Nice variety of kitchen equipment, dishes, food staples. Vacuum cleaner inside the unit. Wasn't sure which uses of TV I would be charged extra for. No radio, or I couldn't find one. Interior of unit felt dark to me. No washcloths in the bathroom. No grab bars in shower. Layout of the unit felt awkward to me. "Crossroads" in center with rooms going out in all four directions. I was one person; felt like you would run into other people if there were more than one person. Cobwebs at the foot of the stairs, just inside the front door.

Great little place! It was very clean and we felt comfortable staying there. Great waterfall hike within walking distance!

Great spot, easy access to bus, had all the basics we needed

Used the apartment for a recent ski trip to vail. It was a perfect location. A few things that should be known when arriving. There is a market less than a mile down the road. Perfect for getting groceries without having to drive into vail. Also, if you are traveling to the village for skiing or anything, there is literally a bus stop at the end of the driveway! Turned out to be perfect, no need to pay $35+ a day to park. The neighborhood was plowed everyday, even with the 8” of snow that fell. Overall had a great time and will probably be back some day!!!

We just loved the place and would definetely rent it again. It was super clean and it had everything we needed and more. We called once for assistance and it was provided right away. The service was excellent. I totally reccommend it!

Convenient place to stay and plenty of toilet paper and soap. Nicely maintained. Easy to use entertainment system. Icy stairs up from parking outside building and narrow stairs inside building could be safety concern. Otherwise great stay.

Everything you need! Very comfortable and cozy home.

We we’re less than satisfied since the TV cable service wasn’t working and the management company turned the heat off in our unit during our stay and we were in the Rockies!

The quiet atmosphere of East Vail is nice to be able to relax.

We liked the housing, but remain unimpressed with service. First, we were not provided enough bath towels and face clothes. We called Vacasa, and (gratefully) we were provided additional towels. Two days before we were to leave, our toilet paper ran out. When we called Vacasa, the rep stated that sufficient toilet paper was already provided (two rolls). She said she would request more toilet paper—but something in her attitude made me understand that we would not be supplied an extra roll. (We only needed one.) At the end of the day that we requested a roll of toilet paper—and none was delivered—we walked to the convenience store and shelled out over $7.00 for 4 small rolls of toilet paper. Vail prices are high for everything. I am still aghast that a simple request for a roll of toilet paper was met with such callous indifference.

Very comfortable and quiet, yet super convenient to downtown Vail.

I always try to rent lodging with a kitchen so I can prepare my own meals. I'm not a fan of going out alone, plus it saves a ton of money. Of all the places I have stayed, I have never seen a better appointed kitchen than this one. There wasn't a single thing that I needed that wasn't provided. I was shocked, quite frankly. Coffee maker, toaster, blender, pots, pans, utensils, plates, etc. There was even a small crock pot.I bought my groceries in Denver and did not eat out once.The apartment overall was wonderful. Very clean and had everything I needed.I really only have two small complaints. The satellite dish is not what I was expected. It's some DirecTV DVR, so it seems you can't just tune a channel and watch. Odd. The bigger issue I had was dreadfully slow Internet. I tried both wired and wireless and it was, quite frankly, abysmal. Hard to even watch a weather forecast because it was constantly trying to buffer. This would not cause me to pass on renting it again, but it was surprising and inconvenient. The location in East Vail was wonderful to me. It's far enough away that there is really not much traffic from the village, it's a 10 minute drive to the parking structure, and there is a bus stop at the entrance to the property, which means a 15-minute trip to the village. I had an extremely quiet 5 days and 4 nights. I am leaving 5 stars, despite the very, very slow internet and satellite issues because I doubt I could have found a quieter place with a better supplied kitchen. Very pleased overall.

Easy access to the bus line and trails.

The property as clean and visually appealing. However, there were some issues... 1) When a property indicates it has "WiFi" I assume it high-ish speed. The internet service at this property as at most 1Mbps and sometimes as low as .34Mbps (checked with speedtest). This made it impossible to stream entertainment at night and difficult to update a play list for riding the next day. I called the property manager - he said he'd call the owner to see about upgrading the service. It never improved. 2) Given we couldn't stream movies, we turned to the TV, but it's DirectTV and many of the movie channels report Signal Loss even though we had clear weather - sure enough, the satellite dish is directly behind a tree, blocking the signal. 3) The pillows were more like a piece of fabric in a pillow case. I finally got some head support by bunching it up. I looked for additional pillows, found a couple, but no pillow cases and none of them were a "firm" option. 4) The lighting was very dim throughout the unit, except in the "hall" between the two bedrooms and the bathroom. The stove light (in the microwave) was not functioning. 5) There was only one soap dispenser in the condo; only in the bathroom, no soap at the kitchen sink. So when someone was in the bathroom while someone else was cooking, we had to wait for the bathroom to be available to clean our hands.

Great condo for 4 people to stay or a family with 2 young children (children would stay in the bunk beds). There is a bus stop just outside the complex, which will take you to the main lodge at Vail. I really liked being able to hop on/off the shuttle and not deal with parking when going to the resort. We didn't have soap, toilet paper, paper towels or a functioning coffee pot when we arrived, but the Vacasa rep was able to fix this the next day, so appreciate his prompt response and service!

This is a clean, comfortable and efficient accommodation. It was perfect for a weekend in Vail. The short hike up the hill is a nice appetite builder and improves your skiing day two. I would happily stay here again.

The property is fine. There was some good and some not-so-good. I probably wouldn't book again; spending a bit more is probably worth the return. The good: relative price, clean, warm/not drafty, kitchen was well-stocked, beds were comfortable, shower had good water pressure. Not so good: The walls are paper thin so it was difficult to sleep due to noise from neighbors. The living room/kitchen is very awkward and not very comfortable: the TV is in a strange location. There's a chair/ottoman weirdly blocking the door to the balcony. The kitchen table would need to be pulled from the wall to seat 4, but there really isn't space to do that. The apartment is at the top of a hill, so although only a 5 min walk to the bus-stop, it can be difficult for sea-level-er and slippery going down in ski gear.

Unit is nice. It is a bit hard to find, but if you read the directions carefully, you will find it. We found the internet/wifi to be quite slow...even for opening e-mails, downloading podcasts, etc. Otherwise, the unit is quite nice and it is clear the owners have taken good care of it and kept it well updated.

Nice quite place. A little hard to find at night as the building is not clearly marked. Would stay there again.

Very nice condo, reasonable price.

Easy to check in with key lock outside of door. Condo was right by a bus stop and I never had to drive or walk far to get around. Clean condo.

Great for what we needed. Just two of us with all the necessary amenities.

We had a great stay. The location was perfect and it was right off of the bus line into Vail Villlage. The market is also only a 5 minute walk away. The lockbox for the place was jammed, which took us a long time to end up getting into it. Other than that, the place was great and would stay again.
