I loved the comfort. We slept so well. The hostel is quiet. The breakfast was delicious. This was a wonderful stay on every level.

The location is up on a hill and a little out of city centre. But town is not that big so everything is easily walkable.

ten blocks from downtown up a hill also the breakfast was hot or cold ham and cheese sandwich’s. for Americans that is not breakfast they need to expand their offerings

The bed was comfortable, bathroom was contemporary and clean , the place was well kept. It had a nice outdoor eating/sitting area but it was too cold and windy during our visit. Our hostess was very helpful in arranging a laundry service for our group and a ride to the airport. It was an enjoyable stay.

It had security monitors so it felt like we were constantly being watched. A minor observation but a modern necessity.

The room was modern, spotless, and fresh. Everything appeared recently remodeled. My room was significantly better than my friend's room at the Plaza Hotel near the center of town. The staff was amazingly helpful and even arranged transportation for me a couple of times. The kitchen area is quaint and clean and the back deck had a good view. An awesome place to stay!!!

Comfortable beds, spotless and modern bathroom. Flexibility of getting packed breakfast if you have to leave the hostal early in the morning.

Walkable to city centre (15 minutes) but the pedestrian walk down to the bus station is on a slope and a bit bumpy.

Nothing to dislike.

we stayed coming to Torres Del Paine and coming back from Torres Del Paine. Our host was very helpful and friendly. the location was great. away from the noise of down town but an easy walk to the bus station. there us a great view point just a few blocks away and a great view from the back deck. It was very clean with a modern European feel to it. There was a tiny pizzeria just two doors down. the pizza was delicious.

The hostess Evelyn is fantastic. Se is always at your service and solves any possible problems. She suggested great restaurants in Punta Arenas, directed us to currency exchange offices, suggested and booked a fantastic excursion on very favorable terms, booked a taxi to the airport. We had room No. 3 with a beautiful view of the city. The kitchen, where a good breakfast is served, is also a pleasant place to work or enjoy, and in front of it is a terrace where it is pleasant to drink coffee in sunny weather. Coffee or tea can be made at any time. The price is also very reasonable. Wi-fi is very good.

I had a great stay at hostel Buenavista. The host was wonderful, and took care of everything I needed including getting laundry done and organizing a taxi to the airport. Breakfast in the mornings was great. the hostel is in a quiet location about a 10 minute walk from the city center of Punta Arenas.

We really had a good time! Evelyn helped us with organizing our trip to Isla Magdalena & San Isidro. The hostal & rooms are very modern and the views above the city are great! We can recommend this place to everyone :)

The rooms and bathrooms were modern and very nice. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The host was very nice and helpful and helped us book taxis and helped with tour information.
