It was absolutely wonderful. Everything was as expected. Condo lived up to its pictures and everything was easily accessible and explained well. Check in and out was a breeze. Owners were responsive and checked in with us as well. Best supplied kitchen I’ve stayed in too. Loved being able to walk all over the Omni property and went for drinks by the fire pit one night. Will definitely stay again.

We had a a spectacular stay! The condo couldn’t have been more perfect and the location was great! The owners had great communication and checked to make sure we had everything we needed! Definitely a place we want to come back and stay at again!

This is by far the nicest VRBO property that my wife and I have stayed in (dozens) over the last decade. The hosts (Maggie and Norm) make it very EASY to live in their property.. Lots of space and it has everything that you need to enjoy a relaxing week at the beach. Also, the views from the place are spectacular. If I could give it 6 "stars" I would. I will definitely go there again when traveling to Amelia Island!

Everything about the property was perfect except for my wife’s accident caused from an improper rug in the bathroom. Had to take her to the ER in Fernandina, Florida, around 3:00 am, and 18 stitches later we returned to the unit around 6:30 am.

Chose this location to attend a conference at the Omni and we were not disappointed. Excellent communication, stunning sunrises and beach views, convenient location to all that Fernandina Beach and Amelia Island have to offer. Every detail was thought of to ensure that we had every little convenience of home. Would not hesitate to stay here again if we are back in the area. Thank you for a lovely week!

Owners have excellent taste and have done a beautiful job of equipping the unit with everything we needed. Maggie also assisted with the property and unit locations allowing me to rent additional properties in close proximity for our group needs.

This condo unit is close to the beach and a short walking distance from Omni shops and restaurants. We love to cook and appreciate the kitchen being well stocked with everything one could possibly need . It’s also so convenient to have beach chairs and umbrella available to use . We love this place and will definitely be coming back!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The condo was very clean, comfortable bed, It provided all the amenities needed and then some. Beautiful location. Margaret was very responsive throughout the booking through our stay. We would highly recommend this condo for anyone considering to visit Amelia Island. We would return to this unit again.

We are in love with everything about our stay. Amelia Island is delightful, the Omni property is impressive, the room is perfect, and the owners are amazing. Maggie thought of everything and there isn't one convenience not included. So many detailed touches made our stay perfect! We're already looking forward to our next stay!

We had a wonderful time getting away to the beach for the weekend. The whole experience was fantastic! The condo was in impeccable condition and our experience with Maggie and Norm was top notch! I highly recommend this location!

The property was clean with a great view of pool and ocean. The flooring could of been updated. The check in process was a bit confusing as I wasnt sure if I needed to check in at a desk. My grand daughter and I enjoyed our stay even though we did not see any sea turtles nesting. Maybe we will be back next year. Thank you Maggie and Norm.

My husband and I have stayed at AI many times over the past 22 years and we have been in many different villas over the years. This villa was by far one of the nicest. The owners have gone to great lengths to make sure you have everything you need for your stay to be comfortable. So many nice little touches— from Bluetooth speaker, to apple air play on the TV, to beach chairs and umbrella, to a walking umbrella for when it rains. They have thought of everything! We will definitely be back to this one!

Love the omni resort area. The sandcastle villas are a perfect alternative to a typical hotel room. Very clean, plenty of space, and tons of amenities! Our host was very responsive and helpful

This place is perfect! The owners have provided everything you could think of for your stay: beach chairs/umbrellas/towels; blow dryer & curling iron; nice kitchen appliances including a coffee pot & a Keurig with plenty of Kcups; salt/pepper, sugar, sweetener; binoculars….and the list goes on. Maggie & Norm are also very communicative and quick to respond if you have questions or need anything during your stay. This condo is also right next door to the Omni resort where there are lots of great places to eat and lots of great walking trails to explore. We’ll definitely be back!

Everything in the listing was spot on.
We had a great visit and the choices of what to do are
endless. We took a day off and relaxed on the beautiful uncrowded beach. The next day sightseeing and shopping in nearby Fernandina beach with great stores. Relaxing in the condo, sitting on the balcony or at their pool was a delight. Condo is well-stocked and very comfortable, like being at home. I had to contact Maggie as a storm caused a TV/internet outage, but she promptly got back to me. If you stay here, you won’t be disappointed!

The villa is in a great location - close to restaurants and the main hotel eith easy access to the beach and an impeccable view. There were lots of thoughtful touches that made the stay even more enjoyable. Tastefully decorated and well-equipped gif a week’s stay. We’ll be back!

The villa was exceptionally clean and comfortable with everything one needed. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and eating in. Watching the sunrise on the balcony was a great way to start the day and the beach and pool were right out the door. Communication with the owners was always prompt and helpful. Would stay here again without question.
