We felt the house was pretty clean but could have been a little cleaner when we arrived but not dirty by any means it was clean but. The upstairs slidding door was broken so to lock it they left you with a board to put in the tracts, only half of the jacuzzi works so when we were in the jacuzzi only the right side of the jets work? The pool was on the cold side our granddaughter only ended up spending 5 or 10 min in the pool total because of the temp. I know you can heat a pool to 80 degress in a cpl days but its on me I only aked if it would be heated for out trip didnt specify warm will definitely nxt time. For $$$ a night I thought that would be automatic and the door and jacuzzi would have all been in working order. I do want to make sure everyone knows this is a absolutely beautiful house incredible view and very nicely set up for a family trip and will definitely go back hopefully these things will be fixed I would stil give 9.8 stars out off 10. The hist was very responsive to the txt got back within 5 min or less when we had questions. It was fully stocked with all the pots and Pans utensils you will need.

3-night stay. The property feels tired and dated. The pool was not available as advertised. Had to go purchase paper towels and tissues. Concerns the deck is buckling under the weight of the hot tub. Big home with plenty of room for our party of 7. Creepy camera monitor closet is located in the primary bathroom. Visited as the snow was melting off. Very muddy. I wouldn't recommend this property for parties with small children or elderly visitors who have any mobility challenges.

Great stay for a group of friends. Lots of games to play and comfortable seating options everywhere.

The cabin was beautiful, well equiped and accommodated 7 fellas very comfortably. The view is absolutely incredible. We would have loved to use the pool, but it was frozen solid with the -10⁰ weather. The hot tub was the highlight second only to the sunrises.

We all enjoyed your beautiful house, the game room and hot tub was enjoyed by all! Would love to come back in the summer to enjoy the pool and some hiking. Thank you!

Such a great property! Close to town with a FABULOUS view of Leavenworth and the mountains. We enjoyed all the many things to do at the house: hot tub, pool table, ping pong, foosball, multiple TVs, XBox, board games galore, great books, etc.

Jill the property owner was so helpful and kind --she suggested another time when we could stay in September when hopefully the smoke and hazardous air quality will be better--what a nice woman to work with --can't wait to go in September!!!---this is the rest of the story..we went in September and it was great..a little chilly for swimming but a wonderful getaway.

Well first off "WOW" the house and grounds are amazing! The view is difficult to explain, the valley and mountains in view are breathtaking and peaceful all the same time. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space or all in the same place. A game room we didn't know of was a pleasant surprise it had a pool table, foosball and ping pong tables. The swimming pool is next level, many resorts (really meaning most of them) don't have anything that compares to it. The deep end is 8-10 feet deep not exactly sure but I can touch an 8 foot ceiling in my house but couldn't reach the surface flat footed in the deep end. And the deep end is at least a third of the pool plenty to jump off waterfall or dive in from the end rock. Did I say waterfall? yup with mini river. Too much to describe must experience it to understand. Peaceful wonderful get away for my family I have no doubt you would enjoy too. Will be staying again for sure. Much better than a hotel or resort. Home away from home only better!

Great stay. Only issue would be the deck railing is a little loose. Made me nervous to have little ones on the deck.

If your looking for a pool with a fabulous view, this is it. The house itself was well equipped for our group of elderly to age 5. The house has 2 nice bedrooms and the others are down stairs which was not explained well in the listing. It was the pool that made the stay worth it. Beautiful views.

Neighbors weren't too close, peaceful! No music allowed outside... only need music of the wildlife anyway. 3 floors of spaciousness... plenty of books to read and activities for teens

Spent a great Thanksgiving weekend in this beautiful house. Add all of the furnishings TVs, games, puzzles, bedding, kitchen supplies that we needed. The host was very accommodating and gracious, and we would love to return. The only downside was fog the first day and a half that kept us from realizing what an incredible view we had from the home; which we were finally able to enjoy the last day. It is so close to Leavenworth that we jumped downtown several times to enjoy shopping and the lights. The house is fairly high up the mountain side, so be prepared to see deer and other critters.

We rented this beautiful home a year ago.. about a week before our trip Jill called us with some disappointing news that only 6 guests would be able to spend the night of our large group due to changes in Leavenworth policy. It turned out to be a blessing in the end as the younger crowd had to rent a house in town and was able to enjoy the night life while us old folk relaxed after 10pm. Haha!! The home is huge and we so enjoyed staying in it. Thank you so much. We really made some great memories here this weekend. ❤️

The lodge is exactly as advertised, a fully stocked vacation home with every amenity you could need. However I refuse to give it 5 stars due to the thermostat. At over $1000 a night, having the thermostat locked and having customers reach out to the owners to have it changed is beyond ridiculous.

This was our second stay at Red Roof, and the grandchildren are all ready asking when we will come back. We love the house, but we especially love the pool and spent most of our time at the pool.

This was our 10th year in a row here.

Wonderful property for a large family. Fully stocked kitchen with equipment. Pool was incredible. Just wish we could have controlled waterfalls. They were off pretty much the entire time we were outside and turned on at night.

This place was great. The view was fantastic. The amenities were perfect, but the pool! Not only is the pool huge, it's got this area that's just a couple of inches deep. Such a great idea for little kids. It's also over 8' deep at the deep end, so as an adult you won't get bored either. Our entire group had a fantastic time and spent most of the 95 degree + days in the pool. The hot hub was fun after the kiddos went down. Would definitely love to stay again. Thank you!

This is our second stay at Red Roof Lodge. We were there a few years ago in winter and, and this weekend we got to experience summer. The pool was amazing. The deck is huge and the view was breathtaking. We all had the best time. Thank you so much!!

My families stayed at Red Roof Lodge for our third summer gathering. It is the best accommodation is so many ways. Location! Warm eastern Washington. We stayed cool in the phenomenal pool and pool area with sun, shade, poolside wet bar, bathroom and pool toys. Close to Leavenworth and Icicle Canyon, which has lovely hikes for all levels. Accommodation: Everything works, including BBQ, hot tub, outdoor fire pit, TV, internet. Lots of nice beds and linens. Plenty of kitchen equipment, two refrigerators, quiet dishwasher. All spaces are large and open. Our families talk of returning as we’re walking out the door. That’s the tough part, waiting a whole year to do it again! Thank you, Jill, for your attention and hospitality!

Overall, the property was wonderful and worked great for our group. Not the biggest fan of cameras around the exterior of the house and garage (feel this should be disclosed in the listing) and the house could’ve used a bit more of a professional cleaning before we got there, however, neither of those things were enough to give the rating less than 5 stars. The views and lighting and communication were all great as well!

We had ages 76 all the way to 1 years old. This is the perfect mix of fun and relaxation.

Great amenities, so much room for activities, heated pool & gorgeous waterfall. The view will have you waking up in a fairytale every morning. Couldn't have asked for a better vacation!

Beautiful home and beautiful view. The weather was bipolar - but there were plenty of things to do whether it was sunny, windy, or snowing (all three happened during our stay!) Host was very responsive to questions. Hoping to be back to use the pool!

The place was just what we needed. We enjoyed the hot tub and amazing views, plus it was just a short ride to town.

You will be monitored by neighbors taking pictures of you, your family, your minor children. You won’t be told this until after you pay the full amount of money due and then you will receive no refunds when you do not consent to this activity. You are not allowed visitors to this 4,000+ sqft house. “Sleeps 16” actually means only 16 people are ever allowed on this property. No lunch dates, no family gatherings for dinner. You will also not be told this before hand. Hoping to save you all thousands of dollars - still fighting for a refund and VRBO has been zero help. Apparently they think photo surveillance by neighbors without your consent is OK and the owner does too!

Wonderful house and grounds. We had a blast. Unfortunately there had been a tiny bit of damage to the house from snow and ice and the owners were immediately responsive and willing to do whatever to make sure we still had a great getaway weekend. We will be back!

Other than the driveway not being cleared, this was a great stay and great property!
