Starting the day looking at the beautiful sunrise over the water was a wonderful treat. The unit itself was perfect for four adults (my husband and myself and our adult kids). Great kitchen to cook in, cozy living room. Lots of games and puzzles to use. We could walk to coffee and a few food spots. Convenient to the highway for travel elsewhere.

This was the perfect place for our family to celebrate Christmas near our son. The apartment was well stocked with supplies as well as puzzles and games. We enjoyed a lot of quality family time together and visited the area attractions including the aquarium. The view of the water was very beautiful. Sally was a great hostess.

We have stayed in several VRBO from Florida to Maine. This apartment on the water is second to none. This will be our "go to place" when in the area again.

Lovely place with lovely hosts

Beautiful quiet neighborhood with amazing views. Plenty of space inside the apartment. Very comfortable beds and furniture with wonderful deck for eating and viewing the water. It was an easy drive into Annapolis.

Sally and Larry are very nice owners they meet us as soon as we pulled up to the house. The apartment had everything we were looking for great views of the water. Very beautiful, clean. The apartment had a lot of extra amenities. Very relaxing, quiet. All the pictures you see are very accurate. Can't wait to go back again.

We were greeted by Sally upon arrival with a tour of the apartment and if we so desired, shared with us where and how we could enjoy the waterfront. The apartment was well stocked with the ability to cook full meals. We were also delighted by the fresh flowers. Sally gave us ideas for the forecasted rainy day and suggested some good restaurants. I never felt like I couldn't reach out. I enjoyed the sunrises immensely! A serene location!

Property as described, and host very attentive, responsive and acomodating. we really enjoyed our stay and the veiw is amazing. Nice to be on the water. there are restaurants and shops close by as well.

Quiet and close to all things Annapolis. On the water with great decks and access. Hosts were so nice to meet; we might well be back!

Sally & Larry were wonderful hosts. They greeted us with hospitality. The apartment / upper flat was very clean & spacious. We truly appreciated the supplied coffee & a few other items. The waterfront view was beautiful. The outdoor steps and the dock were lighted in the evening. The couches in the living room were extremely comfortable. Check out was super easy.... Highly recommended. Great location ~ close to grocery store, gas & dining!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 9 day stay. Sally and Larry think of everything to provide a pleasant experience. From the spacious well-equipped apartment to the thoughtful gestures, everything was 5 star.

The hosts are a lovely couple. As indicated in the property description, they live in the lower level of the home, and would have been easily reachable if anything went wrong (it didn't). Thanks for a great stay!

We had the best family vacation and Sally and Larry made it so special. They were easy to contact for any information and greeted us when we arrived. They were so easy to talk to and helpful in finding local grocery stores and restaurants. Their house has the most beautiful location on the water. The apartment was more spacious than the pictures show and everything was so comfortable. The fresh flowers in the apartment were such a nice touch too. The location was perfect for our needs as we were visiting family nearby and visiting DC, Baltimore, and Philly. The girls loved when Larry showed them how to crab and we all enjoyed watching the sailboats from the patio. Thank you so much for making our stay so special. Easy check in and check in. Property owners right below the apartment. Spacious apartment. Beautiful sunrise view from the docks. Property owners are very informative and apartment is equipped with everything you need for a wonderful stay. Loved the area!

Relaxing, peaceful and pleasant.

The property was exactly as pictured, clean, well-stocked with extra pillows, blankets, towels. Kitchen had everything we needed. The view was stunning. The living room and the main bedroom had so much natural light, which we loved! My three teenagers had a blast fishing, crabbing, canoeing, and swimming off the dock. There was no reason to leave the property in search for additional entertainment. But the main reason I would recommend this property are the owners. Larry and Sally gave us a warm welcome and teated us like family (in a good way 😄). They made our unforgettable memories happen by sharing this little piece of paradise with us.

Sally is an amazing host. She provided everything we needed and was a great help directing us around the community. Hale Kai is absolutely beautiful.

My son and I really enjoyed relaxing inside and on many of the outdoor decks by the water. We also had fun canoeing. The apartment is very clean with plenty of room for 4 people. It was vey convenient for us to visit the Naval Academy. We tried mini-golf and an escape room, each within 15 minutes of the apartment.

I stayed here to get some writing done and was beautiful and peaceful. Highly recommend.

Our family had a perfect stay at Sally’s home. Sally and Larry were so welcoming and friendly, the home was clean and well-stocked, the beds were comfortable and the big comfy chairs and couches were magical! So relaxing. Outside, the large deck offered a beautiful view, cool breezes, and a peaceful setting. Access to the dock allowed for even more great views and a space to enjoy the water. Grocery shopping and local restaurants were plentiful as well. It was just what our family needed to spend some quality time together. We definitely hope to stay again!! Our family had a wonderful visit! The only downside was on our end-we didn’t have enough time to enjoy this beautiful property! Sally (the owner) was easy to communicate with and responded quickly! The apartment was clean, had all the amenities we could have needed, plenty of space (definitely appreciated the twin beds for our two almost adult kids), and even had beautiful fresh flowers throughout the property. Morning coffee on the deck watching the sunrise over Rock Creek was so peaceful and lovely. We didn’t cook but enjoyed dining at the locations Sally recommended. We wish our schedule had allowed us to have a longer stay but we will definitely be returning in the future. Every detail of the property deserves 5 stars!!!

I can't say enough wonderful things about this property! If you are considering booking, don't hesitate. It is clean, comfortable, and the views are INCREDIBLE! Sally was so lovely to deal with throughout the entire process and made everything so easy. I just wish I could have spent more time enjoying the property as I was there for work. I am planning on another trip to the area next year and will definitely be staying here!

I reserved this vbro for family. My son said it was amazing……. Fresh cut flowers everywhere, multiple outdoor seating spaces, beautiful view of the water, an outdoor grill, a cupboard stocked with Doritos and Gummi Bears…best rental we ever stayed at! We have family in the Annapolis area and definitely hope to stay here again! Thank you!

We stayed here for 3 weeks and absolutely loved every minute. The view from the balcony and apartment is fabulous and the property is really comfortable, spacious and well equipped, the photos do not do it justice. Sally and Larry were wonderful and accomodating hosts and it was wonderful meeting with them while staying there. The property is in a great location with shops and amenities all close by. We have very precious memories of our time staying here and would love to go back some time. We cannot recommend this property high enough.
