Clean cozy and comfortable house to share fun family time.

Our family of 10 had a great weekend at this home. It is spacious, clean, well stocked with supplies, a fire pit that overlooks the water.... We spent most of our time by the water or on the screened in porch. The hosts are friendly and generous. Hope to visit again.

Clean, relaxing, and convenient to food pick-ups etc. Easy drive to Annapolis. Nice dock area. Plenty of room for 10.

We enjoyed our stay the home was very spacious and decorated very nice. The view was spectacular. It was very relaxing and quiet.

Lots of space as we could all have our own bedrooms. Loved the back porch and backyard area. Peaceful and pretty water views. Close to Annapolis. Get up for the sunrises! Owners were responsive to inquires . I would want to stay there again. We all wish we could have stayed longer!

The house was great. The layout was very good for our friend group. I loved the screened in porch. The water was great for swimming and floating about. We rented paddleboards which was a lot of fun. Only downsides were the area around the fire pit was a little tight for a group of 9 and we ran into a few jellyfish. Otherwise perfect location and the owners were so helpful in making our stay better.

Perfect home for our family to have intentional time together. We were able to take 2 adult children, their spouses and their families. Everyone had their own sleeping space and bathroom. The back porch was perfect for this Nan and Pap to have coffee along the water in the morning before anyone else was up. Evenings were filled with and food and laughter with no bugs thanks to the screened in porch. Easy day trips to Annapolis and Baltimore with lots of things to do.

We have rented this house before and loved it, so we were excited to return for my son's USNA commissioning. We felt like we were coming home. It accommodated us perfectly.

8 of us rented this property to attend a wedding. Plenty of room for the 8 of us. Enjoyed our short visit to Annapolis and sitting in the screened in porch. We also enjoyed just sitting in the yard looking at the beautiful water and properties. Could have used a couple more lawn chairs is all. Everything was wonderful.

Our family rented this house due to its proximity to my husbands grandparents house. The house was just as described! Our family was very comfortable with all of the accommodations. We felt safe and secure. We will definitely rent again!

My son is in the Naval Academy. We rented this for his parents weekend which didn’t happen last October due to the pandemic. These owners were amazing to work with and we rescheduled for our spring break. It is perfect perfect perfect. It is about a ten mile easy drive to get to the academy. The house is spotless, exactly as pictured, on the water and has everything we needed. We have booked it for his 2022 commissioning and can’t wait to return.

This place was just what we needed! Cleaned and sanitary, we were not worried about COVID-19. The location is in a neighborhood but feels secluded and is super relaxing. The hosts went above and beyond to be flexible with our group and all our needs. The water is gorgeous and relaxing and the kitchen had everything we needed.

This was just perfect for my husbands parents, and siblings and their spouses for a weekend get-away to honor our parents 50th anniversary. The house is beautiful as well as the setting looking out over the water, and met our needs wonderfully. The men went on a charter fishing trip Saturday morning while we ladies shopped downtown Annapolis and also the Amish Market. It would have been nice to spend one more day here just to enjoy the house itself. Upon arriving it's just a wee bit difficult to figure out how to get to the house simply because you can't quite see it from the road. It's a shared driveway, and you simply have to turn in where the mailbox is marked with the house number, and continue on back the lane.Thanks SO MUCH Michele and Shelly

It was lovely, inside and out. Well-equipped kitchen, large bedrooms, private yard and just a short walk down to the dock. It was the perfect half-way (ish) point to meet my sons for a nice relaxing visit.

The house was perfect for a large family getaway. There is many convenient stores, restaurants, and attractions near by. Our itinerary included sandy point state park, Annapolis downtown, bushel as Joe’s Seafood, and a full day just hanging out at the house: Kayaking, fishing, crabbing and campfire. It’s really relaxing. Thank you for letting us stay and build amazing memories at your beautiful home.

Wonderful accommodations to suit our group of 6. Loved having coffee while enjoying the beautiful view of the water. Loved the screened porch. The picnic table there was great for breakfast and the other furniture was very comfortable. A very relaxing place.

Thanks for a great place to celebrate my sister's 60th birthday. The place was stocked perfectly. We enjoyed evenings by the fire pit. The screened in porch was a perfect place to hang out with family.

This house is gorgeous with spacious bedrooms and living space. Enjoyed meeting and talking with the owners who live in the adjacent property. The river is beautiful and clean. I brought my own kayak and did a lot of fishing. Caught many white perch and a few Pickerel.

We had a wonderful stay at the property. The owners (who live near by) are incredibly friendly and helpful. The river is calm and great for kayaking (or SUP). The house easily accommodated three generations (with 5 kids aged 4-10). Nothing but good things to say...

Amazing home in an amazing location. Perfect site for our mini- family reunion. Plenty of room, beautiful porch, and stunning views of the river.

Wonderful accommodation with wonderful water view and access. Everything we needed in the kitchen to cook meals. Could use some work on the stair railing as it is loose. We really enjoyed the house and location.

This is the second stay for our three-generation family. We love having space for kids to run around inside and out. Also, there are lots of toys and games to keep children occupied. Kitchen is well-stocked with dishes and cooking utensils, and large enough to accommodate multiple cooks. Very clean. Beds are comfortable. Our favorite features are the fire pit and the fireplace. Very cozy! We comfortably seated all 10 of us at the dining room table, important at Thanksgiving. Downside: long driveway, difficult to back out, with limited parking. Some appliances are a little tired, but everything works. Quiet location, a short drive to grocery stores and restaurants. Lovely view of the water. Lots of birds for birdwatching.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Shelley's place. We were a large group of 11 , including small children. The house was very comfortable and spacious and safe, well equipped and a wonderful view. Very peaceful and welcoming. Many amenities within 10 minute drive, including parks and playgrounds for children, restaurants, and grocery stores. Shelley was very responsive and great to work with. Would recommend this home.

A group of friends and me were delighted to pull up to the picturesque setting of this home. The inside continued to impress with its airy and comfy atmosphere . There are numerous kitchen items for your use. There were 8 of us, and lots of beds/rooms for us to spread out. It’s nice to have the beds made up ahead of time and towels provided.We especially enjoyed the views from the back of the house, and the screened-in porch which stretches across the whole width of the house. There were plenty of comfy chairs on the back porch, and a picnic table ideal for meals over-looking the water. We also liked that the dining room table was large enough for all to gather for meals, and/or games. There was ample parking. The driveway was quite a problem to navigate. It’s curvy, narrow, and long. The worst thing about the driveway, however, was there were no lights, which made it extremely difficult to back out.

The house was outstanding. It is such a peaceful and beautiful environment. This is the type of place you want to go to when you have absolutely nothing to do, because you will not want to leave.

Shelly’s house is wonderful. We had 8 people and a baby for the boat show weekend. We were able to put my 92 yr old Dad in the first floor master so he didn’t have to go up and down the stairs, and there was plenty of room upstairs for the rest of us. The house was super clean and had a pretty well equipped kitchen. Lots of dishes and glasses and a huge dining table. The view and outside was fantastic. Had a nice fire and roasted marshmallows It’s a little tricky to get the right driveway, so glad we got in during daylight hours. But I highly recommend renting this house - everything was great!!
