We had a great time at this property. Beach access is great and all the amenities of town are right there too. There were beach chairs, toys, grill, etc so you don’t have to pack everything to go to the beach for a few days.

The house is very nice, plenty of room for all of us. The beach area right outside the house is very private, which was so nice. The owner was quick to respond when we had an issue with the A/C and was even able to send someone out on Sunday to check it for us.

We enjoyed our stay and loved that the house was right on the beach. Our adult children and grandchildren had a wonderful time hanging out and catching up. We saw dolphins from the decks every morning. We had a wonderful time.

The location of the property is excellent, it was a very easy process to acquire the property. The owner is very accommodating. The only complaints I have is the condition of The home it self. at one time it was A beautiful property, but currently it does need quite a few repairs, and is set for 12 people which one advertises, but we all had to buy additional paper products for the bathrooms. And last night enough, sheets, and pillows for this many people. The pictures that are listed when advertise what appeared to be pictures when the home was new, not in its current state. And also advertises there is or shows in the pictures there is an empty lot beside it. There is not. But our family had a great time.

We had a great time but was dissatisfied that a lot of the lighting doesn’t work. The lights turn off and on and don’t work most of the time. In the room upstairs that has the twin beds the outlets pop and spark when phone chargers are plugged in. I just feel for the amount of money we paid that there would be light bulbs in the fan in the living room there were light bulbs that were out in other areas. There is water damage spots on the walls and holes in the walls in bathroom. Just was expecting nicer for $6000 plus a week. Location is great and great view.

Great location, and really nice house. The house is far enough away from the crowds, but not Fort Morgan far away. We ate in most nights, but a short drive (4-5 miles) gets you to a lot of good restaurants. All in all, a relaxing week.

This is such a beautiful house. We had a wonderful time with the whole family. The upstairs bonus living room was great for playing games away from the downstairs room. The walk to the beach was very quick. Lovely home, we will definitely stay here again. The owner is wonderful too

Quick birthday trip with friends. Fantastic house! Spacious with a great view and owners thought of everything for a comfortable trip. Very welcoming and in a great location away from the crowded beaches. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful house, beach not crowded at all, very peaceful & relaxing. House has some serious water leaking from the ceilings in the kitchen by the ice maker & in the master bedrooms bathroom on the main floor.

It is almost like a private beach and we were there during the 4th of July. Very quiet and easy to get to many restaurants and attractions.

The location of "By the Sea" is excellent. It's just a few minutes to groceries, restaurants, pharmacies, etc. and situated among upscale beach front homes, it offers a measure of privacy, where the closest beach chair of your neighbor is 80 to 100 feet away. Our family is a group of foodies and we appreciated the well stocked kitchen appliances, pots and pans. The upper and lower decks overlooking the gulf provided beautiful views. Our water babies had a blast and us old folk relaxed under the beach canopy with our favorite beverage.

This house is in a perfect location not too far from town but away from the crowds. We had a full house of family with our 2 year old grandson. It was perfect for us!

This is a beautiful home located right on the beach. The home was very clean, everything was ready for our arrival. This was the most relaxing beach vacation I have ever been on. I couldn't have asked for a better location; we basically had the beach to ourselves. We will definitely be going back!

We were a family of 6 plus grandparents- so, 4 adults, two 11 year olds, one almost 2 year old and a two month old. The setup at the house was great for us and Lisa was readily available for any questions we had. It was a lovely week!

We had 6 kiddos all 6 and under with us, it was one of the most relaxing vacation for us four adults! Easy access to beach and plenty of space to hang out inside on the cooler, rainy days. A fabulous place to stay!

Views views views! Brief walk to the beach. There were 5 of us Senior Gals. I’m 71 & I used sand walking sticks. Awesome showers with basic toiletries provided! Welcome treats for our arrival. Well equipped kitchen. We cooked all our meals in. Comfy. Cozy. Did I mention the views?!!Host Lisa responded quickly. We only had one minor technical difficulty that she fixed promptly. Thank you Lisa. We’ll be back!

By the Sea was the perfect bucket list get-away for the whole family. Water views from every window, and such a terrific house. The beach was wonderfully private and we had the time of our lives!

What a great experience. We had everything and anything that we could have needed. Owner was amazing! Beautiful place! Loved the uncrowded beach. Great for rest and relaxation!

We had our 1 year old grand daughter with us and the house wasn't very clean! Carpets and furniture were dirty. Bed's weren't comfortable, Storage room was a wreck!

Amazing!
By the Sea was a fantastic beach house for our family of 12, which consisted of my parents, my family, and my two sisters and their families (ages ranging from 8 to 78). This house had the perfect upstairs area for our kids to hang out, a well-stocked kitchen for the cooks in the family, comfortable seating, and it was decorated beautifully! We thoroughly enjoyed the deck overlooking the ocean, and there were plenty of seats outside for us to all sit and enjoy the view! The ice maker was such a bonus for us! There were lots of beach toys and games in the storage area underneath the house. Lisa was quick to answer my calls and e-mails. We will definitely be back!

Great Beach house
Close enough to attractions to be convenient but quiet area. Roomy, well equipped house. close to Beach however large dune to climb to get from house to beach, was a problem for some in our group with back and knee issues. Could us some more attentive maintenance ego: clock needs battery, some doors stick and some light bulbs burned out. All in all still a great place on the beach.

Great family location
We spent 4 nights with 4 kids and 4 adults. The location is perfection. Everything was as discribed, however it does need some love. The house does need some updating cosmetically. All appliances worked great and no AC issues at all. All and all a great trip for our families!

Looks just like the pictures with a couple of thoughtful surprises in the kitchen when we arrived. Loved the location; hardly anyone on the beach during peak season.

A great stay!
We enjoyed the week with children and grandchildren, including a 7 and 9 year old.
Having 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms was great. Great deck and lots of comfortable
deck furniture. Great beach. Not crowded at all. Lisa was very helpful and answered all my questions promptly before we arrived and while we were there.
Ice machine was a plus!

Great beach house in great location!
Our family had an amazing time at Lisa’s home. It was spacious, clean, equipped with most items and of course located steps from the beach. The only thing missing was a functioning bbq. There was one there but it didn’t work properly and needed replacement. It did not takeaway from the stay though and we were still impressed with the home and welcome amenities! Thanks Lisa!
