We were very happy with this spacious home in Virgin! Family of 5- sons ages 15-22. Short beautiful drive to Springdale or St George and surrounding communities makes it an ideal location. Drive over from Vegas was also easy drive. Comfortable beds, very clean, loved the pool. Had more kitchen gadgets and pots/pans than other homes we’ve rented. Very clean! Owner was responsive and helpful to questions I had before and during the stay. Could’ve used more towels but easy to wash and detergent was supplied. We spent most of our time just enjoying the home/pool and time together. Ate at nearby Balcony One and had great steaks and service with cute ambiance. Internet was good as I had a conference to live stream and had no issues with connection. Thank you!

Close to Zion. Virgin, LA Verkin, and Hurricane are great. Would recommend staying here.

Overall, great stay. Large house with plenty of space. Pool and hot tub were excellent. Approximately 20 minute east drive from Zion National Park.

Spacious home with beautiful view of Hurricane Mesa, and close to Zion National Park. After a day of exploring was a great place to come home to recharge.

Love this house. Has a great pool and Jacuzzi. Beds are comfy and the place is clean. Close to Zion so we just had a great family weekend. Highly recommend this house well worth the money.

This house is everything you see in the pictures and much, much more. We chose this well appointed house for its beauty and proximity to the National and State Parks. The grounds are impeccable, the pool and spa are clean and relaxing. If you want to be in the sun, or in the shade, this house has shady little nooks with lounge chairs and tables or in the sun on lounges around the pool. We enjoyed the wood burning fire pit at night. The beds are very comfortable. We stayed for 7 days and visited Zion NP (15 min away), Bryce Canyon NP, Snow Canyon SP, The beginning of the Grand Canyon, which is Marble Canyon Monument (Navajo Indian Bridge) over the Colorado River. With the exception of Zion, these other parks were an average of 1 1/2- 2 hours away and very doable for a day trip and get home in time for a dinner out at some very nice restaurants. We actually took a day or 2 off from our itinerary and enjoyed staying home to enjoy a day by the pool and some patio grill cooking. The setting and gorgeous views surrounding this house is like being in a National park, just stunning. Carol Hill (owner) made the transition in and out seamless. As you can see, I could go on and on about this beautiful home and location. We highly recommend this house and would certainly come back in a heartbeat. So long for now!

We had a really great experience at the house. It was the perfect home base for our family. Carol was so responsive when we needed to change the heating times on the hot tub, it really made the trip. Thank you Carol! Heating the pool was totally worth it and thank you for the giant pool towels and lounge chairs. Codes always worked first time for security, thermostat was easy to use, extra garage fridge was nice for all the extra ice. Shower heads were good and there was no tedious cleaning rules for when we left. We would definitely stay there again.

Great clean house for a large group of friends or family

This was a mother, daughter, son trip to hike the narrows and angels landing. There were 7 of us. 3 mothers, 2 daughters and 2 sons. It was roughly 20min drive to the park and the town of Springdale. We rented dry suits in Springdale and made our way into the park easily. We had brought our groceries so the kitchen made it easy for cooking meals and preparing lunches. Beds were comfortable, hot tub was lovely. There were plenty of dishes, appliances etc for any meal. There were some spices and a keurig as well as a regular coffee pot with filters. The laundry room had washing soap. It really was an excellent stay and if I ever need a place to stay when traveling to Zion, Bryce or St. George this will be my go to place. Very easy to find the location as it was just off the hwy to Zion and entry was made very easy into the house. Excellent Stay!!

We loved our time here! Well-stocked kitchen, plenty of space, comfortable beds, great hot tub to relax in after days full of adventure. Communication with Carol was easy, and she was able to accommodate our needs. Would recommend to others and stay again ourselves!

Beautiful place, Only issue is plan ahead for the hot tub. It takes some time to heat up but the owners are very responsive.

It is a beautiful house with everything you need. We went for Christmas and there was even a tree set up. It was perfect. Everyone with us agreed that it was amazing.

I couldn't have asked for anything better! This was my first time renting any place via VRBO and for family gatherings like we had, VRBO will be my first choice. The place was spectacular, the location was convenient to things but just far enough away to not be crowded, and the owners absolutely couldn't have been better. They were so responsive and helpful to any question or request that I had! A big thank you to them!

Well designed and equipped home. Excellent location for visiting Zion. 2 hours 15 min to Bryce. About same to north rim of Grand Canyon. We also hit Snow Canyon state park...also a gem. Well furnished kitchen which we enjoyed. Gas grill outside kitchen. Nice firepit by spa/pool. Home looks to be original model home for subdivision. Lots of upgrades.

Amazing location and even more amazing house. The host was extremely accommodating. Never once did we have to say "Oh wish we would've brought that". There was even enough toys to keep the 4 kids occupied. Thank you to the host!

Zion hiking This property is conveniently located and perfect for a family gathering. Well stocked with a hot tub and pool for after hiking enjoyment! Carol is wonderful and accommodating. We had the best time. We will stay again.

This home is well kept and well outfitted for stay. The kitchen has everything you need, including some condiments in fridge, spices, coffee. The home was clean and the beds were comfy. The pool, hot tub and view from them is spectacular. It is a 20-25 min drive to Zion NP. Couldn't have asked for more in a rental. We loved it.

This was the perfect location and home for our family of 7 adults and 2 infants. Gorgeous home conveniently located in the middle of everything. Only thing we mightve done was pay to heat pool. This is a home we would definitely rent again. Book it now!!

Very spacious and well appointed home for Zion. We had 6 in our party and had plenty of space. Host was great and communication was excellent.

Check in was great. House and pool was nice The only issues was landscape out and around pool had over grown weeds that needed attention as some of the fluffy white seeds was blowing in the pool. The grill not all burners work, and west side BR was warmer than rest of house found fan to put in BR and made it work

Large home that accommodated the three of us adults , two teens and a 9 year old. We are a cooking family so the large kitchen was perfect for making healthy meals for dinner and to pack for day trips to Zion

Loved that there were pool tools for kids, fully appointed kitchen, plenty of linens and towels, etc… This was such a great retreat for our family.

This is a great place to stay to see Zion with a family. We had 10 of us from age 6 to 70 and everyone was happy with the place. We all had our own space and gathered outside with the pool and hot tub there. Easy drive to Zion national park. Grocery store wasn't far either. Would definitely stay here again!!

We had an amazing stay, the house was filled with every amenity and spacious for large families. Great location and only 10-15 minutes away from the busy town of Springdale.
