Loved, loved, loved staying here! Very cozy and clean, perfect location, and so many cute little restaurants within walking distance. Loved that it was about a 10 minute walk to the beach!!! I will be staying here again!!

We loved our time at the rental property. We were 1 block from the beach and 2 doors over was the best taco shop! We were a short drive away from Publix, the city center and many other things. The property had beach towels, sand toys, cart to lug all the beach things to and from the beach. We highly recommend this rental!

We have stayed here before about 5 years ago. I love the location to be able to walk to the beach, walk to restaurants, and shops. It was so nice to have beach supplies in the home to use , games, washer and dryer and comfortable beds.

A friend and I stayed for 5 days...and the space is great when the weather isnt perfect (games...nap...movies...big space)...when the weather is good it's very close to the beach. Lots of great beach restaurants...in fact you really dont have to leave the beach if you don't want too (Publix is a mile or so). The town just has a great vibe...part of that is the people. Looking forward to the next visit...

This was such a perfect space and location for our family of five. Very comfortable and next to a lot of our favorite spots. If it’s your first time we highly recommend Kookaburra coffee, Beachcomber and A1A Burrito works. Very responsive host. Super clean space with all the amenities. Loved it and will definitely book again our next visit.

Our family stayed for 6 days and every day was amazing. The historic district is full of restaurants, museums and history. We absolutely loved it and will definitely come back. The convenience to the beach was unbeatable! I quick crossing of the street and you were at the beach, great local restaurant, and walking distance to the pier! You won’t regret it! Perfect location for a summer vacation.

Super clean condo within 2 blocks of a beautiful beach. Any communication with the host was immediate and quickly resolved. I would definitely recommend this place and will stay here again!

We loved the close proximity to the beach and local hangouts. The unit was just the right size for our family of 5.
We were surprised to find the front door unlocked when we arrived in the early morning
We were disappointed in the beach chairs and cart, as were in poor condition

Great location and house
We had a great stay. The house was extremely clean and the location was perfect. Only downside was I didn’t hear back about the possibility of early check in or late check out via email or text. Totally understand it’s not always possible, but would have been good to just get an answer. It didn’t take anything away from our stay though- it was perfect for our all adult family and had everything we could need. The back patio was especially nice. We would return and recommend to others!

Very clean, confortable and well located property!
I spent three days with my family in this house and we are all happy we rented it. It’s located close to the beach, close to the attractions and it’s very clean and well maintained property. We are definitely coming back to St. Augustine as soon as we can and hopefully this house is available for rent when we are ready for our next vacations. Thank You!

Very clean place to stay & it had everything we needed. We were a family of 5 adults. There were plenty of towels, beach towels, trash bags, dish tabs, etc…The beach cart was a great help, much easier than carrying everything to the beach for the day. Very short walk to the beach. Would love to stay here again. 🙂

We had a great time. This property is in an excellent location. The beach is an easy walk and there are plenty of restaurants within a 2 minute walk. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay
There was more things in the home then previous stays to accommodate our stay, which was very nice. Who packs a wagon? Not me but there was one here if we chose to use it. The biggest issue (which is petty) is there was a bright light shining in the from the back side of the home all night. Ultimately we would recommend this location for anyone who's planning a trip

Great bargain!
Very clean property with responsive owners. Less than five minute walk to a great beach. There is a very busy street to cross but it has a light and crosswalk. Cold AC, good wifi, and very fresh smelling (not like some beach homes). Having the beach wagon, beach toys, towels, boogie boards, beach chairs, and cooler available to us was amazing. Would absolutely stay again.

Excellent Stay
The location was great and walking to distance to great tasting local restaurants. The home was very well equipped from the beach buggy with chairs, toys and towels to all the cookware and great outdoor grille and picnic table. You can see the beach access from the street so it was a nice short walk for the sunrises. Thank you again, we really enjoyed it!

Our St. Augustine vacation July 2019
The property looked just as pictured online. It was very spacious and accommodating, with adequate sheets, towels, dishes, etc. The backyard patio was great for evening barbeques. Close to the beach and restaurants. At night it was very quiet. We loved it and will definitely go back.

Vaca fun
Everything was like as the listing posted. Real close to beach and good food and shopping. Downtown St Augustine has lots to do, (and everything is close) including the alligator farm, scenic cruises, and Marineland (plus much more)! We had a lot of fun staying at this house

GRADUATION
The house was very clean and spacious. A great location just a block from beach and the Taco Shop on the corner is awesome.
My only complaint is the Plastic mattress cover need something new that protects but is not plastic.
Also house had everything we needed beach chairs, towels and wagon.

Convenient location
We really enjoyed our stay in St. Augustine Beach; quick, easy beach access and near to other family members living in the area.
The townhome was very clean and comfortable but the kitchen REALLY needs some additional items such as glass casserole dishes and the like. With 6 staying there, and the option to add 2 more, if you plan to do any meals in, you may need to purchase some foil disposable pans. And there was only 1 wine glass in the cabinets! YIkes. There were some beer mugs in the freezer for those imbibing in that beverage.
We appreciated the 2 beach chairs, the small cooler and the beach towels. Very convenient!

Spring Break 2019
Location. Location. Location. We loved being able to take a short walk to the beach or down the strip. Our family of 8 had plenty of space and no one was stepping over each other. Plenty of amenities and things to do on rainy days. We will definitely revisit. Thank you!

Location, Location, Location!
This place was in a great location, walking distance to the beach and great restaurants near by. It was very comfortable and clean. My 5 sisters and I spent 7 days in St Augustine and everything was perfect. We were able to cook most of our meals here, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The place was roomy and beds/bedrooms were very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. Thank You for providing us a place to make memories we will never forget.
