding of what not ideal.

We had a wonderful vacation. The condo was perfect for the 6 of us. We had so much fun just relaxing and enjoying the beach. The weather was really nice a couple of the days, but we had some rain. We mentioned to the manager about one bed that hadn’t been cleaned, but overall the condo was great. Perfect view from the 15th floor. It is a good location, but was nice to have a vehicle rented

We brought our college golf team here from Ohio. We had seven people total. All 5 of our players had their own rooms with plenty of shared living space. The kitchen was perfect for cooking our team dinners. The views were fantastic. We had a small issue with the dryer that was fixed within 24 hours. This will definitely be an option for us in the future

Hello, so when we arrived there was a blue stain on the comforter in the grey room, hair in 2 bathrooms, the door stopper was broken in the room with 2 beds, and the refrigerator was dirty. Not enough to ruin our trip but for the money I had to pay to stay there I was expecting for the place to be clean. Other than that, the views remain gorgeous and we enjoyed the indoor pools. The beach was so close which made coming and going easy

My family and friends had a wonderful stay in this 4 BR/4 BA at Phoenix VI. I was pleasantly surprised by the 2 additional rooms with beds that allowed us to spread out more. Location is great, close to everything Orange Beach has to offer. Unit was clean, had 2 separate balconies, and a well stocked kitchen for meals. Indoor pool and hot tub, outdoor pool and boardwalk, racquetball courts, tennis and basketball courts all made the resort that much more appealing. This was the perfect unit for a large crowd.

This unit was everything we could have wanted or needed for a week away. With room for everyone to be together and yet have their own space. The kids were well entertained with all the amenities of the facility and the beach was perfect. Can’t wait to come back.

The condo was great and plenty of space for what we needed for our family. The den furniture is dated and could use some updating. The cleaners could have done a better job because I had to buy cleaning supplies for the master bath and the freezer was dirty also. We had to call and get a couple of shower curtain liners replaced. Other than that the condo was in a great location and we loved it.

Overall stay was good EXCEPT for the dilapidated furniture in the living room and the mostly non-working cooktop in the kitchen.After having spoken with the renters that followed us,they mentioned that those same burners on the cooktop didn't work last year when they were a condo owner we work hard to keep our unit in great working order for our renters.

Property was very clean. Check in was super easy. Plenty of room/seating for 11 adults. Because of how this building is seat it provides great views from east to west. Location is really good just not in walking distance to any grocery stores. Lazy river was very relaxing after a day playing in the waves and beach.

This is our second time at this property and we really like it! The condo is perfect for a large family gathering. My only critique is that the furniture is getting very tired and needs to be replaced. If that were done I'd give 5+ stars for everything.

We had 3 different families and 11 total people on our stay. Condo was fantastic and had everything we needed to make our stay great. With 4 bedrooms and 2 additional rooms with a bed, there was plenty of space to spread out. Any issue we had with condo they were quick to respond and fix. Highly recommend this condo!

This condo was exactly what our large (13 people) family needed! It's rather hard finding a 4 bedroom condo with enough space for 8 adults and 5 kids but this worked great. We loved the additional 2 little "bedrooms" which were perfect for the kiddos. Each room had its own bathroom, and even an extra half bath near the kitchen. No one was fighting over who was gonna get to use the shower first after the beach. The kitchen was stocked with utensils/bowls/baking dishes. Almost everything you could need. Plenty of storage for anything you may bring with you, snacks, drinks, etc.One of the things I loved most about the condo building itself was the ICE machine on the way out to the beach. The fact that we didn't have to get in our car to get ice for our coolers was a MAJOR plus that we didn't even realize in the past. We had a slight issue with the parking passes as well as an issue with some electrical outlets in the kitchen but it was taken care of in a very timely manner so it was totally fine. We were thankful for that. Our whole family agreed that we would book this condo again!

We had the best time on our vacation at Orange Beach. The Phoenix VI had a lot to offer for our group of 3 families. The teenagers loved having the ability to hang out at the pool and tennis/basketball courts. The view is unbeatable as well. The unit was extremely clean and large enough to accommodate our families. We often hung out at the giant kitchen bar/island. Several of us enjoyed the peacefulness of the ocean views in the morning. Dolphins played close to the shore every morning and evening! No doubt that we would recommend this place to anyone who asks!

This condo was exceptional. Plenty of room for all. Quiet dark room for infant to nap. Excellent view of ocean. Speedy elevators. Refrigerator size perfect for us. 7 adults, 3 children. We could all dine and watch TV together. Grocery stores close. Perfect that each bedroom had its own bathroom.

Absolutely GORGEOUS property in the perfect location - can’t access for better than beach access! And the pools, both indoor and outdoor, were lovely. Property manager was super responsive and very accommodating. We had a blast!

Our card group thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the lovely condo. Very well equipped kitchen and everyone enjoyed their comfortable beds. Balcony needs to be power washed. For those who love to play board games and cards, it would have been so nice to have a round or card table in the extra small room. Hard for four to play at the extra large table in the dining area. Also some of the plugs do not work. Overall though, it was a wonderful stay and very convenient to elevator & trash chute. Hope to return!

Great location on the beach in central Orange Beach. The view is great, and the unit was large enough for an extended family to stay.
A couple minor negatives. The kitchen could be better equipped. We couldn't get 3 of the 5 burners to turn on. And sound carries throughout the unit.

We had a a excellent time at this condo! This is our second year in a row to come here. We have a large group with lots of kids- so the extra space is much needed. The kitchen is huge which works great for multiple families trying to cook. The 4 full bathrooms is also a huge plus for large groups. We had some cold days this year so we definitely utilized the condo more than normal. The indoor pool and hot tubs are a huge plus for the bad weather days. The condo is nicely stocked, but bring your own dish towels and dishrags if you have a big group bc minimal are provided. Clark is great to work with and responds immediately. We had no major concerns during the week. The view is amazing from the 15th floor. Only request I would have is more kid friendly dishes there. Lots of glass dishes so we used a bunch of paper plates/bowls bc we were nervous about our kids breaking dishes on the hard tile floor. We are looking forward to returning for a third year in a row next year!

This was a wonderful place to stay with all of us. We spent the week with 7 people and it made it very nice for everyone to have their own room/space. However, the cleanliness of the condo could use some work. Showers were not very clean, we found toys under some furniture in the living area and the sink in the kitchen was not cleaned.
