Beautiful condo in a great location allowing us to ski in/out each day. Clean, comfortable with 2 bedrooms and gorgeous living room and kitchen with high end appliances. Exactly as advertised. The owner was very responsive to questions beforehand. Will definitely rent again!

Perfect everything for our family ski weekend getaway! The reservation process, check in process and detailed information from Peter made everything so easy! The condo was very clean and cozy and exceeded our expectations. This was our first time at Jay Peak so our only regrets were that we all wished we booked the condo for a few extra days! The ski-in ski-ski out location was awesome. Hope to come back soon!

With the meager Winter we’ve had in New England, we decided to go to Jay Peak and rented Peter’s condo. It blew away our expectations. Totally equipped. Totally comfortable. 100 steps to the ski trail leading to the Tram Lodge and walking distance from the Stateside Base Lodge. I was absolutely impressed with the condo’s features that included commercial type boot and glove dryers. Parking outside the door. Comfy linens and blankets. The owner’s availability to answer questions is impressive. This is a VRBO gem of a property. Hands down.

When we arrived the cleaning lady was finishing up. She was such a nice woman and had only wonderful things to say about Peter. His condo was comfortable, had a fully stocked kitchen, and a great location on the mountain. Peter was awesome too - I reached out to see if we could have a late check out and he was very accommodating! Would definitely rent from him again!

If you're looking for convenient skiing at Jay, this is your place. The access slope is maybe 30' from the front door of the condo. Reserved parking spot across from the condo. A single flight of stairs up to the main floor of the condo. Roomy 2 bedroom with a well equipped kitchen and a gas grill on the balcony. Paper products, cleaning supplies and linens are all included. Nice bonus, boot and glove dryers. It has a ski locker located outside the condo door on the parking lot level. After we picked-up our RFID ski pass the first day, that was the last time we even went close to the lodge. We would ski to the condo for lunch and watch the Olympics on the big screen TV . Then back out to ski until closing. It really improved our skiing experience and allowed us to do it safely during COVID. BTW, the owner is very pleasant, helpful and responsive. We will rent this condo again when we return to Jay.

This condo was great for our zero to -30 weekend! A warm place when the lifts weren't running. Kitchen was updated/easy everything you need, beds were comfy, appliances and TV was updated, location made it quick to a lodge and easy on trails home. Basically across the road from the kids center with magic carpet made shuffling a 2yo much easier than car-rides. We would come again and try for the good Jay Peak snow!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful property. We felt at "home" as soon as we walked into the door. Everything is exactly as described and pictured. Having a modern and complete kitchen is a great convenience which enabled us to cook when we chose. All finishes, furniture, and bedding is clean and recent. We will stay again if we return to this area of Vermont.

A great condo for a ski trip. Ski In/Out access right near the stateside lodge. Was more spacious than expected and had everything we needed for a great weekend.

We had a great mini-staycation at Jay in this two bedroom condo. It was less than a hundred yards from the kids ski school and just a three minute walk to Stateside base area (great for convenient quick treks back to/from the trails if we needed to get get more/ less clothes or snacks). The condo was clean, fully furnished and had everything you needed but not so much that it felt like you were invading someone’s personal space—so it was easy to unload and make it your home for a while. The hosts were great communicators and were thoughtful and forthcoming with recommendations about what to do, where to eat, and why they loved the area. Check-in/out was super easy. This was the perfect space for a family getaway!

Owner is accommodating and helpful. The condo is great for four people. Kitchen has everything you need to cook. Loved Jay for skiing and stateside area is perfect. We would rent here again when we go back.

Fully stocked for the week. This unit is the most well-stocked condo I have ever rented. Plenty of linens, paper products, cleaning products and especially kitchen implements. Great ski-in getaway at Jay!

The condo was clean and comfortable. We all had plenty of space to hang out and do our own thing. The owner had excellent communication from booking to departure. We look forward to staying here again next season!

Peter was very hospitable and responded to a couple questions we had during our stay. We would 100% stay there again!
