This was our 4th stay at this property. We love the location- proximity to the beach and Coligny Plaza. The first floor living and easy access to the pool was great.

What a wonderful property! We had 6 adults and 2 kiddos. Great space for all of us. We endured Hurricane Debby for 3 days, and yet having the pool let us enjoy our time there! What's a little rain when you are in a pool! The pool company was there at least 3 times to clean and balance the pool. Great service. Walk to beach, walk to Coligney Square, walk to grocery. This is an ideal house and I thank the owner for allowing us our week!

The beach was pretty windy most of the week so the pool came in handy. Rented E bikes for everyone & most enjoyed exploring the beautiful island.

This property is so perfect! It’s so close to the beach, has a pool, is so well equipped and feels very cozy! The 4 bedrooms are well sized and is perfect for parties big or small. We had the best time there as a family, this is actually our 6th time staying at this property. Highly recommend!!

We've rented many houses in Hilton Head over a 30 year period. This was the cleanest home we've ever stayed in. The pool area is great and the house is close to beach. The home is spacious and feels much bigger than 2200 square feet. Overall a very high value experience.

We had a great stay at this house! The location is perfect - a very quick walk to both the beach and Coligny plaza. The layout of the house is great, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We really enjoyed having our own pool - and it was so nice having the bathroom by the pool, and also the hose by the pool to rinse off our feet when we came back from the beach. We definitely hope to stay here again in the future!

Can’t say much more than wonderful!! This house was so clean and comfortable for our family of 6 adults 2 children. The location was great with only a very short walk to the beach and Coligny Plaza. We really enjoyed the pool and the beach towels! The Vacation Rental company responded very quickly and kindly to our request to clean the pool deck and pool after a storm left debris everywhere. Couldn’t have asked for better service or a more enjoyable week. We are already talking about coming back next year!

Great stay at the beach!
We had a great stay! The location is perfect. A 3 min walk to the beach (with kids), coffee shop, restaurants, or even the grocery store. This made our stay with kids great. The house is spacious. We didn't have a large group but everyone having their own bathroom would've been great if we did. Everything felt clean, which is our pet peeve for vacation homes so we would've noticed. The pool was perfect. Just bring your beach stuff, pool toys, and family for a great vacation.

Best place I have stayed at in 9 years.
Tho was the first time we got a house as a family and it was amazing. Great location to the beach and the shops. Our daughter loved the pool as did we. Will defiantly be re booking next year.

Hilton Head Island House Rental
Our family, six adults and three toddlers, rented a house on Hilton Head Island. It was amazing and perfect for our family! The kitchen was fully equipped, all linens provided, and two king beds, one queen, and two twin beds. Outdoor pool with 1/2 bath at pool side was also a plus with the children! The walk to the beach was short and pleasant. I highly recommend this family friendly property! Thank you to the owners for sharing this house with us for our first trip with the grandchildren! Hopefully, we can visit again!

Fun Family vacation
Enjoyed our stay at 17 Bittern! Super clean, close to the beach and a short walk or bike ride to Coligny. Kitchen is well stocked and plenty of pool towels provided.

Annual family vacation to Hilton Head
This was the fifth year we have rented 17 Bittern during Memorial Day week for our family vacation. We love this property. Excellent size for our group. Location to the beach and convenient to other places such as restaurants, stores, etc. We have already reserved and made a deposit on this property for 2022.

Family vacation
This is the third time we have stayed at this vacation home with our family. We absolutely love it. As my kids have begun to grow up and start their lives, this has been a good place to come back and relax and regroup as a family. We appreciate the opportunity to use this home as our own. The extra bathroom near the pool is a wonderful feature. The ranch home is perfect for our group. The home is well maintained, clean and well decorated. Close to the beach and Coligny Plaza makes an ideal location.
