Good location not to far from anything.

Location was great , being on ground level and having a private little outdoor place was amazing .

We had a great time together with our grown children, lots of scenic motorcycle rides together and made great memories. The location was great, we were able to walk down to Weirs. Great proximity to all the action. The unit was comfortable and we enjoyed being able to grill just outside our door.

I really enjoyed my stay at this property! It was decorated really nice. The bedrooms were great with two bathrooms. It had everything I needed. I was able to walk down to the lake in the morning and take a ride on the boat to Wolfboro. Check in and out was easy and Dennis was quick to get back to me with any questions I had. It’s a great location. Went to a concert in Gilford and was nice to not have to drive all the way home and instead stayed here. I highly recommend this property if you are looking to stay up at Weirs and Laconia!

If you want to a location between Meredith and Laconia, then this is the place. Just a walk to Wiers Beach and 2 min drive to Fun Spot. The Condo was great and on the bottom floor. Easy to get to and comfy. If you like to cook your food, you can here. I would recommend staying.

We had a wonderful weekend. The condo is roomy, clean and in a great location to access all the area has to offer.

Great location next to Weir’s Beach and our extended family’s rental. The condo was compact, but had everything that we needed and comfortable for six people (4 adults, 2 little kids). We really enjoyed playing pickleball (on the tennis courts), swimming in the beautiful pool, and playing on the playground. We also enjoyed the Funspot and Elacoya State Park Beach, which was very shallow and great for little kids.

We had a great time staying at Dennis place ! Plenty of space for our family of 6 ! Pool is a huge plus ! Very clean and comfortable! Thank you Dennis !

The saltwater pool was fun and we loved having the option to use the outdoor private grill. Check in and out was easy. Dennis was super quick with any questions we had. Only warning is there are a lot of stairs down to the unit from the parking lot. Pack lighter than I did and may not be ideal for older folks who have trouble ambulating.

The location is amazing! Walking distance to so many attractions and a very short/quick drive to Fun Spot (which is a must if you are traveling with kids). There’s also a community pool the kids enjoyed as well as the playground they took full advantage of. The unit itself was clean and as expected. Overall it was a fantastic stay for my family of 4. Highly recommended!

This property is in a great location! It was clean and comfortable and great for a few days stay. Was like being home.

Convenient location to everything in Laconia. Nice patio to grill and hangout on. Pool was very cleaned and my 3 year old loved the playground. We really enjoyed our stay.

Nice condo with good amenities. Had good communication with the host. The property is a very short walk to the boardwalk and there is a Cumberland Farms next door.

We chose this spot for our annual family getaway and enjoyed the pool, location and space for family time. Would absolutely stay again!

Loved that it was close to activities yet quiet at the condo. Lovely salt water pool however it should be heated it was quite cold. Owner was very helpful.

Nicely laid out first floor condo. Close to Weirs Beach.

The condo was clean and there was plenty of room for both my family and friends of ours. We got to see fireworks from our patio. The kids loved the salt water pool. The walk wasn’t bad to Weirs Beach pier and restaurants. It also wasn’t a far drive to Meredith Bay. Overall enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

This is our 3rd rental on this property. The view is t the best because it’s in a front building on the first floor. Great being on the lower level, and loved the grill and chairs. Each room had air conditioning which is a huge plus. We were also contacted about the repairs that were done to the wall and the temporary carpet runner in the master bedroom. I might not have even noticed had it not been pointed out to me. Great communication between the cleaners and the owner to make sure he was aware of any issues with the property prior to my showing up. This saved me the phone call if I found something out damaged upon arrival. My husband and I had three 16yo girls with us and they fit perfectly in the second bedroom. Wifi worked great and there was plenty of toilet paper! We would definitely stay here again.

Everything at the property was convenient for us. I was made aware before checking in that there were some repairs being done which was fine, didn't effect our stay at all. We had a great time.

We had a great time. The lake is our get away and it was much needed. Thank you for the great stay.

Having the outside space was great! Space was good, overall pretty clean just a bit dusty. The wiring was weird so the lights flickered quite a lot, and common area furniture is not very comfortable. But no big deal if you aren't hanging around the condo a lot.
