I really don’t know where to start! This was a beautiful place. Large enough for each of the family members to have their entire family in one room, or other rooms. We were 18, 9 of which were children ranging in age from 14 to 2. They all had a blast! They played in the “garage” game room. It had pool table and toys for all ages. On the pretty days we were able to open the garage doors and that s not a slip. There were 2. One large enough for 3 car garage that had been turned into a toy room for all ages. Upstairs there was a game room that had ping pong and foose ball. Tv 3 large couches. Video games for the older children and a card table for the pros who want to play poker. A dart board and board games for those rainny days. The age range in the games was impressive. From mr potato head to much more complicated games. The kitchen, beautiful large counters with 5 burner stovetop. 2 large ovens if im not mistaken i think they are convection ovens as they cooked throughly but rather quickly. 2 refrigerators of large size and a bar fridge we didn’t use. Frosted mugs in freezer in kitchen for your use. All the coffee pots and pots and pans you could ever need. There was a variety of spices, salt and pepper also. Lets mention the master suite downstairs gorgeous, spacious and a very comfortable bed. I especially loved the huge walk in shower. My husband has some balance deficiencies and there was even a handicap chair for use. We loved it

We had an amazing time at this property. It felt like being at home. Kris is absolutely wonderful and very responsive. We loved all the decorations that were put up around and in the house for the fall as well as the Christmas tree. We would definitely stay here again.

A lot of people love to travel and see Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg TN for many reasons. Our stay was focused on a family weekend getaway without the hustle and bustle of the city. And boy did Kris deliver. There was not a step in the process from booking until checkout that I was worried about. My family came to kris’ house from Texas, Florida, Maryland, North Carolina and South Dakota. This was a good meet point for our annual gathering. The house was built for large gatherings and having plenty to do for all ages. The property was clean and well taken care of, the house was loved and had everything one would need. My mom, brothers and our families vacation every July in the Gatlinburg area. There are 33 of us, ranging in ages from 90 to 16 months. This house was amazing!!! The kitchen was completely stocked with anything you would need and an amazing pantry full of pots, pans, crock pots, etc. Very roomy inside so we didn't feel like we were on top of each other. The house was so clean and inviting. The decor was so beautiful. Such a homey and welcoming feeling when you walked in the door. The kids, of all ages, had lots to do, from playing ping pong,and board games in the game room, to outside with corn hole tournaments and so many riding toys, balls, etc for the younger kids. We were up late every nite just enjoying time together and watching everyone having such a great time. We grilled two afternoons. This was so much better than sitting in a restaurant where you can only talk to the people around you. We have stayed in several different places over the years but this is by far the BEST place we have stayed and we have found our forever vacation home. The owner is absolutely amazing! She was very quick to answer any questions we had. We were so thankful we were able to meet her. She is the sweetest lady you could every meet. I will 100% recommend this home to anyone needing a place for a large group of people!! You absolutely can't beat this place!!

The house was a dream. There was a inside play room. A large garage filled with riding toy and other toys. The side porch was used by the adults for coffee, tea and visiting. When we arrive for the week of the 4th of July, we were surprised by the yard's holiday decorations. The six older children had a blast playing in the creek. Our 8 year old grand son upon coming in from an afternoon playing with his cousins in the creek, declared "this is the best vacation ever" High praise indeed, as we went to Disney World last year as a family. The large yard was used for soccer, bike riding, horse shoes and badminton. The home was clean, spacious and comfortable. Can't say enough about Kris and our experience. Would go there again in a minute.

This property was the most accommodating we’ve ever rented. It was much more than advertised; beautiful, clean, large rooms, huge play room, porches, every amenity you can imagine and easily accessible to Pigeon Forge attractions. Secluded, calm surroundings, with a running creek on property. Will be going back!

We could not have been any more pleased with the property. It was very spacious, and everything was as listed. I believe our 10-year-old grandson played with everything in the garage and there were enough toys for an elementary school group. The location was paramount with our old dog. He could go walk the property at his leisure. We have rented several large cabins on the mountain in the past in various locations and anyone that has done this knows the chore it is to get up and down off the mountain. This property is secluded and access is very easy coming and going. Hands down we would recommend this property to anyone looking for a great getaway. Kris was extremely pleasant, and we have full intentions of renting this place again if it is available.

It was just as advertised! We all had a great time, 16 of us between 4 and 66 and lots for everyone to do.

Kris is an AWESOME host. The pictures of house are taken with a fish eye lens. The space was great, but the home definitely could use an over-hall. Jacuzzi only fit 2-3 people & was located completely outdoors & several of showers were VERY small. Kris was available for whatever we needed & we were grateful for her. So, thank you Kris.

My family and I stayed at this property to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday. It is an awesome house. Settled right next to a creek. It is literally the best stocked home we have ever stayed in! Kitchen, toys, games, etc. Kris is awesome to work with! Looking forward to staying again this fall!

What a wonderful family place to gather, spacious, convenient, well equipped with everything you could think of or need for our family of 28 people, ages 2yrs. To 71yrs. Beautifully decorated for Christmas. Highly recommend this property for large group gatherings. This property would be a wonderful place to stay any time if the year and our family would love to return again in the future.

Our family of 27 stayed here for Thanksgiving week and had an awesome vacation! The house and grounds are picture perfect. The kitchen pantry is stocked with every pot, crockpot, cookie sheet, etc, that you could possibly need. And the host, Kris, was a joy to work with. She answered all our questions quickly and helped with anything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

First off...this home is gorgeous! It has so much space, the house sits on a beautiful peace of land with a stream that runs behind it. As with all the previous reviews, the house comes pretty well stocked with most needs. There Is literally nothing I can say bad about this place. Our family fell In love. Our kids used the toys that were supplied in the garage and there are so many games upstairs, you really don't need to leave. Kris was very accommodating to any questions we had. We also got to meet Kris in person a few times and she's super nice and down to earth. Did I mention she has the cutest dog? You won't regret your stay here. We can't wait to return. The house was perfect for our family and a few friends who traveled for our son's wedding. We had the small reception at the house and there was plenty of room for all, which numbered around 26-28 people. The manager was awesome!

Kris is very easy to communicate with and desires your visit to be all you hope for. This home is beautiful inside and out and has everything you need to relax and enjoy time with loved ones. We had all ages and everyone had something to make our vacation enjoyable. The kids enjoyed the outdoor games and little tikes vehicles and the adults enjoyed the fire pit and outdoor furniture and porch. We cooked a lot and had everything we needed. Thank you Kris for a wonderful get- a- way!

The house was perfect and Kris was a wonderful host! She was readily available if we had any questions during our stay. The house was better stocked than any house we’ve ever rented. Any kitchen item you could ever need is there (even if cooking for a large group). There was also so much for the kids. No need to bring extra toys or games, she had plenty! We loved being able to all hang out on the porch for meals and by the fire. The house was very clean and tidy. It’s also walking distance to the stables to go horseback riding (additional cost). We loved our stay and plan to go back. Thank you, Kris!

I was in Tennessee for my son's wedding just up the mountain at Magnolia Venue. We hosted a small brunch for rehearsal the day prior. Kris' place was fantastic for our overnight guests of 10 people. We enjoyed the spaciousness and special places for groups to gather, including the games areas. Kris was very accommodating for a couple changes and even moved some tables and chairs we rented for the event into the garage the day before we arrived. The location to the wedding venue was perfect. We could see it from the property.

After Mother's passing the 8 living siblings there was a need to all gather at least once a year. This location was the perfect halfway between PA. & Fla. This was a perfect "home " to all of us; comfortable and very accommodating. We were constantly amazed how extremely stocked this very large house was! I had a large group come to town for a wedding and we had everything at the house to keep us busy. Games and more! Everything was wonderful from the comfy beds to the large amount of toys for the children. Everyone bragged about how well stocked and beautiful it was. We even spotted the peacock once. There is enough outside and inside areas that you never feel cramped with a large group. Was cleaned immaculate. We made lots of great memories. Definately recommend this house!!

Excellent size and room for all nine of us plus a dog! G Kids loved playing in the stream and the activities offered in Pidgeon Forge.

I'd love to have a pros and cons list but have no cons. Location was amazing. Owners had so much available for us or the kids to use. Every other home we have stayed at we have found our selves running to the store to pick up something we forgot or didn't know we need. This property had everything covered. Very nice location near both gatlinburg and close to downtown. Never had to call owner for anything. Hope to come back here again and again!!

This property was perfect in almost every way! As our 20th anniversary trip date neared I would log in each week to read the reviews from those who had recently stayed. Our children and grandchildren of 17 stayed with us for a full week and extended family of 11 visited the first weekend. Anytime someone asked where they might find an item I would answer, I have no idea where it is but If you look you will find it. Seriously! The pantry and cabinets were so stocked that we had to move things into the first floor master closet to make room for the food! Our own fault for only wanting to go to the store once for the entire week even though it and everything else was only 10 minutes away. Towels for the bath. Separate towels for the hot tub. And then separate towels for spills! Everything in the house was clean and orderly with notes to assist in use. Extra touches, like a radio for the hot tub and a heat pad in the vanity drawer for your curling iron. There was mention more than once of the numerous toys and games for children but the number of toys and games was amazing. There was too much for any children to have anything to fight over! Our only surprises were that the third refrigerator we were expecting was a smaller bar fridge and the teddy bear room doesn't have its own entrance door but rather is only accessible through the master bedroom so the master lacks some privacy if used. Those are not negatives though but just putting it out there so others are aware as they both impacted us directly. The house was beautiful! And even though it was filled there was still plenty of room to move. Kris was gracious allowing the weekend guests and family party without charging extra. We had a fantastic time and this welcoming house was a big factor in making our celebration such a success. Thank you, Kris for being such a great host!

This house is open and spacious, has plenty of cookware, tons of games and activities to keep you busy and entertained, lots of outdoor space and seating, and Kris is an excellent host. We will definitely be back sooner than later.

My whole family plus their significant others celebrated my 80th birthday. The property was perfect in every way. I have never seen a place as well equipped for all ages. We want to go back for my 90th if I am still around.
