Property was a very nice home base for a four friends long relaxing weekend. Layout was wonderful for individual space and group gathering. Entry was easy. Clean and fully functional with all the key tools. Easy walk to the lake made for a nice morning scenic walk. Wildlife visiting the back deck also was a welcomed surprise. Would stay again.

The place is great, very roomy, clean and well stocked.
But the cameras!
The description says you can put a towel over the cameras, so I went ahead and rented. However, you cannot put a towel over the one on the pine tree out back (unless you have a 10 or 12 ft ladder) and it is looking directly at the back porch/hot tub as well. I found this very intrusive.
I also found it interesting that the host texts directly, and not through the VRBO app.

This is a great property within driving distance of downtown Pagosa Springs! The hottub is wonderful and there is lots of space to spread out!

We were a group of 60+'ers, some with mobility limitations. This house was perfect. It was located in a golf community with LOTS of activities with a short (5-10 min) drive to stores and restaurants. Downtown activities were 10+ min away, depending on traffic (we were there week of 4th of July, so it was pretty busy). Our host, Reed, was a gracious host, responding to questions quickly by text. The kitchen was very well appointed, and we cooked several meals while there. The rooms were comfortable and the walk-in shower in the main bath was appreciated by those not wanting to step over the side of the tub. The hot tub outside was a bonus that we enjoyed as well!
This is definitely a rental we'd return to visit.

We stayed at this property for a three day ski trip to Wolf Creek. The house was great, and the kitchen layout was phenomenal.

My wife and I enjoyed a relaxing stay in Pagosa. The home was very nice, and the kitchen was perfect for evening meal preparations. Finishing off our night with a soak in the hot tub was also very enjoyable. Will certainly recommend.

This was an excellent choice for our snowboarding trip! The house is well -equipped with everything you need and laid out very well with a central family space and room to retreat if you needed alone time. Our two families had plenty of room! Very close to town and 45 minutes from Wolf Creek. Our host, Reed, was very responsive and also very kind when we were caught in a winter storm to offer an additional night. We give him 5 stars! It would be nice to have a small amount of coffee provided, just in case you havent made it to the store yet 😉 All in all, a great property. Inwould definitely recommend.

This was the perfect place to ski Wolf Creek and enjoy Pagosa Springs. The owner is an excellent communicator and takes meticulous care of the home. I highly recommend it.

The home was perfect for our family vacation! Incredibly well stocked kitchen for cooking and spending time together in the kitchen. The home has a great family room and the dining area. Hit tub was wonderful after skiing and hiking. Easy checkin and checkout process and the location is great!

The home was great! It was well furnished, had a great location, and was well maintained. We had no complaints about the property.
The only hiccup we experienced was during check-in on the day of our arrival. We had to reach out to the property manager for access information and did not receive it until about an hour before our arrival, which was about two hours after their posted check in time. The information they provided was clear and thorough though, and we experienced no other issues during our stay.

We have been coming to Pagosa Springs for over 20 years and we enjoy each stay, the home was lovely and spacious with a great kitchen. Master bedroom is perfect if your handicapped. Peaceful neighborhood.

Well kept home with all the essentials. We enjoyed fishing the lakes within the neighborhood and watching the deer grazing in the front yard. Convenient to town and the owner is very responsive to our inquiries. Would definitely stay here again. Pet friendly with yard space for our small dog.

Everywad great. Only suggestion have a fenced area for pets. Also provide dish cloths for kitchen n some cleaning product for stove n counter tops. And maybe something to wipe the refrigerator

This is a nice house with a hot tub in a lovely neighborhood in the mountain town Pagosa Springs. There are shops, hot springs, and many other things to do around this town. The owner is very communicative and the house has everything we needed for a great stay.

The house was wonderful in the interior. Kitchen was excellent. The hot tub and deck were superb. All of the bathrooms and bedrooms were very nice, clean and the bedrooms had very good access the the bathrooms. The parking space for vehicles was excellent. We had only two vehicles but much more space is available. The house is located in a very convenient spot near the lake, golf course and grocery shopping and restaurants. We wholeheartedly recommend this property.

We enjoyed our stay here. The location is great, especially if you enjoy fishing. The house was clean and the layout is nice. Access to the hot tub was an added bonus during the stay. The communication by the host was great. I would book this home again.

This house has plenty of room for a large family to stay with a big dining room table, large comfortable living room, and several bedrooms. We used the backyard patio and hot tub to relax, and we really enjoyed the down time. The neighborhood is very quiet, so that made down time even more pleasant. The area is really beautiful with a lake nearby to walk to. Pagosa has plenty of hiking trails, and the river walk is fun with several stopping points for coffee or drinks.

We had a great stay with everything we needed. The directions and information on the check in and and check out process were thorough and the details about the property were accurate. Will definitely stay here again as this was in a good location and close to stores and restaurants.

We had a birthday weekend celebration and the house was the perfect accommodations for us. It was very spacious in the shared areas and the hot tub was a great evening activity. There was a very warm fireplace that worked with a remote control. The kitchen was stocked, including spices and miscellaneous food items. Plenty of plates, cups, utensils etc. even measuring cups, cookie sheets, cutting boards and bowls. I am glad we brought our own pots because there was only scratched pots as we have learned to expect at most rentals. Two of the bedrooms were quite large and the other two were on the smaller size. Overall, I would still rate our stay and experience as a 5/5 and visit again.

We stayed her to ski at the resort. The layout of the home was wonderful. 2 bedrooms and bath on one side of the house was perfect for the kids while we stayed on the other side. The house was much nicer than depicted by the pictures. The property was also a short drive to restaurants and the Walmart. We look forward to revisiting in the summer when we can walk over to the lake and fish.

Communication with manager was excellent. House had lots of room for our family; very spacious. Loved the location as we brought our kayaks and the lake launch was just a block away.

Gorgeous, clean home near the lake. Close to the golf club, and shopping. Very easy going. Many less traveled trails nearby for hiking or ATV. The hot tub is well maintained. Great function in the kitchen. Gas cooktop. 2 car attached garage was also a plus. Check in and out was a breeze.

From start to finish our experience here was amazing! The house was beautiful! Super clean and so much room! We were very comfortable the whole week we stayed! Hot tub was perfect after a day of sledding, or shopping! We enjoyed walking the neighborhood and down to the little lake! Loved the location as it was just minutes from town! Reed (owner) was in touch with us before during and after our stay to make sure everything went smooth! Would recommend this place 100 times over!!!

Wonderful property! Great location, beautifully decorated, well stocked, and you can't beat a private hot tub! The city was wonderful and the skiing was fantastic! Highly recommended and the property owner was easy to work with and responsive. It was the perfect getaway and we feel recharged and refreshed after our stay!
