We first came to this home in 2019 and have returned every year except once when we were too late booking! We love the location on the lake, the short walk to the beach. The host provides so many perks to make it special!

Our extended family of 6 stayed at Susan’s home and it was extremely comfortable and large enough for us to spread out. Home was very clean, well equipped and only 1 1/2 blocks to the beach. Communication was quick and easy and Susan went out of her way to make us feel at home.

We were delighted by the cleanliness and openness of the property. There were beach badges for everyone, and plenty of beach chairs to use. Susan was a wonderful host.

This location is ideal as you can walk right to the beach! The house was clean and the owner was communicative and helpful.

From the moment we stepped inside, we were greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The property itself was well-maintained and thoughtfully furnished. Every amenity we needed was readily available, from the fully equipped kitchen to the spacious living area. The cleanliness of the property was impressive, and it was clear that the host took great care in ensuring a comfortable and hygienic environment. The location was also ideal, offering very convenient access to the beach and nearby restaurants . Additionally, the communication with the host was excellent. She was prompt, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable. Overall, we highly recommend this home to anyone seeking a satisfactory and delightful vacation rental. The combination of a welcoming atmosphere, well-appointed amenities, and attentive host made my stay truly memorable. We look forward to returning in the future.

We enjoyed staying at this house. The host was so friendly and helpful. She answered all my questions quickly and made our stay stress free and went above and beyond. The house was more spacious than I even thought from the pictures and the views were so beautiful. We walked to dinner each night and to the beach each day. The beach and boardwalk is clean and felt safe and family friendly. We even saw dolphins two of the days and a whale! The neighborhood was so beautiful and felt like I was going to a garden tour every time I went somewhere. Parking was easy. Everything was super clean. We had six people 17 and up and we were all comfortable and slept well. I appreciate the host so much!

Very nice property one block from the beach. Beautiful beach views from the third floor loft. Property was clean and beds were comfortable. Parking wasn't an issue in September but may be more difficult in high season.

We had a very nice time. Owner is very accommodating and the property is one block from the beach. Unit also comes with helps beach chairs and a four wheeled beach caddie to wheel everything to the sand. One note that the unit does not have a dishwasher.

Super convenient, short walk to the beach, spacious unit came with everything we needed. Very kind and approachable host. Would love to come back!

We had a wonderful time at this property! Everything was clean and as described, and Susan was available for questions as needed. Also tons of closet space and storage, which is not always the case with beach rentals! The location is perfect - a very short walk to the beach and about a half mile from all the restaurants on Main Street. Would definitely recommend this rental!

We just returned from a wonderful week spent at the beach in Belmar. Our host Susan was there to welcome us and answer any questions we may have had. She left us information about the town to help us enjoy our time there. We entered the house to find a very open floor plan that helped everyone stay involved with the activities. Everything we could need was provided including beach towels, chairs and toys. There is an amazing deck with a grill in the backyard. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

This place is such a find~! We booked here because we had to host a service at the local veterans cemetery. The house is perfectly located near the beach and has a great view of Silver Lake. It was quite spacious for the four of us -- and we were able to have relatives over for post-service get together. I have to say that after years of stays in VRBOs, etc., as a host, Susan is numero uno - outstanding!!! She was proactive and communicative before and after our stay - very responsive and helpful with recommendations. Easy walk to the beach and the beach badges Susan supplied really came in handy~! We would be happy to recommend and happy to return!!!

We love the location and the amenities so we keep coming back! A lovely surprise was watching the fireworks from the front window. The garden was so beautiful too! We enjoyed an outdoor barbecue dinner.

We also enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the beach supplies we could use during our stay (chairs, towels, umbrella). We were walking distance to several good restaurants. The house is located in a quiet area and well positioned for beach goers. The space is sunny, well appointed with great frontal views. The hostess is both very gracious and extremely accommodating. This being our second year at the house, it was a great find last year and but met our expectations for this year. In spite of the proximity to the beach where people rush to secure all day parking, we had no problems finding parking for both our cars. Will be back next year, assuming Susan has availability.

This vacation rental was very comfortable, clean, and an excellent fit for our family group of 6. Besides having a large shared space (living room/tv room) with large windows, it has an office and a loft which we used for work and to exercise . The home was within a block from the beach and very close to restaurants. Susan, the host, was wonderful.

The property was all we hoped for, clean and right by the beach!! We also loved all the small details and deco Susan had in the apartment! Overall I can highly recommend it!

My second stay at this wonderful, immaculate property in the quiet upper end of Belmar. The shimmering lakefront views provide such a peaceful atmosphere, inside & out. Comfortable, spacious and well-appointed unit -- just bring yourself & your bathing suit -- you don't need much else here. A VERY short walk to the beach, dining, snacks & beach merch. Sue is the perfect hostess; I will return any chance I get!

Susan was a very gracious host: this home is extremely roomy and so comfortable: location is prime : close to beach and restaurants. Neighborhood is very nice and family oriented. This was one of the cleanest VRBO homes I have rented.

The location of this property cannot be better. It faces the lake and a block from the beach. It was perfect to take my 15 months old to walks on the trail around the lake in the mornings and spending time at the beach in the afternoons. Susan the owner was a great communicator at all times and answered promptly all questions we had. The house is really clean and so spacious. My daughter could run around without hitting any furniture. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!
