Nice stay, quiet neighborhood.

The property captures the charm of the small coastal town feel of Spring Hill. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood this home made us feel safe and secure and very comfortable. The house was well stocked with everything we needed.

Enjoyed the home, loved having a pool to enjoy daily! Host had an abundance of kitchen supplies and it was nice to have condiments, spices and coffee provided. Appreciated the use of the garage as well. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay- highly recommend!

Nice place to stay and the neighborhood was quiet even on a Friday night.

This property is located in a very quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed being able to park in the garage, but never used the garage entry keypad. The pool was our go to since beaches are crowded this time of year. We swam mornings, days, and nights. Loved listening to the birds and watching the squirrels and airplanes. We also appreciated the numerous amenities the owners offered such as toilet tissue, laundry, dish soap, and cooking seasonings “to get us started”. No other VRBO we’ve stayed at had these. We took our own EVERYTHING since that’s what we were used to! What a treat! We always at at Sam’s Beach Bar, we go to Tarpon Springs for boat rides, the National Bakery, and great Greek food at Costa’s. The aquarium in Tampa is always nice as well. Great location!

Place was great, had everything we needed and much more!!! Loved the neighborhood, loved the pool.

This home was more than suitable. It met all of our expectations . Everything was fully stocked. We couldn't believe the size of the pool and patio area. Didn't go to the beach often because we just loved hanging at the pool. The owners got back to us in a timely fashion. There were basically no issues or concerns just a couple of questions. I would definitely recommend this home. We will come back for sure.

Owner was very responsive to messages, friendly, and accommodating. Unfortunately, the weather was so cold we couldn’t enjoy the lanai or pool. We will return if our travels bring us back to Spring Hill!

The home is beautiful and clean, equipped with everything you could need. We didn't have to stop and buy things like salt & pepper, soap, TP... like in other rentals. A very nice and appreciated convenience. There was an occasion that something broke during our stay, we contacted Mike and his maintenance person had it repaired within hours.

This was our 3rd stay at this property. Hosts are very responsive to requests. We love the location, so much so that we've now bought a house nearby so this will likely be our final stay but we for sure would recommend the property to family and friends.

Beautiful house, nice set up, quiet neighborhood. Good get away from the constant fast life of cities & similar areas. Would Highly recommend I would definitely consider going again. Host is fast with communication and is very fair. Well worth the money spent staying there. Thank you 🙏🏽

Stayed for 5 nights and it was absolutely perfect. House is in a great neighborhood, close to lots of restaurants and stores. Layout of the house is nice. Pool was awesome and was enjoyed daily. Owners communicate quickly and are friendly. Definitely will be booking again.

We've had a wonderful stay at the house made me feel like it was home instead of it not feeling like it was not lived in it was clean very enjoyable and when it car broke down yesterday they worked with us to find a way to get home they were a blessing I hope they know that thank you so very much for your compassion and understanding

We've stayed here before, and are booked to return in the fall. Always enjoy coming here. Nice private backyard and pool. Very comfortable house. There is now an outdoor TV on the pool deck, which was nice in the evening. Neighborhood is quiet, and everything is close by. Nice king sized, comfortable bed. Plenty of everything you need in the kitchen. Nothing negative to report!

Not much too say negative and lots to say positive. Backyard, screened lanai, and pool were our home for the month. House is modern and well furnished. We did have a few hiccups with the internet and TV but nothing severe. Probably a case of old folks trying to adjust to modern ways.

Not much negative to say. Beautiful pool and property. Kitchen renovation was much needed and enhanced the kitchen.

Always enjoy coming back to this cute two bedroom bungalow. Heated pool was a treat especially in cooler weather. New refrigerator and beautiful quartz countertops were a nice addition. Mike & Bonnie always responsive and great at making guests feel welcome Thank you! Sue & Jerry

Pool was heated Furniture on patio was a little musty but we sprayed it with febreeze each day. We liked sitting there watching the kids play in the pool and tv. There little backyard garden was fun. The kids picked a couple limes and had fun eating them. I wish the avacados and pineapples were ready for harvest. 😁

Private getaway with all the bells and whistles. Plenty of room. This house has it all.

We so enjoyed our stay in this little home with a fantastic pool & patio. We spent most of our time when at the house pool side enjoying the patio furniture watching TV while eating our meals. The grill was a big plus! House was very clean & even had access to the garage to park the car in. Enjoyed the pool after a long day out & about exploring. Would recommend this cute little home.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. It was clean, spacious and nicely decorated. We would definitely stay again. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, uneventful, the way we like it! All the appliances worked properly and really enjoyed the pool during the hot evenings. We would recommend to anyone who is looking in this area.

the dog smell was overwhelming on the inside on the bedding, plus spots on the carpet, when you walk in the carpet was pulled away from the entrance where it tripped, then a big spot on the carpet as you walked in more a nother spot on the carpet, totaling about 5 big spots, the door walls are super hard to open the track are filthy, dog hair and just dirt, making it a fire hazard , my neck and shoulder to hurt so bad i had to take tylenol. the counters are painted and the paint would come off when picking up something after sitting there for a day, the bed sheet where not changed and the owner even emitted that he did not change the guest room. the couch smelled so bad it made me sick, it smelt like wet dog, i saw blood spots all over the back patio, the owner told us it was his dogs. it was filthy out on the patio the coffee table had sticky drip spill all over it,, the ash trays stuck together and a tray they had on top had cigarettes ashes all over it. the door walls had hand prints and your hand stuck to them as you tried to open them. it was terrible . to the point i cried nearly everyday. i cleaned the spots on his carpet except one. i scrubbed his couch that still stinks wash a cabinets out big cause there was bugs and wiped his handle down on the handles. i scrubbed he patio with lysol cleaner washed his coffee table change the bedding wipe the bathroom countertops and the door handles to all the doors. this all was very hared for me because i have parkinson disease and am weak and shake. i should have never never have had to go through this. we did not know what to do. and how to handle it.. we will never use this company again {never again} and we will let all are friends know.. crying on your vacation should of never happen.. so disappointed.

My wife and I loved our stay here! The house was the perfect size for just us, or a couple with children. We loved the amount of space we had for the value. Outdoor space is particularly important to us and is the reason we come to Florida. First, the pool was great and where we spent most of our time. Fairly private and the guest can control the heat. Plenty of deck space, both in and out of the direct sun. Pool deck loungers have large cushions which were comfortable. The other pool deck furniture is a bit tired and dated but totally functional. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the A/C worked perfectly in the house. Sleeping was no problem. Couches in the large main family room were also nice. Overall, the décor is a bit cluttered and busy, but it all works out and provides an inviting environment. We really appreciated the fact that there was laundry soap, dish soap, hand soap, and paper products (TP, paper towels, coffee filters, even napkins and paper plates) already there. Rushing out to buy all that on the first or second day always seems like such an unnecessary chore. Thank you so much for providing these items that everyone needs. We really liked the newer grill on the pool deck and cooked most of our dinners on it. Large grill surface, and a side burner. The kitchen was extremely well equipped. Blender, coffee maker, toaster, Microwave, tea kettle, tongs, spatulas, etc, etc… Loads of plates and glasses. If anything, it was somewhat over equipped as it seemed a bit cluttered. Overall, however this is a personal thing as we wanted for nothing when making meals (and we cook a lot). The spice cabinet was even full. Linens and towels were plentiful. Loads of bath and beach/pool towels were available for our use. All were in good condition. We appreciated being able to use the garage, and garage door opener. The garage was not cluttered up and we were able to pull our car right in. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We felt comfortable and perfectly safe here. We saw several Sand Hill Cranes, ducks, and a Red Tail Hawk even landed next to us on the fence when we were sitting by the pool. Overall, this is a great rental. Highlights for us were the pool, comfortable beds, well supplied consumables, grill, outdoor deck space, and being able to use the garage. We will rent this same place again.
