Everything about our stay here was excellent. The owner was helpful and communicative. The property was gorgeous and well maintained, located, and staffed. The villa itself was spacious and top notch. A perfect Wailea getaway for our family (ages 11-86).

Wonderful property and location

We had a wonderful spring break vacation here, with our 11 year old and my parents. Easy access to the beach, which was a quick stroll through a gorgeous garden with waterfalls. Friendly & efficient beach attendants provided lounger, towel, and umbrella setup on the beautiful Wailea beach. We rented snorkeling gear and explored a great reef right from the beach - saw 3 turtles while snorkeling, plus they swam near the beach every day. Went to the family pool in the afternoon with chairs, umbrellas and pool/hot tub. Adult pool was beautiful too though we didn’t spend time there. Everything was extremely clean and well tended. The property is even better than the photos. The condo is wonderfully appointed & maintained, finishes are high end, beds & linens are top notch, views from penthouse building are incredible. No noise from surrounding units. Highly recommend for a private & relaxing getaway with easy access to shops & restaurants.

The communication with the owners was great from the very beginning. Her follow threw before we got checked in was great and always responding quick. The pictures on the site are exactly what it looks like. The place was so clean, very organized everything, anything you need for in the kitchen is there. Cleaning people came in every week which that was a plus. The views from the unit were incredible, If we had any issue the engineer would be there right away. The concierge was very helpful and got to do a lot of things. Looking forward to being back soon. I would definitely recommend this place and I do have high standards which they were all met. Excellent stay

Highly recommend for families who want or need more space than a traditional hotel room but want to be pampered with all of the amenities of a luxury hotel. The property is absolutely beautiful, the service amazing and the home was appointed with everything you could ask for.

We loved this unit. Everything we could have asked for was provided. It was simply beautiful.Beautiful condo. It was lovely to sit out on the balcony and soak in the beautiful view. Helen was such an attentive hostess and answered every question I had before our arrival. She was great! And the welcome basket was a lovely thought. I can’t recommend the penthouse enough. I’m just sorry we could not have stayed longer!

This was a dream vacation rental. Helen was so accommodating and easy to communicate with! The Wailea Beach Villa staff were also very friendly and attentive. And the Penthouse is beyond gorgeous. We were speechless when we walked in! We arrived at night so when we woke to the Ocean views; we were in heaven. Our only complaint was we didn’t book it longer. Next time we will plan a longer stay. This was the best way for my husband and I to celebrate both our birthdays with our 3 kids! Thank YOU!

Excellent unit, with a fantastic view. Short walk to an amazing beach. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking and the property it's self, was awesome. Right next to the shops at Wailea with gate access from the property. Will be returning for sure.

Helen’s 4th floor condo has a beautiful view which allowed us to see whales during breakfast on the porch. The condo is well appointed with all of the extras you would need. Definitely recommend this condo. Wailea Beach Villas is a beautiful resort and we plan to return in the future. But, staffing shortages impacted service slightly such as our condo not believe available until 45 minutes after the scheduled check in. Beautiful property and awesome location. Can’t wait to return.

Wailea beach villas is a magnificent property, located in south Maui, very beautiful part of Maui. Staff was very helpful. They helped me book the nicest restaurants & activities. I loved our 3 bedroom villa. It was so neat will all the amenities & much more. The shopping across is so great. Helen Cheng the owner was so helpful & very prompt with any queries we had. I highly recommend this property. Lastly it was my friend time booking thru VRBO & I was very impressed.

We loved this condo! It is located in a well-maintained, beautifully landscaped community, directly adjacent to shops that were super convenient for groceries, dining/cocktails and high-end shopping. The condo has an amazing view, furnished well, comfortable beds/pillows, well-appointed kitchen, and baths. The adult pool next to the beach was a great place to hang out. The beach walk was perfect from this property every morning. We were so happy with this place and will definitely return!

Outstanding accommodations in the perfect location. The on-site staff gets big time kudos, particularly TJ. After two weeks I didn’t want to leave. Already planning my next trip. The owner, Helen Cheng was communicative from day one.......responding to all my questions. We were two couples in our mid 60’s. Great restaurants and golf courses within a stones throw of the condo. Grill some fish or steaks on the balcony/patio and watch the whales or beautiful sunset.

What a beautiful condo with an amazing view. It's better than the photos! The staff were terrific and quietly showed up each day to clean and ensure a comfortable stay, while the wonderful beach staff setup our chairs and umbrellas. So nice! It was like being in a hotel with out the impersonal generic furniture, noise and elbow to elbow pool loungers! The location was perfect as it is easy 5-10 minutes walking to restaurants, shops and the gourmet store for forgotten items and snacks, and it's near the shoreline path. We loved our breakfasts on the lanai and one can't forget sunset cocktails watching the whales breaching. The kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were more than comfy. (If you do like soft pillows though you may want to bring one. They are a bit high and stiff). The space was so spacious that 3 couples fit very comfortably with the 3rd room twins made into a single, large bed. Overall, an amazing visit. Wish we were still there!
