Son is starting Baylor in the fall visited the college and Waco for the first time. We loved the property, it was the perfect location! It is within walking distance to Baylor. Short drive to the Silos and downtown. The property had all the amenities needed, it was clean, modern, and spacious! Had a question regarding check-in and received a response immediately. We will definitely stay again when visiting our son!

We loved staying at the Hotel on Campus. Our space was well-put together and everything we needed was there. This would be perfect for a home football or baseball game. Also close to Magnolia Market! 10/10, will be looking for availability next time we are in town!

We had a great experience staying here. Check in was easy as well as checkout. Price was reasonable and it was less than 10 minutes from the Magnolia Silos and was perfect for our overnight trip. We hope to stay here again.

I came to Texas for my 20 year Iraq reunion from Montana and had to find a place to stay. I looked at all the hotels in the area then decided to look at Vrbo’s. I’m sure glad I did because this Vrbo was amazing. It was super clean stocked with anything you need on a trip and close to the area I needed to be at. I definitely recommend this Vrbo.

This property was much better than I ever expected. It was absolutely spotless; beautifully decorated; and had everything we needed. The washer/dryer was an added convenience. We had come down to visit my nephew who is a senior at Baylor. Being right on the campus was an added bonus. I would recommend this to anyone who is visiting their child at Baylor. If I could give it 6 stars I would. The only problem encountered was entirely my fault. My sister and I had departed the property very early in the morning and she forgot to leave her parking pass. I have no problem paying the $10 - but the owner was very gracious in allowing me to send it back.

We didn't realize we would be on the Baylor campus but it was no problem the property was quiet and we were no more than a 15 minute drive from anything we wanted to do. Communication with property manager was quick. Every amenity we expected was present and in good working order. Closets were huge! We had a blast!

Myself and three of my childhood friends stayed for three days for my birthday and a girls weekend getaway. Our main goal was Magnolia everything and the Silos. Everything was absolutely amazing. Plan to revisit!!

This was a great location to visit Waco and surrounding areas. So pleased with the cleanliness and we really loved the outdoor area too. I wished this place would have been available when my daughter attended Baylor. Perfect for a college parent.

It was perfect for what we needed and the location could not have been better. We will definitely stay here again. Our son goes to Baylor. His classes are in the science building as is his job at the medical research lab. The sciences building is practically right across the street. Our son wanted to know if he could rent it for the entire semester! If you are visiting for ballgames or anything else Baylor related, this is your place! It had two spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms. It was very quiet and was pet friendly. Truly loved our stay!

The property is so cute and functional! Ideal if you're coming to visit friends or check our Baylor! The owners make sure you have cold water in the fridge and and a few other perks. We would stay here again!

We came for a mother, daughter trip to Waco. This was a cute place in a great location. Parking was right out front and we felt very safe. The only issue we had was the air conditioner kept resetting to a higher temperature after we lowered it down. It made it difficult to sleep as it got warmer during the night. We would certainly stay again.

Excellent stay and lovely accommodations. Very clean, nice and clean decor. Kitchen setup excellent as well. Stayed in dog friendly unit and it was perfect for our small dog. Definitely staying again!

Convenient Baylor Campus location
I needed a spot for my family while touring Baylor University and the Waco area. This was a convenient location right on/next to campus and made for an easy walk. Lots of parking for guests and the set up is clean & spacious. I appreciated that the cleaning instructions were minimal and we didn't have to even strip bed sheets or anything. Cold filtered water in the fridge was also appreciated.

Not a better place to stay if you’re visiting your kid’s attending Baylor. Right on campus. The place is small, but has everything you need. Management is great and helpful!
