The location to the beach was great. The house was spacious for our group of 11. There were just a couple of hiccups with the house but the owners dealt with them quickly. Wonderful week.

This was an excellent house for our family of 12 to stay at in Cape May, which we look forward to staying at again. Very well maintained, spacious, and great location close to the beach and lots of stores/restaurants. The owner Brooks is great - very responsive to any questions we had and very friendly. We've stayed at 7 or 8 houses in Cape May and this is at the top of the list!

If you’re looking for a house to house all your family this is it. Super close to everything. One block off the beach. Check-in was very easy Brooks was fantastic.Wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Superb accommodations and location. We had fourteen adults and kids and didn’t even use the upstair rooms. A large dining area and living room. A short walk to a marvelous beach with beach passes supplied. Could not have asked for more.

Everything about our week in Cape May was perfect. We didn’t have to contact the owner about anything after we checked in. The house was just as described, with plenty of room to spread out, although most of the week was spent in the spacious living room & the amazing front porch. The huge, well-appointed kitchen had great counter space, along with a huge refrigerator. Plenty of comfortable bedrooms for a week of quiet sleeping. A one block to the beach was really nice, but we were also a short walk to lots of fun activities for the grandkids. Thank you, Brooks, for an unforgettable week at your Cape May beach home.

The house is exactly as advertised with a lot of bedrooms and a fantastic front porch. Additionally, the location can't be beat. It's a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at the house. Brooks was an amazing host. He provided us with great recommendations and all the details needed for our stay. I highly recommend renting this house for a reunion or family vacation!

The house is very well taken care of. The best feature for us was how close it is to the beach. Owner was very helpful. We forgot an item and he mailed it back right away. Nice place to stay!

I booked this home to stay for my soon to be sister in law and her friends for a low key bachelorette weekend. This was exactly what we were looking for. This house is elegant and charming in every way, with a touch of modern decor inside. Not only was it beautiful, but the beds and furnishings were comfortable and welcoming. Working with Brooks was also such a pleasure. His directions for the weekend were very helpful and provided a list of activities and restaurants nearby for convenience. He was available via cell phone and email at all times and would respond right away. The house location couldn’t have been better. This house is located a block from the beach and a couple blocks from town. We had such a spectacular time this weekend and I would suggest this to anyone looking to rent in the Cape May area. Thank you to Brooks and his family allowing us to stay in their perfect house!

Location, location, location! We've all heard that a thousand around real estate but this beautiful home fits that bill plus much more. The ocean and incredible beach on Jefferson St. is less than a 1 minute walk away from the porch, you also have a few views from the house and can hear the waves breaking too! Inside the home, you will find it well appointed, very updated and very spacious with more than enough room for 15-20 people that require a bed/bedroom. My group was only 9 people and we only occupied 3 of the 7 bedrooms. Each bedroom we settled in to either had a full bathroom or a half bathroom. I believe its 3 1/2 baths in total not including a powder room on the 3rd floor. The first floor also has a very nice bedroom for those that may have a little difficulty navigating stairs or longer distances which is a huge benefit. You will definitely find people gravitating to the front porch during "downtime" or relaxing with drink of choice. The porch is stunning, with seating for all - I had a couple of drinks out there each day by myself...just to get a little necessary alone time. The porch stays very cool and comfortable even on those scorching days days of summer. I can't say enough good things about the owners of this home. I dealt with Brooks and he was terrific with his responsiveness and just made us feel very welcomed and let us know that he was available at anytime if there were questions. The owners just want you and yours to enjoy the time...and that you can! We arrived around 2PM, July 27th, 95 degrees and 80% humidity and as we walked into the house the central AC was keeping the house nice and cool...what a refreshing feeling. Once you walk in you fall in love immediately - and I have a picky crew! I already mentioned to the owners that I would be booking again for next year. Restaurants, shopping, bars are all super close to the house. The beach is practically your front yard! LOVED IT!

We enjoyed another wonderful Thanksgiving at this well maintained Victorian. The kitchen has everything one needs to prepare meals for a family gathering. The house's location is excellent, a short block to the beach and a short walk to the shop and restaurants of Cape May. The owners, Brooks and Lynn, are a pleasure. They are responsive and accommodating., answering questions about kitchen supplies and anything else.

This beautiful home was immaculately clean, perfect for a large family group, lots of space for cooking and dining. Kitchen fully stocked with pots pans serving pieces utensils! Easy walk to the beach. It doesn’t get any better. The host was friendly and accommodating.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the Pink Angel. There were 10 of us, and everyone loved the house and location. Plenty of space for everyone. Our favorite part of the house is the amazing porch.

My family, including 4 grandchildren, had a wonderful week in July at the "Pink Angel." The house is spacious and very comfortable for a large family get-together vacation, and only a block from the beach. All of us adults and my grandchildren loved the house and my 6 yr. old granddaughter wanted to stay at the house "for a year." Brooks was very responsive and helpful about picking good restaurants and a pleasure to deal with. Cape May is an outstanding place to spend a vacation week and you will be happy if you stay at this house.

The house is great, up to date, neat and clean. Cape May is relaxing and the beach is beautiful with very attentive life guards and the property owner (Brooks) was very responsive in answering any and all questions---FIVE STARS!!!! Bill F.

We stayed here for two nights over new years with a group of sixteen - eight adults, eight young people ranging in age from 8-18. The house was perfect for us - lots of space, easy to get to beach, restaurants, grocery store etc. So comfortable for lots of people who have a variety of needs. Brooks was easy to communicate with, and extremely responsive to questions, both before and during our stay. A great time!

This is our second trip to this property. We loved it the first time and came back to a newly upgraded and even better than before place to stay with friends. The kitchen has been completely renovated and as a chef, I appreciate the changes that were made here. This property is very clean and extremely well-maintained. I would definitely recommend to family and friends who want a great place to stay in Cape May NJ. Thanks again for a beautiful stay and we will be back in the fall of 2019

Great house!!! First floor master was great for my mom and enclosing the porch with the gate meant we could sit outside with our dog. The kitchen was well equipped and the house is just charming. Great location too. We would definitely rent it again.

My family of 11 is so pleased that we were able to stay in the pink house this past weekend for the celebration of our matriarch‘s 90th birthday. The layout of the house was extremely conducive to having both alone time and group time whenever needed. The entire property is very sweetly decorated, all beds super comfortable, suitable for someone not interested in climbing stairs as well as the adventurous youngsters. The location was fantastic — one block to the access ramp to a very wide, clean and beautiful soft sand beach. Also an easy walk to a large grocery store and the entire shopping area. We loved the porch, the grill, the large dining and living rooms! Next time we are planning a family reunion or beach escape we will be sure to check here for availability.

A step back in time ..big old rambling Victorian with all the modern conveniences! Close to the beach with most everything else within walking distance. Spacious, clean and comfortable. One of our family’s favorite vacations...

This June we met four families (some friends, some relatives) at the Pink Angel for a long weekend at the shore. Even though there were 17 of us, there was plenty of room for everyone to feel like they were having their own vacation. The kitchen was appointed with everything we needed to cook meals and enjoy grilling - and enjoy we did! A giant dining room table, well kept back yard and wrap around porch with a gate closure made dining with many children fun at this house. The location is also absolutely perfect - so close to the beach if you need to run back for nap times but also tucked in to a neighborhood that wasn’t bustling with traffic. We will/would absolutely stay here again. Thank you to our hosts for being so kind and pleasant to coordinate with as well! We had a great trip.
