This house suited the needs of a four night trip to Key West by three couples that travel well together. Well maintained, pretty and traditional Key West property, complete with nearby crowing roosters in the morning. About eight blocks from Duval Street. We found it okay to walk TO Duval Street in the afternoon but quite a slog to walk BACK from Duval Street late at night after dinner and drinks. Took an Uber. Biggest heads-up about this house is the bathroom arrangement. The descriptions contradict...3 baths stated in one place and 2.5 baths stated in another place. In reality, there is only one full private bathroom in the MBR, a second full private bathroom that is between the other two bedrooms in a "Jack and Jill" arrangement. The third "bathroom" consists of a toilet and lavatory in the laundry room and a shower outside by the pool. A bit misleading but technically 3 bathrooms all together! If you travel well together...not an issue. If you require more privacy...could be a problem...particularly if there are snorers that rattle the louvered doors throughout the bedrooms and bathrooms. Anyway, nice place and good service. We'd return.

It was such a wonderful property. One of the cleanest places I've ever booked from AirBnB. Location was perfect to walk to and from Duval, but far enough to be quiet. The pool was warm and having an outdoor shower/men's room was a nice feature. This house is perfect for three couples, or a large or extended family.

We had a wonderful, stress free, vacation start to finish...The team at Historic Key West Rentals are wonderful, so friendly and helpful! They set up our bike and golf cart rentals, so everything was ready to go when we arrived. The texts and emails for check in and check out and communication in between was appreciated, everything was so seemless! The house we chose was perfect for us, and the pool was so refreshing during my daily swim! I can't thank this team enough for the wonderful experience we had!

We loved everything about this wonderful rental property. Spacious and clean with a great layout. The design of the outside deck and pool creates an integrated feel for the whole property. Childproof locks on all doors were perfect to ensure our two small grandkids were kept safe. It's located in a a quiet part of Old Town with easy access to any of the main tourist destinations. We decided to rent a 6-person golf cart rental and had a blast navigating Old Town. The staff at HKWVR were all extremely professional, responsible and helpful.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The only problem was backyard gets no sun. Even though it was very hot, no sun comes thru the greenery. I would remove one clump of palms beside the fountain. Leave the other side. They’d still have the same Key West feel to the pool area

Perfect place for a friends trip. We really enjoyed having the pool to cool off in. House was just like in the pictures and plenty of space. Location is great for quiet at night, a few really great restaurants not far. Having scooters to get around was key in the heat, but walking to Duval wouldn’t have been an issue in the winter mths.

Our family loved this property. Perfect size and location for family of 4 with teens (boy and girl). Property management was great (Historic Key West Rentals) and local concierge (Dwell) was super helpful.

Amazing house and host!!
My family (parents and 2 adult couples) had a different family vacation cancellation so Friday night we booked this house. Saturday first thing in the morning the historic key west vacation rentals team called with everything we needed and more! House was perfect size with everything you could need. The recommendations of what to do and what to see was amazing and then going back to cool off in the pool!
Will 100% be staying in this house again. It had so much character and love!

This is a great rental home and I am very appreciative of Historic Key West Rentals for their assistance. Everything was easy and as it should be. The home is beautiful and the pool is a great addition and very refreshing. The bedrooms upstairs are all spacious and very well appointed. The kitchen is great and definitely the gathering place for the home and the dining room is large and comfortable. One recommendation - the kitchen is great and having someone (like me) who likes to cook it could use a small set of Tupperware for leftovers. The outdoor shower and grill were great bonuses and definitely used during our stay. Would absolutely rent this home again!

The home was spacious and provided bug spray for your body and also for the house. Unfortunately we found bugs/ants in every fold of clean towel and between sheets while we were asleep. Most unfortunately we brought these bugs home with us to Colorado. Seems like a diligent extermination routine of the home would be helpful—shake between folded towels and sheets and pillow cases.

In a word - AMAZING!
Walking in the front door was heaven! It was exactly as pictured, spotless (literally!), and laid out beautifully. Even the two teens were blown away! My friends had said “send pictures of the house” and I said “I don’t have to…what you see online is exactly what it is…only bigger!”
The pool is amazing, the beds are comfy, the kitchen has everything needed and then some. The locks on the doors are the coolest thing I’ve ever seen and the feeling of the house is so relaxed and welcoming. We hated to leave.
Cannot say enough about Historic Key West Vacation Rentals. So attentive and caring… I would rent their properties without hesitation in the future. We were also fortunate enough to meet the owners and they were fantastic people!
We could not have asked for anything more!

Peaceful Retreat
From start to finish, the booking process for this property was 5 star. The booking agency had excellent communication and we were lucky that our house was ready for check-in a bit early. The house was adorable, comfortable and perfect for our group. The pool was perfect for hot afternoon dips. The decor was beautiful and the furniture was very comfortable. Thank you for an amazing stay—we would definitely recommend! Thank you!!

Family key west weekend
The property managers were fantastic. They reserved bikes for us that were delivered to the house and booked a boat snorkel day for us as well. The house was great. The pool was awesome at the end of the day. Perfect for 6 people. Only feedback is the bed we slept in was awful and the pillows were a fly as a pancake. They need to upgrade the mattress/pillows. We gave the feedback and they were so glad and going to give it to the owner. Besides that fantastic property!!!

This was such a great place for our family! We loved how central it was and the parking spot for a good cart or car. The pool was perfect, so tiny and cute. Nice bedrooms and bathrooms. We would definitely consider staying here again!

The house is lovely and so well appointed and the owners took so many extra steps to make our stay delightful. The warm pool was so much fun and we made great memories. It is in a great location and the parking spot is a great plus.
