The location was exactly what we were looking for. Right on the beach. A nice clean beach and swimming pool for options. I felt the condo was even nicer than the pictures. We had a great time a plan to go back.

My girlfriends and I stayed at Collwood for a week and it was absolutely perfect! We absolutely loved our location, right on the beach. Close to restaurants and shopping. The condo was perfect! Clean, comfortable beds. We're actually going back again later this year and hope to stay in the Collwood building again. Communication with the owner was great. I loved that the Property Managers were on site and easily accessible. We loved that there were chairs and beach gear provided. Made flying in that much easier! Will definitely stay again.

Clean condo that gives off island vibes. Fully stocked kitchen utensils and cook wear. Nice big bathrooms, condo was spacious for my family of 5.
2 linen closets fully stocked. Beach chairs in closets, but also a huge variety downstairs as well as a bin of beach toys! So very convenient. No ocean views from the room, but the stay was great. Everyone friendly and helpful!

We loved this property! Stocked well with anything you would need, plenty of towels, and beach toys. Outdoor games as well, shuffleboard and cornhole. The whole experience was perfect. We loved it so much we’re already planning for next year!

Our stay was perfect, the condo was just right for some family time on the beach. Wake up and head to the water - what could beat that? The beach was clean and was not over populated. The water was calm most of the time, even after a storm came through.

Awesomeness!
Four friends decided to take a vacation and this is where we chose to stay. I couldn’t be happier! The apartment/condo was beautiful! The rooms spacious, the bathrooms big and the kitchen gorgeous! We had a parking lot view but the building was on the beach and access was easy! There is a pool, grills, chairs to pull out to the beach, shuffleboard, smart TV and toiletries! This place is a winner! I will be back!

Amazing Condo and Property
Condo was exactly as described. I loved how stocked it was and felt so homey. Literally the only negative thing i didn't like was that the balcony for this unit faces the street, however, the condominium is beach front. There was plenty of beach chairs available on property and in the unit. There was beach toys for the kiddos and shuffle board and corn hole for the bigger kids. Overall stay was amazing. Thank you for allowing us to stay.

Best Vacation!
We had the BeSt family vacation! The condo we stayed in was perfect for enjoying vacation to the fullest! Nightly sunsets on the beach that we could walk right down to from our room! Pool right next to beach and all the beach supplies we could need to make packing up a family from Minnesota to Florida super easy!!! Not to mention our many walks to super convenient ice cream places to fully indulge in vacation!

Location location
You don’t have ocean views from this unit, But you are on the beach, once your on the ground floor you are 20 yards from the sand. You can walk the beach to restaurants, the beach bar and grill. Once your here, no car needed. The owner is very responsive and they have property managers on site daily.

Oasis!!
We stayed at this property for six days and the owner and property manager could not have been nicer! Very quick with responses and even though there wasn’t originally a blender in there she went out and bought one for us to use! Great customer service. Loved the space. Highly recommend. Janet and Mary were so easy to work with!!

The best vacation ever
We stayed here for 1/2 of our honeymoon and we wished we just stayed here for the whole thing!! So much more beautiful in person than in pictures. Everything was spotless, easy to find, felt secure, and had everything we needed and then some! Tons of beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, and there is someone on site to help you whenever we needed. The beach was amazing also and so so so close to the condo. Pool was nice too! We will 100% be using this VRBO over and over if they will have us!

Grocery stores nearby for our shopping. Beach was absolutely amazing- very clean and just steps away. The condo had a box full of sand toys on your way to the beach. Tons to do in every direction with a short walk or drive. Quick day trips to Orlando or Tampa. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your place- we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!!!

Loved our vacation condo
The condo was absolutely wonderful. Great location, everything we needed. Pool and beach being right there was a huge huge hit. We will definitely be back. Managers on sight were great. Janet the condo owner was awesome as well. Thank you for helping to make our vacation a great one.

Amazing property
This place was AMAZING!!!! From the communication with Janet to John and Mary everything was phenomenal. It was so spacious no one was on top of each other. We Will definitely be coming back down to stay and using Janet’s property.

The Condo was fine the weather no so much!
This is the first trip to Florida it was unseasonably cold. Had to stay in the condo and unfortunately with only a street view it made it a bit disappointing. The condo had everything you would need to go to the beach and stay comfortably. The beds were comfy and the Kitchen was well stocked of utensils and has a full size washer and dryer.

Condo was stocked with all supplies needed for the beach, chairs, towels, toys, etc. I am a nurse and when I arrived I was greeted with a bouquet of flowers with a sweet note from the owner. I highly recommend this property. It couldn't have been cleaner or more well kept up. It had been remodeled very nicely. The only thing I could say needed updating was the couch. It's older and losing its life. Also there was a lot of noise in the condo above me and the manager could've done a better job taking care of it but I can't imagine keeping everyone happy. They do a great job keeping everything working and clean. Great value for money. I will definitely be returning.

Condo was everything it claimed to be. It has everything and more needed for a stress free vacation. Condo was stocked with all supplies needed for the beach, chairs, towels, toys, etc.

They do a great job keeping everything working and clean.

This condo was spectacular!!!! The location was perfect and the cleanliness of our condo and the entire complex was outstanding. The beds were very comfortable and Karen the owner had absolutely everyone we needed. The fully equipped kitchen made preparing means easy. We will definitely be returning.

Clean but older decor
We had a great trip and the condo was very clean. The only thing is I would not decorate it the way the owners did. Even though they have updated the paint and bathrooms, the decor makes it look older. And there are a lot of decorations sitting around, we actually had to move some of there stuff to put our stuff down. The couches weren’t very comfortable but the recliner was great! The king size bed was super comfy, but the two in the other bedroom felt like the springs were coming through the mattress. Love the decor in the bedroom with 2 beds, but the bedspread on the king bed looked old and dark. The manager was awesome and always available. The condo is also stocked with plenty of soap, laundry detergent, dish detergent, etc. Overall we liked our stay, but will probably stay in a condo that has been updated more next time.
