Comfy typical Chilean hotel. Excellent location, and the folks who run it are very friendly and helpful, even at odd hours. Good place to spend a couple of days. Bring cash to pay with (CLP / USD / EUR).

Location is great for walking around Punta Arenas. Very friendly at the reception desk.

For what was provided, bed and bathroom with no breakfast included… this hotel is not worth the price paid. There are several other hotels at the same price that offer breakfast, pool and other amenities for the same or slightly more expensive price. There was a party scheduled at the hotel the next day, and the band scheduled to play practiced into the night and you could hear everything. The management asked me if it was okay and it’s not like I was in the position to say no. They did not offer to reduce the price of the room.

The hotel owner is very freindly and helpful, the hotel is located in good location, near the city center and the beach. The room is lovely, the bed is comfortable.

We love Yellow Submarine! We spent three days at the hotel and we were very happy. The location is perfect and the room was clean and bright. There is lots of really cool music memorabilia everywhere! Breakfast was really tasty. The best thing was definitely Pedro and his wife. They are so friendly and helpful and are always happy to see you. Nothing is too much trouble for them. We came as strangers and left as friends. We have even arranged for them to visit us. Highly recommended 🎸🤘
