Beautiful place to stay and great walking distance to everything in coconut grove. Beautiful views and lots of personal touches you don’t see in a normal hotel room. Pool was great as well.

Comfortable, clean condo with great views. Right in the heart of CocoWalk, with many restaurants nearby.

Alice was a wonderful host, we always enjoy our visits to Coconut Grove and we will always try to make a reservation at Alice's home if it's available on future visits.

We thoroughly enjoyed the condo and location. It was perfect for our need to rest a rejuvenate before returning home for work. Everything we needed was there except paper towels which is an easy fix. I will return again when the time arises

We spent a week in Coconut Grove - perfect location, amazing view, walk everywhere in the Grove, great local restaurants, 15 minutes to South Beach, 15 minutes to Key Biscayne, 10 minutes to Brickel, an hour and a half to Key Largo.

My husband and I loved the property it’s located in the perfect spot next to everything at walking distance, clean comfortable amazing views and we had an amazing time we will be back.

The property was nice but a little spendy for what is around the area…. was a little difficult getting ahold of the manager in a timely fashion however she did respond when she had a moment…

Great place to stay.

How many vacation rentals have you been to that when you open the closet you find 2, maybe 3 hangers. My point is that this studio is furnished with everything you may need to enjoy your stay. We were there for 6 nights and very much enjoyed our time there. The view is spectacular from sunrise to sunset. We chose not to cook and instead try some of the excellent restaurants in Coconut Grove but there is a small kitchen area if you wanted to cook in. We only took the car out twice, once to visit Key Biscayne and once to Vizcaya Museum on the only rainy day we had. We walked everywhere else we went. The property includes free parking, a savings over the cost of hotel parking fees in the area. Alice is one of the most accommodating owners we have worked with. We had a bit of a hiccup that could have interfered with the trip about 3 weeks before we were scheduled to leave. She patiently worked with us and all was well in the end.

We were very pleased with our stay! Alice was very responsive and easy to work with. The view and location were just perfect. The condo was nicely furnished, comfortable and well taken care of. W enjoyed having a meal out on the balcony overlooking the water. Walk to most anything you needed - restaurants, groceries, everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!!!!

My husband and I couldn’t of asked for a better place to stay while spending a week in Miami! The view from the room was incredible, and the place was nicely appointed and very comfortable. Alice was an amazing host and communicator. We were able to walk out the door into the heart of Coconut Grove and enjoy all the restaurants and entertainment so easily. The Arya is a wonderful hotel with great staff and resources like a gym and Restaurant. The outdoor swimming deck area is beautiful and the gym and heated salt water pool is a plus! We woke up every morning to a beautiful view of the ocean with sailboats and oh my God he has to offer. Thank you, Alice, for a wonderful stay.
