Had a great time in Louisville with property centrally located!

We were very happy that we selected a VRBO rather than a hotel

The house was lovely! The host was exceptionally thoughtful. Our only complaint is that the house is located near a frequented freight railroad line. If you are a sound sleeper then don't let this detour you. And if you are a light sleeper - bring earplugs ;) The neighborhood is so cute and within walking distance of tasty food, fun shopping, and of course, good bourbon.

Host was in communication and got back to us quickly. This property felt like someone’s home they live in every day, not like a rental. Host provided water and snacks. GREAT LOCATION?

Four of us stayed at a James Wallace rental for the second year. A different residence with the same quality service. Checkin couldn’t have been easier.We chose ParisTown Point this year. Wiltshire Pantry and The Cafe were an easy walk from the home and both delish! Centrally located to all the places we went to each day. Perfect size for us! Thank you ! We are so happy to be repeat renters and look forward to next year

We had a great stay here for our long weekend exploring Louisville and the Bourbon Trail! There was plenty of room for four adults and we found plenty of fun places to eat and drink within walking distance of the house. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. We would happily stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Neighborhood was peaceful, house was clean, comfortable and location was central to all the places we visited.

The house was perfect for our group of 4 ladies. It was a great location. Communication with James was perfect. We loved all the small touches, especially the makeup wipes and coffee!

Lovely home. Clean, comfortable & convenient. Appreciated the bottled water, snacks & toiletries. Host is very communicative & willing to assist. The only suggestion is use of a combination lock instead of a key.

This really is in a great location. A very short Uber drive to anywhere you want to go. I was a little worried about on street parking but there were always spots available right near the house. James was a super attentive host and very responsive. This house was perfect for all of us! Thanks James!!

I relied on the description of this VRBO when choosing where to stay for our visit to tour distilleries recently. It did not disappoint! A short Uber ride to not only the airport but anywhere in town as well! For us there was no need to rent a car. Quiet neighborhood with not much activity from the neighbors. Cute front porch chairs to relax on. All the bedrooms are upstairs which wasn’t an issue for us. The home came stocked with plenty of snacks, coffee, toiletries etc. There is a flight and train route close by but both were only background noise to us. Would definitely stay here again!

Very relaxing, like Being at home away from home. Everything you need! Comfortable beds!

This was an excellent stay for our family of 5. James was very accommodating to us checking in early as we were avoiding a snow storm, and he responded to questions promptly. House is well stocked with whatever your needs are, and there is plenty of space for the family to hang out. Enjoyed our stay here!!

Our visit to Louisville was all about our first Bourbon trail, so we wanted to find a place close to Louisville. This house was perfect for 2 couples. Cozy living room, nice kitchen area with snacks and water awaiting us. Three Bedrooms (all upstairs) we nice with various firmness to suit different sleeping styles. Area has options for dining within a 1/2 mile

What a beautiful property that is located in a nice quiet area and close to everything we needed for the week. We will always look for this property's availability when visiting Louisville. Thank you James for being a great host!!!

This is a great vacation rental for Louisville sightseeing. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely stay there again.

We are a family of 5, including 3 kids (ages 5-10) and this house fit us perfectly. We had enough space, the beds were comfy, enjoyed nice bathrooms, and overall felt right at home. The downstairs was a bit darker than in the pictures, and backyard was exposed to the street (so not very private), but the front porch was really cute and faced a little court. The kitchen was fully stocked, and the snacks were such a nice touch! James was wonderful to work with - very responsive and helpful. Some reviews mentioned the train noise but we didn't hear it much at all. We were on the edge of the Highlands so had a short drive to most places, but the house was very central generally (7 min downtown). We loved The Cafe, which was a 5 min walk. Also Cherokee Park was a 5 min drive and amazing walking/running/playground. We would stay here again!

This house is situated on a quiet block tucked away in Paristown. The house was just as described and the host made us feel very welcome. We came to town for the Kentucky Derby and James offered great communications throughout the process. He gave us restaurant tips and even led us to a private chef who made a meal for us while we were in town. James even had a box of local chocolates for us, a bottle of Derby wine and some snacks and water for us to enjoy. While there wasn't much to walk to, and the neighborhoods seemed to be modest and maybe even "coming back," everything we needed was just a short drive away. We would highly recommend this property!!!

We were pleasantly surprised it was Thunder over Louisville weekend and enjoyed the festivities. James was a great host and very attentive. This house was close to EVERYTHING, dining, shopping, book stores and more. We had a great time

We loved this house during our stay in Louisville. It was very clean and very spacious! Conveniently located to several walkable restaurants. Host was so helpful with easy check-in and restaurant recommendations. House was equipped with so many amenities to make our stay more comfortable. Would highly recommend!

The house and location were great! A short uber ride to almost anywhere. Upon arrival, the lights were on and the TV played nice music. The kitchen was fully stocked to include a basket of snacks on the counter. The only suggestion I have would be to have the carpet cleaned. There were stains in several areas. Other than that, the home was very clean and confortable!

Very impressed with the house and neighborhood. Very close to downtown and easy to get around. Great neighborhood with a lot to offer. Perfect for our needs. Looking forward to our next visit to Louisville.

We were 6 friends going to a concert at the Yum center and this house hosted by James and his wife was so perfect for our 2 day stay. Close to Yum center and close to many restaurants. James was an awesome host…very accommodating. I would recommend to anyone with a group of 4-6 people. 👍🏽👍🏽 For sure!!
