The lady @ the front desk was exceptionally nice. She provided excellent customer service. Would recommend this hotel because of her.

There was no ice. That was the only negative

Pet friendly

Reservation for one single queen, one double queen made on Booking.com. 6 in our party. I have used Motel 6 all over the country They claimed to be booked and only had two single rooms. The desk clerk said he would "make it work" which meant, to him, giving us two single queen rooms next to each other?!?. He didn't know what a cot was?!?. I had called a couple days earlier to see if they could accommodate changing the reservation to THREE single queens. They said they could not so I said just keep the reservation the same. The owner tried to tell me that changed the reservation. Her response to my response to that let me know that she knew she was trying to hustle me. It turns out there was additional double queen rooms available they just didn't want to finish cleaning them-see the picture. From the phone call earlier in the week and this experience it was clear the front desk guy was obviously intellectually challenged and was working without the proper supports in place. My quoted rate was $677 and it turned out to be closer to $800 for reasons the desk clerk didn't have the intellectual capacity to describe. That was BEFORE the deposit. I don't know what the bed was made of but 30 days in a jail mattress was more comfortable.

Toilet broken staff would not come fix it after it was reported

Good value for money. Rooms were large. Beds were relatively comfortable.
