This location was just a very quick stroll to the beach. It was a uncrowded oasis and there was good shopping and many choices of great food nearby. I will be back Naples and i hope this location will be available. Five stars does not do this place justice.

My best friend and I stayed here for a moms’ getaway. The place is beautifully updated and location can’t be beat! Everything was very clean and well-equipped. Beds were the most comfortable I’ve had at a rental property. They even have custom Yetis! Owner was very nice and quick to respond.

My husband and I were married in Naples on the beach in 1997 and have enjoyed visiting as much as possible ever since. This was our first time staying in your beautiful condo. We absolutely loved it! The relaxation by the pool was wonderful and being able to walk to 3rd Ave for dinner was a bonus! My favorite was sunrise walk to the beach and then sunset after our dinner. It was a perfect vacation and we've already booked for next year. See you then!!

The location was awesome, 10 steps to the pool, 300 steps to the beach, and near 3rd and 5th avenue. Paula spared no expense on the remodel, excellent finishes. Only wish was for a dishwasher.

It had everything you need for any type of stay,

Great Place and Ideal Location
It was a great unit, well furnished, plenty of accessories and everything you needed for the beach. Couldn't have asked for more. Just show up, have fun and relax. It felt like you were staying in your own place. Paula was great, she answered all my questions and her response times were excellent. The location was ideal for accessing the beach, close to restaurants, etc.

Beach getaway
This property was perfect for us. The check in was easy and we did not have any issues with the condo during our stay. The location was perfect, short walk to many excellent restaurants and a direct path to the beautiful Naples beach. Exactly what we were looking for. The condo was stocked with everything we needed for the beach along with many extras to make our stay more enjoyable. We will be back!

Great home in a great location...
Second Spring Break in a row staying here. The home is well stocked and generously appointed with the perfect amount of space for me, my wife and child. The location can't be beat...quick walk to numerous dinner options, beach is right across the street...and it's not far from main roads if you want to drive out to explore the town as well. Thanks!

Highly Recommend!
Paula's place is just as described! It's in the perfect location for an easy walk to the beach, restaurants, coffee, etc. Her place is clean, the perfect amount of space and fully stocked! It was extremely convenient to have beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler, and beach umbrella available to use! The pool felt great as well! We would highly recommend staying at Paula's place!

Wonderful stay at the Mariner!
My fiancé and I along with another couple rented this unit for a weekend and highly recommend. Paula was very responsive when we had questions and was so helpful. The unit was clean and the beds very comfortable. Everything you could need for the pool and beach are supplied. We can’t wait to come back!

My New Happy Place
This condo made me so happy! It was very clean and nicely decorated. There were maps and little sayings posted throughout the condo that were fun to read/look at. It had everything you’d need for a vacation. Shampoo/conditioner, aloe, charging stations with extra outlets in each room, fans, lots of towels and beach towels, extra bedding, games and books, Kuerig with k-cups….the list goes on and on. The condo is in a great location - you can walk to the beach or restaurants and shops in 1-2 mins. The pool is just about 20 steps from the front door. My husband and I hope to go back soon!

Wonderful rental
Perfect rental … comfortable, cute and close to everything you need to enjoy your vacation. Nice decor and each room has private bath which is great. You can’t go wrong with this one.

The condo is as advertised! The unit is spacious and clean. Cute beach vibe! Perfect location 2 blocks from the beach! Shopping and restaurants within a few blocks. I would definitely return!

Beach Escape
The home was in an ideal location because it was one block from the beach. We were able go to the beach in morning and return to the condo for lunch then return to the beach to enjoy the beautiful sunset. It was also not more than 15 minutes to the botanical gardens and zoo.

Beautiful time in Naples
The condo was just as advertised, very clean and decorated like a proper beach home with a nice pool right outside the door The beach and Naples Pier is a block away which makes carrying the beach chairs ( backpack style) Paula offers a piece of cake.....make sure you take in a Sunset or two! It is also located blocks away from downtown Naples, so we had a great time bar hopping and eating at different restaurants that were all in walking distance. Paula was also kind enough to mail me back a set of expensive prescription sunglasses I left. Thanks again Paula!

Perfect Naples condo!
Great condo! Perfect location to walk to the beach, restaurants, farmers market. So pleased with our short vacation. Very nice pool when we needed a break from the beach. Communication with owners was excellent and the condo was well appointed with everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!!

Great place for 4 in the perfect location!
My husband, sister, and brother in law stayed here for a long weekend, and it was perfect! It’s a block from the beach, a block from great restaurants, and in a gorgeous neighborhood. Would highly recommend and will go back if Naples is ever in our future again!

PERFECT SPOT FOR A WEEKEND GETAWAY
This condo was just right for a weekend getaway for us. Incredibly convenient (short walk) to the beach, the pier, and restaurants. The owners have clearly made a great effort to welcome their guests. Very clean two bed/two bath. Stocked with everything you could need, including 3 nice TVs, maps, menus, books, wine, sanitizer, face coverings, and much more. Certainly may return here on future trips. Highly recommended for couples on a weekend getaway to Naples.

Amazing location, beautiful condo upgrades
This is the perfect condo and location for a beautiful stay in Naples. The condo was recently updated and is filled with all the amenities right down to beach chairs and towels. The location is across the street from the pier. Moreover, the pool and patio are wonderful for relaxing.

Very practical vacation Location
Just love the location..the neighborhood is unbelievable. The apartment has everything you need and well stocked. The property only lacks a place to hang out outside the actual apartment. The pool is nice but not really conducive to spending much time there. Luckily the beach and many restaurants are so close by

Best location!
We absolutely loved our week long stay here. The location simply can't be beat. We walked to dinner every night, only a block or two away. We could be on the beach in 5 minutes. The condo was comfortable and well-stocked. We enjoyed the pool and the ease of the close parking spot. Just perfect for us. Thank you, Paula!
