The condo was in a great location and the 10th floor was great! Everyone at the resort was very nice and helpful! The condo could use a few updates in the main bedroom and bath. The condo overall was really nice. Peaceful and quiet!!!

Great location. Especially for ball tournament. Good perks at property with pools, bars, etc. do wish you did not have to travel to realty company to pick up keys. Wish property was a code instead of physical keys.

Property was pretty much like the picture. Resort was slightly dated but nice. Steps from the beach and was perfect for sitting on the balcony seeing the sunrise and listening to the ocean. Minor issues were taken care of right away without issue. Beds could be more comfortable and unit could be updated a bit more, but overall, the stay was pleasant.

Great location, plenty of activities and options. Multiple pools. Ocean view. I recommend getting chairs & an umbrella from Jan. Older two boys were content. Clean enough. New enough. I’d go back for sure!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was nicely partially remodeled. The staff at the property were always cleaning and managing the pool area. Lots of pools! Activities with music at the poolside the days we were at the pool. Beautiful and clean beach. In a residential area with nice sidewalks for walking or running. Lots of activities in the overall North Myrtle and Myrtle beach area! My main con is the fitness center. Needs to be larger. Or remove some of the cardio equipment and expand the weight section. Every time I was In there, the weight section was overly crowded or people left and came back later. Only 0-1 people on cardio equipment. Nice weather = walk/run outside.

We’ve stayed at BWR before but booked thru the hotel. This was our first visit booking thru a realty company. Check in was quick and easy minus the amount of check ins they had that day (line out the door)! The room was spacious and well stocked with things we needed like bath towels, linens, kitchen utensils and appliances. The room could have been a bit cleaner. One of the pull out beds looked as if someone slept in it and the linens were never changed… Balcony was fantastic with an amazing view! The only consistent issue was the strong smell of marijuana EVERYTIME we stepped out on the balcony!! The rental company called saying they got complaints of smoking from our balcony but that wasn’t us. My guess would be someone just needed someone to blame or they were smoking themselves. Overall we would stay again. Thank you to the owners for allowing us to use your space for our family vacation!

Quiet location. On-line photos and description accurate. Unit was clean. Very nice balcony and view. Resort staff also friendly and was always cleaning the main entrance/lobby.

We loved our stay here. Such a nice condo and right on the beach! The heated pool and lazy river were just what we needed on a bright sunny day!

The condo was nice and spacious with views overlooking the ocean with a nice size patio. The washer dryer was very convenient to have. There’s a bar restaurant that we enjoyed on the property with great prices and food. There are indoor pools, outdoor pools, hot tubs and lazy rivers. The beach is accessible from the pool area with places to wash the sound off. We will definitely return.

We had a wonderful time thanks to great weather. Would have liked a few things better like the resort to have more heated pools, cleaner hot tubs and the restaurant to be open all days instead of weekend only . None of this affected our stay though. Location is beautiful. Great sunset and sunrise and the one lazy river and pool made for great memories. You cant do wrong.

However, the mattresses on the beds are quite worn and need to be replaced as they were not very comfortable (this was by far the biggest negative about this condo). Also, the toilets are not chair-height and are somewhat dated and could be replaced. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location of the property is great, as it is close to many restaurants, stores, etc...

Layout was great giving us privacy with bedrooms down the hall from each other. The place was clean and appeared to be fairly recently updated. Great sized balcony for 4 people to relax. Perfect for watching some beautiful sunrises. Could have used a couple more hand towels for the bathrooms. Location was good for golf, shopping, winery, and a little sightseeing. We all enjoyed our vacation.

Our stay was wonderful. I was able to walk almost every morning on the beach toward the sunrise, except for the day of the hurricane. We loved the facility and the location to many restaurants and activities.

The only complaint I have is the Security Guard needs to look for the bands on your wrist discreetly and not ask everyone to lift there hands, I felt as if we were not being treated as guest. I understand if he doesn’t see on on your wrist then ask to see it. I was at the pool one day and I was sled three different times to show my wrist. I wasn’t happy about it. Other than that everything was wonderful. Thank you

love the place, great location, excellent view, easy smooth load in and load out. we really enjoyed baywatch resort. just needed a ramp for our beach wagon. steps were a bit challenging pulling the wagon with all our beach chairs, umbrella & bags. great vacation will be back next year!

The view and balcony were fantastic. We could see everything around from the 10th floor. The pools and amenities in the resort were wonderful. The only surprise was that the restaurant was only open a couple of hours for breakfast. But, all else was fully functional and well maintained. All things considered this was a good place to stay and we would come back again.

The resort is in a good location in NMB. The condo has had some updates that appears to have been recently completed. Still needs some minor updates but overall appears to be adequately maintained. Worked well for a long weekend. Carts to carry your luggage are hard to find during busy check-in and check-out times.
