This was a great location for my family to use as a base for exploring Hollywood and LA for a few days. This place is nicely maintained and we had no issues whatsoever. Not much more to say than that. If you choose to stay here you shouldn’t be disappointed. 👍�🏻�👍�🏻�

This location was great, and very close to everything we wanted to do. The apartment is true to the pictures and was very nice. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

My husband and I scheduled a quick trip to LA to visit friends from Ohio. Our experience was great. We were able to drop off our bags early and Joani was so responsive and helpful. The place was clean and a great location in West Hollywood. We will be back!

Our family of four stayed at this charming duplex for a Los Angeles vacation in July 2019. Its location is ideal with easy access to restaurants on Santa Monica Boulevard and the Sunset Strip (five to ten minutes), downtown Hollywood (15 to 20 minutes) and Malibu (45 minutes to an hour). We enjoyed every moment at this extremely comfortable and well-appointed property. Our thanks to Joani for a wonderful stay!

Joani made our first VRBO experience the one to beat. She was kind and answered any questions we had quickly and thoroughly. Her place was immaculate but also warm and inviting. There were 4 of us (my Mom and I and my teenage sons) and we never felt cramped (2 bathrooms is a plus). Also a plus- a washer/dryer in the unit. Finally, the location is perfect for walking to restaurants and the grocery store.

We LOVED this place! It was stocked with everything you could possibly think of and more, immaculate, comfortable, modern, and the private patio was lovely to go out and have coffee in the mornings. We would love to stay here again. The host left all sorts of useful information for us about the area as well.

The check out time was 10am, which was not negotiable and seemed extreme for the nightly cost of this property. I had a long travel day and would've appreciated some flexibility on the owner's part. It was a cool place though. Check out Hugo's for breakfast, it was amazing!

Our group of 6 really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was comfortable, clean and very well located. Joani was extremely responsive and easy to work with. Also, just in case anyone was wondering because I don't think it is called out in the property details, the couch is a pull out.

We were very pleased with the entire rental experience and with the apartment. It was exactly what we were looking for and a perfect spot to enjoy the Westside.

We had a wonderful three days at this property! It was spacious and comfortable for our group of four (two couples). It is perfectly situated within West Hollywood within steps of lots of restaurants, shopping and tourist destinations. It is also an easy hop, skip and jump to many other places by taxi or transit. We had wonderful communication with our host and would happily stay there again. Our only considerations to pass along would be that sound travels quite easily between the upstairs and downstairs units, as a result, if you are sensitive to noises could be disruptive. We noted that if there is any noise at all, be it walking around or loud television and conversation it was notable to us in the downstairs unit and I would assume the opposite is also true. Also, while at the property there were the some issues with the on-site laundry facilities (which we notified the host for and were being attended to) and an odd smell coming from one of the bathrooms. None of these items would prevent us from deciding to come back to stay again and all in all, we had a stellar experience and we wish we had more time to stay and explore the city!

Perfect location, perfect size, very comfortable beds and linens, parking for 2 cars, safe area, TV's in every room, great bathrooms and kitchen! And great response from Joani when needed. Great instructions and area information. The location was perfect for all the tourist things we wanted to accomplish. Great for the early birds to get up and walk to coffee. The ONLY reason this was not 5 stars was because of the upstairs tenants walking noise. I am a light sleeper and hear everything. My husband didn't hear a thing.. Thank you for sharing your place and we would absolutely recommend to our friends and family! You can't go wrong staying here!

When you travel 6h by plane to come see California for the 1st time... everything matters! And after renting 6 places from SF along route 1 down to LA and back, I have enough info to be able to compare them all and here is my opinion: What a great find - if you want to be in North LA close to Hollywood, Universal, Beverly, etc! This rental is not only charming but spotless and very spacious: the perfect size for our family of 4 but could have easily accommodated another person sleeping on the living’s huge couch. The attention to details, decor, classic bath fixtures, has far surpassed our expectations: beyond clean… and everything white, finally! We wish we knew the terrace is not very private since the other tenants, cleaning ladies are passing by, but we didn't miss a private outdoor space since there are so many things to do in LA and we didn't get to stay home too much anyway. Not only is the apartment is gorgeous and has a great layout but Joani truly cares about her home, as well as the people staying in it. Thank you Jenifer! If Cali was a great experience for us, it is also because of you.

Lots of room, great location and owner was very accommodating. Love that there's a washer and dryer, pantry items, and coffee! Would definitely stay again.

Our stay was delightful. This unit is located in a great little neighborhood within walking distance of restaurants, grocery, Starbucks (everything you need!). Parking was easy and super convenient. The beds and the linen were high quality and totally comfortable and all the finishes in the home were exceptional. The internet was fast and the TV had Netflix - just like home. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay in West Hollywood, and Joani's place was ideal. Just steps from great restaurants amd walks, and Joani was a great host. We had a couple of minor problems and Joani couldn't have been more attentive to solving them quickly and without any hassle. The place was very comfortable, and we particularly enjoyed having the private patio to sit out on after a day of exploration. We would return in a flash.

We felt secure. White, fluffy towels and bedding, a kitchen with all essentials, roomy and good storage. Walked to grocery store, drug store and restaurants/entertainment. Parking space was always available. Only negative was a bit of smell of past pet - ammonia??

We had a great time at Joni's home. We were only there for two nights but she made sure that everything was taken care of. Convenient to everything and she even had some fruit and snacks for our arrival. Will definitely recommend to friends.
