This was one of the cleanest and most comfortable rentals we've stayed at in OC. Beach tags, bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas and bath towels were a huge bonus that you don't get in other OC rentals. We loved that it was so close to the boardwalk and beach. The owner, Sue, communicated very well and quickly responded to questions. We will definitely be renting from her again.

We found the home to be as beautiful as the pictures showed and the home was described. It was very well stocked with everything we needed. It was very close to the beach and boardwalk. Everyone had a wonderful time visiting each other. The kids enjoyed the games and books. Warm apple cider donuts topped off our last day. Definitely would stay here again

Enjoyed the property. Property manager was attentive. The only thing we didn't like was having to bring our own sheets and having to wash towels before we left. It made us leave a little later then we were planning on. Cause we all showered before we left.

Excellent location - just a short distance from the beach. Rental is stocked with so many extras so that you have everything you need - especially if traveling with children.

We had a very nice beech week. It was great having things like the highchair, pack n play, beach chairs, bikes, etc. already available at the home.

When my family and I arrived, we couldn't believe how great this place was. All the rooms were large, the beds were so comfortable, 2 big bathrooms, a living room couch big enough for all six of us to share. There were TVs in every room, but we all wanted to watch together on the big screen with Netflix and HBO. The kitchen is modern and has everything you need. The beautiful table seats 6. The porch was the best part with lots of seating, an awning for shade and we could see the beach just 1-1/2 blocks down the street. The porch was my happy place and I was there as much as possible. We were even treated to a big thunderstorm one evening where we all sat on the porch and got to see the whole thing. Exciting - and we were nice and dry. Then there were the beach tags, beach chairs, umbrellas and 4 bikes. You couldn't ask for more. We all just loved the place!

We loved the location of this property being so close to the beach and a 5 minute walk to the beginning of boardwalk shops and rides. Communication with owner was fantastic as well. Very well equipped rental.

Wonderful Vacation
We had a great vacation week and Sue’s property was everything we wanted and more. Perfect for families, in an amazing location, and thoroughly cleaned with many little extras I would not hesitate to stay here again.

The home was in excellent condition and had everything you needed for a couple day stay. Everything was clean, the location was within walking distance to beach and boardwalk, and the owners checked in to make sure everything was going well. Great place to stay with a toddler.

Best Vacation Ever!
Your home is lovely. So spacious for our family of seven adults to spread out and relax. The shaded porch and the proximity to the beach were fantastic. The house was spotless. We all agreed that it was the best vacation we ever had. Thank you so much, Sue!

Girls weekend
This rental property has an ideal location for walking to the boardwalk and was a great size for our party of 7. It was clean and the owners thought over every detail. It was so easy to work with them too. We would definitely book here again, if we have the opportunity. Would love to sit on the front porch during warmer weather. It’s such a peaceful spot.

Great, well maintained property in beach block
The property is large, clean, comfortable and well stocked with everything you could Possibly need for a vacation. The front porch with awnings was great and we spent much of the time there! We enjoyed the short (500ish feet) walk to the beach and boardwalk. Communication with the owner was easy. They proactively checked in to see how we were doing and if we needed anything. We will be back next time we venture to OCNJ.

Great House for vacationing with small children
The property was very clean and well maintained. The proximity to the beach and boardwalk was very convenient with small children. The porch is definitely a highlight of the house. Being fully railed it offered a sense of security with kids. There was amble seating for 10 people to eat at the table together as well as lovely wicker furniture for lounging. The owners were in great communication with us the entire time ensuring our questions were answered and we were comfortable. Brighton is a great street!

Perfect beach vacation
Clean, well kept, perfect location (quiet street but close to boardwalk attractions if you want them), and porch with awning is a great spot for meals, games, and enjoying some shade and a nice breeze.

Comfortable and Close to Beach
This property was spacious and comfortable with the bedrooms a few steps up from the living room and kitchen. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed. The location is perfect, less than a block from the beach and boardwalk. The addition of bicycles was a real benefit. We especially enjoyed sitting on the large front porch with a view of the boardwalk and neighborhood. There's even a roof-top deck for a bigger vista. Highly recommended!

Back Again!
We've stayed in this house before and we've always been extremely happy here. It has a great location. It's very close to the boardwalk and the beach. The house is clean and well supplied (stocked) with everything you could want. The owners called twice to check up on things during the rental. There is plenty of seating in the dining room and living room. The porch is huge and has wicker chairs and loveseats with nice comfortable cushions. There is also a large table so we ate on the porch often. The awnings are new and they make the porch perfect even when it's sunny. We spent a lot of time out there! This is the best house we've found in Ocean City. We plan to keep coming back!

Wonderful home!

Wonderful, well-appointed beach home
This house is truly a home away from home! The owners have taken the time to provide all of the necessities for a great vacation, plus thoughtful extras such as beach chairs, iron and ironing board, and even a closet full of extra towels. Our family likes to cook, so we especially appreciated the well-stocked kitchen. The house is in a great location. It is a short walk to the beach and to the boardwalk amusements, and an easy drive (or reasonably walk) into town. Highly recommend this wonderful property.

Perfect house in the perfect location
This house had everything we needed for a relaxing girls weekend. Plenty of space for sleeping, relaxing and eating. We loved the big front porch to enjoy the fresh ocean air any time of day.
The location was absolutely perfect: a block from the boardwalk but 2 blocks from the attractions. It was great to be able to quickly and easily get to different places on the boardwalk, but from the house we couldn’t hear any of the noise from the attractions.
The owner, Sue, was also wonderful. Quick to respond when we initially made the reservation, and she also sent her contact information in case we encountered any issues during our stay.
All around a wonderful experience!

The house was amazing & very close to all amenities. It was right off the boardwalk which we walked to. The house was very clean and very spacious.
