This home is freshly renovated and in a great location in Belmar. We rented the second and third floor, which has some steep steps, but offers a little more view and privacy. There are 4 BRs and 2 BA- one of the rooms has 2 bunk beds and a futon. I think this is a great place for families with young kids- infants are a little trickier, but the renters do provide a gate and a pack and play. 2 gates would likely be better, as there are two sets of stairs. Also, bathrooms do not have a bathtub, which could be a problem for little kids. Overall- great place for a few days. Owner was easy to communicate with and a lot is walkable, so any on street parking is not that stressful. There is 1 off street space.

Loved the location to the beach!

Being so close to the beach is unreal! Very clean. Exactly what was expected.

The property was nicely renovated and I found it to be very clean. With less than a minute walk to the beach, it was perfect for myself, husband, kids (5, 3, 1) and parents. The furniture was comfortable and the split system units kept the rooms cool. Phil was always responsive and was even kind enough to send us a baby gate, as we had forgotten ours at home.

This house exceeded our expectations! Spacious and big rooms! The deck has a phenomenal view of the ocean and we can’t wait to come back and rent again.

House was perfect for our girls weekend. We spent most of the time on the outside area where the beach and ocean were in view. Easy access to everything in Belmar & other nearby beach towns. FYI for future guests there is only 1 parking spot at the house. There is free street parking but spots on that street can be limited, so plan ahead!

We got rained out all weekend so we had to stay in essentially all weekend. The house set up and space was fantastic. Cooking in the kitchen was a breeze and enjoyable. We all really loved the home.

house is very charming. The best parts were the porch overlooking the ocean. When not on the beack, we were on the porch! And the other best part is that your just a few doors to the beach.

The listing photos are an accurate depiction of the property. The property is older but functional. Great location and very accessible to both the beach and surrounding Belmar amenities.

We enjoyed out time; the host was responsive and it was easy to get in and out.

Our stay in Belmar was great. Tina and Mike were very accommodating and responded very quickly to all of our communications. The location and proximity to the beach was great, especially with kids! The outdoor balcony is the best! The home is older, but was clean upon arrival.

My family and I enjoyed our stay very much! You are 4 houses from the beach and can’t beat the location. Overall we would stay there again. The mattresses do need to be updated and the grill is shared amongst 4 units (wasn’t a problem for us however), but the deck was incredible and acts as an additional room. Kitchen was fully stocked with any utensil we needed also!

We had a wonderful time in beautiful Belmar! A few steps from the ocean in a gorgeous neighborhood. The had everything you could want and more! Beach towels, chairs, games and a fully stocked kitchen. Communication with Tina and Mike was great. They are very attentive and responsive owners. Could not get over the beauty and charm of the old Victorian houses and the boardwalk.

We had a great time enjoying the beach at belmar and we were close enough that everyone could come and go. Kitchen wasn’t so well equipped and given the Covid situation we had to improvise to cook sometimes. The water was perfect

Kitchen was supplied with everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms very nice. Convenient to beach and restaurants. Would have liked central air instead of window A/C units.
