Huge house that accommodated all of us for our family vacation. The house however, is a bit outdated and needs some work. Also, the hot tub only had a few jets working. The views from the backyard are breathtaking though! Overall the pictures don’t show the age/condition of the house but for a larger group there is more than enough space for everyone.

Best property manager I’ve ever worked with! She met us when we arrive to give us a tour of the home and make sure we had everything we needed. The views from this home are incredible. We had coffee by the fire pit every morning, even in 40 degree temps.

Our family had a great time at this house. We appreciate the hospitality.

Easy to access freeway and downtown

This property was perfect for family vacation, I only wish it was summer when we went so we could enjoy the pool. The owner and management were courteous and attentive. The house definitely has some deferred maintenance and the surrounding neighborhood is not somewhere to be caught after dark, but we had no issues.

We decided that neighborhood is a 3, it's a little sketchy. The house is a 4, there is some deferred maintenance that would bump it up to a 5. But the backyard is a definite 5! It's an oasis, we only left the house a couple times because all anyone wanted to do was to hang out in the pool, hot tub, play Cornhole, and enjoy the lovely view and weather. The house was also so spacious and set up for entertaining, there was plenty of room. We had 2 families of 4 and could have easily fit another family of 4+ with each of us having our own spaces. Though again, we spent the majority of our time outside and loved every minute. Thanks for sharing your house!

Came with my family, sisters family, and parents. House was perfect for this size group. Really nice backyard. Would highly recommend. Nearby grocery store was a plus

We were a large family visiting ABQ to attend the balloon festival, checking off a bucket list item for my mom. Super easy to get to the balloon park from the location, views were beautiful, amenities were great. It was large enough for my family, lots of things to do when we had downtime and any questions were answered immediately. My family enjoyed the stay and we would highly recommend the location.

This house was perfect for our group of 6 couples. The backyard was the best, we particularly enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and the view of the mountains as we were relaxing was fantastic. Although there are parts of the house (carpet, sticky cupboard doors) that show some wear. The large table to eat and play cards was perfect. This was a great place to stay and I would recommend and would stay here anytime.

We rented this property based on it's entertainment value for kids and family. It turned out to be the perfect rental for both. Kids throughly enjoyed the pool and pool table while we got to visit. The property was quite functional and well stocked.

It was clean and had what we needed to enjoy our stay. David was super response when the pool cover was not working properly along issues with the sink. Unfortunately, the location beyond the main street is rough, but I didn't leave the house much because it had what I needed to have fun.

It is a nice house and we enjoyed our stay. It is time for some upgrades and improvements though. Oven, range and microwave need replaced. They are Very old and range and microwave are not working properly. Hot tub needs replaced. It’s old, the jets aren’t working and base is falling apart. the pool table needs repaired. One pocket just drops the balls on the floor. The pool, the view and the size of this house was great and we would consider renting again AFTER some upgrades are done.

The house showed some wear and tear but overall it was clean, huge, and we loved hanging out in the backyard!!!

This home provided a very good home base in Albuquerque for our Family Reunion in Santa Fe. The view from the home is fantastic and the outdoor games area, lounging, outdoor kitchen, and firepit were fantastic. The pool itself was a bit cold for us, but they did come out and fix it. Unfortunately, I waited too long to report it, so we had little time to get it corrected. There were also a couple of minor things which I let him know after the stay and he said he'd address. The pool table was a BIG hit and TV options/channels were good although we rarely used it. We originally had 18 people planned, and that would've been interesting to see how that would've worked - but we're all Family anyway! We had 8 adults and 2 kids (10 and 14). There was enough room for everyone to have their own bedroom, so a couple of the beds and the futons were not needed. Overall, a comfortable place to stay. I just wish the pool temp was correct when we got there.

The house, pool and hot tub were all very clean. We had a couple questions about how things worked and our text messages were responded to very quickly. Information about Albuquerque was helpful and we found lots of fun things to during our visit.

David Vilar and staff made sure that everything was exceptional, from easy check in to quick information at check in etc. There were 7 of us who spent a weekend playing golf, and loved calling this beautiful property home base! 10 stars! I was in town visiting for a week with a number of friends and their kids. This house was perfect for what we wanted to do. The kids loved the pool table and the views of the mountains in the backyard were fantastic. Great house for a group vacation.

This property was perfect for us! The 5 bedrooms allowed all our family to be under one roof. Both the adults and children loved the spacious backyard with the heated pool, cornhole area, putting green, outdoor fire pit and large seating area.The view out the back was spectacular. The owner was outstanding. He was very responsive to our questions/needs. The many windows allow for a great view to the backyard. There was plenty of indoor seating for our large family and again both the adults and kids loved the pool table!The residence was convenient to a grocery store and 20 mins away from the balloon festival which made it ideal for us.All in all, we would highly recommend this residence for family get togethers.

This was a perfect residence to reunite with friends we had not seen and went to school with 44 years ago. Plenty of space and onsite amenities for everyone to enjoy. Pool table, pool, hot tub and a slot machine (still waiting for my cashout voucher for $4.50). We all had a blast staying here and exploring Albuquerque. The view of the mountains is spectacular. We would love to do it again!

Perfect property to hang out, play games, and catch up with friends. Excellent hang out area outside, offering great versatility in activities that made the trip exceptional.

This house was a great option. We do an annual golf trip with 8 players. The house was able to sleep all eight individual players with plenty of sleep options. Location was ideal and close to alot of things. The backyard was a great gathering place and the fire pit was the highlight on cool nights. Overall - great house for medium and large groups. For golfers, it was very close to great courses.

We stayed in this home for a Spring Break family reunion. NM is beautiful. The house is accommodating inside and outside for our group of 17 to cook, relax, swim and play together the way no hotel could be. We used all the sleeping options at hand to make it work. There’s a binder of house information and quick response from David when we needed anything.

This place is awesome. My husband and I came down with another couple for Valentine’s. We didn’t have any issues what so ever. The owner was very helpful and even delivered some wood for a fire during a crazy windy blizzard. The main level was perfect to watch movies, play some pool and even cook some food. Couldn’t believe how comfortable the master bed/bath was. Bed was awesome and Jacuzzi tub was perfect cause of the weather. We can’t wait to come back for a visit when weather is nicer and we can use the pool and outside kitchen!!!

My husband and I planned a visit with our daughter, son in law, and two young grandchildren. We selected this property because it had a pool and the reviews were excellent. Upon arrival we were surprised by the feel of the neighborhood - lots of safety bars on windows of nearby homes. The first thing we saw at the house was a window on the first floor at the front of the property with a plywood piece wedged in and an exhaust. When we entered there was dirt tracked throughout the tiled floor areas. Not what we expected at this price and during Covid. The bottom of the fridge was missing the grate and the area was filthy. The carpet was stained and dirty and a drawer in the bathroom was missing leaving a hole. The pool was broken but the owner had warned us about that and had a repair person coming. With the front window unsecured and our concern about the safety of the neighborhood we subscribed to a neighborhood crime report service online and found the crime rate too high to feel comfortable staying. We never unpacked and we found other arrangements. We did request a refund but because we were outside the cancellation time per our contract we did not receive a refund. Lesson learned. We will do crime and safety research before we ever rent from VRBO again. We did reach out to VRBO but were told they would do nothing given the “cancel by” date had passed.

Our group of 12 stayed here for Labor Day weekend. It was perfect for us. Had some issues with the pool heater and the hot water heater but David was quick to respond and fix it. Most definitely recommend this place.

We stayed July 4th weekend! House was clean when we arrived and pool was clean. The view is absolutely beautiful and to see fireworks shoot up over the mountains while relaxing in the hot tub was absolutely magical. The house had tons of board games and activities to do as a family! The house had a bar and the master bath was just an omg relaxing experience. We will definitely be back! Property owner responds fast as well and is as helpful as ever. I recommend anyone looking for a house with a pool to stay here. It’s just relaxing... everything about the house is relaxing.

The house had plenty of room for everyone! Had a great day enjoying the sun sitting around the pool. My husband loved the outside cooking area. We will definitely stay here again.
