We had a great stay! Very clean! We enjoyed the condo. Highly recommend!

Sunsets were amazing! The complex grounds were so beautiful & peaceful. Everything was wonderful! Falling asleep to the ocean sounds was a dream! The unit had everything we needed & much more. Check in & check out were a breeze. Can't wait to come back again.

Property was undergoing improvements so every week day there was an annoying drilling of brick they were laying for sidewalk right outside of our condo. The view to ocean was nice. The condo was well stocked with amenities, kitchen utencils etc. The check-in and check out process was so easy! Overall good place to stay!

Gorgeous view! Very clean and comfortable. Kitchen stocked! Loved having 2 balconies to enjoy. Comfortable beds. The grounds on the property are really well kept and beautiful. Just a short walk to restaurants. Only suggestion...replace one one of your lounge chairs that is severely ripped (owner may not be aware). Otherwise, our stay was wonderful!

On the sand was great to work with and was very responsive. A sink wasn't draining and they sent someone to fix it within a few hours. The mattress on the upstairs bed should be replaced though. It was uncomfortable. Otherwise our stay was great and the condo was terrific and very well stocked.

The rental property was very nice. Everything you need is there, including kitchen supplies, beach chairs, toys, umbrella, cooler. The company is very responsive with an onsite manager who handles any issues that may arise. We had a wonderful time. The grounds on this site are absolutely beautiful with lush landscaping and the beach just feet away! We would definitely stay again!

We stayed here for a week while my granddaughter did her surf camp ! It was beyond perfect as there was surf right out front ! Great views , and perfect for our family !

If you like walking on the beach, this is the place for you. The condo is located between the pier and the harbour, giving many options to walk, eat and enjoy the outdoors. The condo grounds are beautiful, especially at Christmas as there is a fantastic display of lights. The inside of the condo was good. There were two comfy recliners and the beds and decor were nice. It was stocked with most everything we needed. I would recommend this property.

This condo has a beautiful view of the bay and the ocean. It’s been updated and looks beautiful on the inside as well. Our family of 6, two adults and 4 teenagers slept comfortably and had adequate space. Thank you for the privilege of staying in such a beautiful place!

Very pleasant stay in one of the most beautiful rooms of the resort. very well maintained, quiet, very well equipped, beautiful views of the marina and sunsets and the owner ensures that our stay is going well.

The furnishings were Target build yourself with handles on draws missing in bedroom. Shower door in master bath needs good cleaning. The rugs were dirty and musty smelling and we needed to keep windows open. The kitchen utensils were greasy and needed to be washed before using. No BBQ tools, No large platter for food. The trays that were are top of refrigerator were dirty. Bathroom sink slow draining. the dishwasher which we used only twice leaked from underneath and is so old really needs replacing. the couch was in bad shape if you sat on it long enough you would fall off as the cushions don't fit well. we loved the top deck and if repairs and updates were done we would rent again next season. However I will be looking for a more updated unit like this in the future. The rugs are so musty that my asthma acted up.

We rented G317. Condo was very clean, and has everything you need for the beach. Boogie boards, sand toys, towels, and even a cart to help carry items from your own reserved parking spot in underground garage. Unfortunately we didn't realize it had all these items until after the first 5 days. There was a small note in one of the closets that we found on wall showing the combo code and where they were located. They are located in a storage closet in front of parking space in garage. We enjoyed every minute. Had multiple fans to help pull in the cool ocean air. Unbelievable views from top deck and main deck. Watched Camp Pendleton fireworks show from the condo. Unit faces NW and sunsets were amazing! I would not consider the upstairs as the master, there is only queen and twin bed. King bed is on main floor along with a super comfortable pull out couch. Would definately stay here again! Thank you for great memories!

Very nice property only issue is the large pipe on the beach area was ugly and a pain to het over.

We absolutely loved Oceanside, California. We travelled a long ways to vacation there. Unfortunately our first impressions when arriving to the condo were not a good experience. Found it to be some what run down. Needing some maintenance, and the cleanliness was a factor. Lucky for us, we travelled with friends and we didn't have to spend much time in the condo. They had us to their condo to enjoy any inside time we had. Overall a disappointing experience.

Nice quiet complex. Lots to see and do within short walking distance of the condo. Good views from the balconies. Weather was a bit chilly while we were there with lots of fog around. Good security in the complex, good amenities in the condo although the kitchen. Overall, a good place to stay with kids.

For the most part our stay was very nice. We had a beautiful view of Oceanside Harbor and the ocean. It was pleasant sitting on the deck both in the early morning and in the evening. Our family enjoyed the Legoland adventure and we were able to visit with some old friends who came by to visit. There were a couple of items that made it not a "5" rating. The parking was somewhat of an issue. If you had more than one car you had to be ready to spend a good amount of time roaming the various garages to locate a "24" hour spot which would mean in 24 hours you'd be looking for another spot. Didn't care for that at all. Secondly, there were some issues with the wear in the condo. The carpet seemed somewhat dirty. We had small children playing with legos on the floor so it was a concern. The sheets in the master looked like it was time to replace them. Other than those issues we would definitely use this condo again.

Mom and guest loved this condo. The view you see when you pop open your eyes is the harbor, Ocean view beautiful! Mom insist we stay in the same condo for next year. Owners were easy to deal with. The staff was always willing to help and accommodate at any time. You have all the comforts of home and than some including a beauty of a beach. My guest all want to rent this condo.I Plan on a return visit.

We loved our stay in G317. It is such a comfortable condo with a great view of the ocean. If you are familiar with the complex you know the grounds are outstanding and we really enjoyed the location of this condo in a quiet part of the complex with the sound of a brook running. We will definitely be back. The condo was stocked well and very nice furniture. We did notice the condo was lacking good pots and let On-The-Sand know and they had some delivered right away. Great trip for the family!

North Coast Village is a nice community. The permanent residents are friendly and seem to enjoy living in a place which is predominantly visiting tourists. I met some of them while I was grilling a tri-tip in the outdoor dining area. It seems like the grills get used a lot. There was plenty to do without using the car. The harbor is next door and has a lot of restaurants. The Oceanside Pier is easy walking distance. The beach is right there. The unit had a nice view of the harbor and ocean. I left a couple things behind and the manager arranged to have them mailed to me without an extra service charge, which was a nice surprise (especially compared to the stories that I've heard from other people who did this). The unit itself is in good condition and comes with beach chairs and boogie boards. I would certainly recommend it.

This property is fun for our family because we can spread out and do our own thing and still be close together. We love how close it is to the beach- that we don't have to cross a parking lot or pay for parking to get to the beach. It is a pleasant, clean beach that never has too many people at it. The condo manager is prompt in answering questions and is easy to get along with. This is our 3rd year staying in this same condo!

this place was an awesome find. The rooms were in great shape and located right on the beach. My family had a blast and renting was really simple.
