The place was nice but had construction issues, one side of the house had bare insulation exposed and not finished . The wifi sucks and we were without cable an wifi the entire time. The owner tried to have it fixed but the cable company couldn’t send anyone out over Labor Day. That alone made it miserable and the one thing is the owner never offered to make it right other than give me back one day of rent due to my family wanting to go home a day early due to the fact that it was miserable without wifi or cable . As a businessman I would have offered my guest some kind of gesture to make it right. It’s definitely not worth the price .

Great place with large comfortable living room, plenty of bathrooms. Nice ocean views, easy walk to beach. Owner is very pleasant and professional. Had a great experience. Hope to come back soon.

Our family of 10 had a great time! Short walk to the beach and we have kids they didn't complain once. Nice and safe quite neighborhood. The property had a ping pong table, 5 bikes, basketball hoop, sand toys, beach chairs and umbrellas. She also had a bunch of beach towels for us to use. It was nice not having to bring those items along on our travels. The house was very spacious! Beds were very comfortable, I mean better then my bed at home! The kitchen was fully stocked with supplies and we did a lot of cooking there. The grill was nice as well. She had plenty of towels and pillows and linens. There was a separate ice maker which was very nice to have on hand. Plus an extra frig down in the garage. It was nice having 2 separate living areas so the kids could be shipped off into their room! 😀 overall, I would stay here again.

We couldn't have been happier or more comfortable than in this wonderful house. 8 adults ranging from 25 to 65 and two grandchildren, 5 and 8, spent nine wonderful days beachside. Wonderful weather, short walk to beach, spacious outdoor decking front and back, two large living areas, wonderful kitchen, neat tidy and clean throughout all contributed to a painless and carefree stay. Owner thoughtful, gracious, and always available. Amenities included new bicycles, extra frig, ice cube maker, new gas grill, new ping pong table. We really couldn'y have been more blessed. Thankyou!!

Our family of 10, including seven adults and three children, recently spent six nights in this amazing house. We were extremely comfortable in the large amount of space the house provided. Each family was able to have their own private bedroom and bathroom. There are 2 large living areas, each with plenty of seating and large screen televisions. The owner provided plenty of beach chairs, beach toys, and a beach umbrella. In the house are several beach towels. We didn’t need to bring anything for the beach with us. This house is beach ready! The view of the Gulf of Mexico from the front porch was beautiful! It’s an easy walk to the beach on the concrete pathway. The outdoor shower beneath the house was incredible for washing off sand before re entering the home. The owner was extremely accessible and accommodating, quickly responding to any questions we had. Our family comes to Pensacola every year and this is BY FAR the best place we have ever stayed!!! I would rate it 10 stars if I could!!

Had problems with the frig in the kitchen. Owner did help& bought a new frig to put in the garage. Walk to the beach is hard through soft sand.

This house was an absolute dream!! Me and a group of my friends decided to take a getaway before summer and this house was the perfect place to do that. Plenty of room, right next to the beach & just an overall great experience. Karen was awesome, responded quickly and had everything we need that we didn't think to bring with us. She was very sweet and so understanding (had a mishap and she never once got frustrated). If this house is available when I come back to Pensacola I will definitely be staying here AWESOME, AWESOME, AWESOME!!!!

Great week

This house is great for large families! Looks even better in person . It has 5 bedrooms and a great media room with large comfy sofas so really you can have 6 separate areas for sleeping privacy. 4 full baths. Quiet area with quick access to beach. I would definitely rent this again. Owner was exceptionally accommodating. ❤️
