This is the second year we have stayed in this condo! Has everything needed to make for a perfect vacation. And you won’t find a more attentive and responsive owner - she’s absolutely wonderful to work with! Highly recommend for anyone, but especially for families with kids/grandkids!!!

The condo was super cute and very well equipped with everything we needed to have a wonderful family vacation. The owner was super friendly and easy to get a hold of if we needed anything at all. The beach access was easy to get to and the views of the beach and ocean were amazing. We would definitely stay here again for sure.

This was our second time staying at Coquina B207, and once again, it did not disappoint. The condo was clean, quiet, comfortable and stocked with everything we could need for the beach! We adore Crescent Beach and how peaceful it is - even over spring break week, there would be times when we had the beach almost to ourselves. The view with our morning coffee was amazing - you will catch some beautiful sunrises here for sure! Thank you for a restful and restorative week - it was everything we hoped it would be after a long Wisconsin winter!

The Coquina Condos are a great spot for relaxing and fun for a week at the beach. Beautiful beach for walks, laying in the sun and enjoying the weather. Fantastic pool on the beach as well! Condo grounds are immaculate. The accommodations are great as well, with clean, comfortable surroundings and appointments. Has everything you need for a complete weeks stay, including for cooking. Back deck of the Condo is perfect for drinks and sunset viewing. This is our 4th time staying and we love it!

Very nice attractive condo with direct views of beach and ocean...and fantastic many mile-long beach just 50 yards away. Owners extremely accommodating. Highly recommend!

My family and I spent the winter break loving our time here!!

This was our first stay in Crescent Beach and the Coquina Condo Resort. The unit is a beautifully decorated, on the 2nd/3rd floor and has a great view of the pool and ocean. There is plenty of room for a small family so we had room to spare as there were only 2 of us. The unit has updated appliances, furniture. We had just a couple of hickups - one dealt with the digital lock that stopped working and had to be replaced. The other was a minor plumbing issue in the master sink. Other than that it was a beautiful unit. The resort property was built back in the 70s. It's well-maintained but pool chairs should probably be replaced. Also, the pool is not heated so if it's chilly you probably won't be swimming. Our trip was in November and the weather was great but we found this particular beach to be pretty quiet....to the point of boring. Some probably seek that but after a few days we were ready for more activity. There are quite a few good restaurants within just a short drive and of course, St. Augustine is just a few minutes north. The owner was really nice to work with and made every attempt to make sure we enjoyed our stay. If we ever go back to this area of Florida we would definitely return.

This condo is great - from the comfort of the lounge to everything in the kitchen that you need, even a dishwasher that works!! The view is to die for, over the pool and out to sea, lovely to sit and watch the waves with your morning cup of tea. That's if you can get out of bed, they were so comfy I think I could have spent the whole week in bed, the linen and towels were first class as were all the fittings. The whole place was lovely and clean, bathrooms spotless. If you had children with you then the game consoles would be great keep them quite for hours. The large tv in the lounge - and all the dvd's spoilt for choice, in fact there were several nights when we didn't even go out. The booking procedure was easy and all questions were answered more or less by return, nothing seemed to be too much trouble. We have been back just over two weeks and already the deposit has been returned. Thank you for letting us use your home because that's what it is, it goes far and beyond a normal holiday let.

This condo is a great place to stay. It is clean and well stocked. The beach isn't crowded. The view of the pool and ocean is wonderful. I could sit on the balcony and let my 12 year old go to the pool if I didn't want to sit by the pool. Everything you needed for a day at the beach is in the condo. Beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, sand toys and floats. There were also games, basketball, tennis racket and balls and so many things to keep children busy. Having a full size bathroom on both floors works perfect. The beds are very comfortable with lots of pillows and blankets if you need extra. Practically everything you need is provided. Just bring your clothes, buy a few groceries and enjoy your vacation. The condo is ocean front with beautiful powdery white sand on the beach in a more residential type area but just a short drive to everything you need. If you choose to stay at Coquina B207 you will not be disappointed.

We love the Coquina. We have stayed in a lot of different condos at the Coquina over the years. We would stay in this one again! My husband would complain about basic cable, but since you don't spend a lot of time inside watching TV it wasn't a big deal.

Absolutely wonderful! This condo is equipped with everything you could need! The view was fantastic and the beds were extremely comfortable! We are looking forward to vacationing here again!

The accommodations can't be beat. It was hard to get out of the extremely comfy bed! And the views couldn't have been better. You can see your children at the pool and also have views of the ocean. We've stayed on Crescent Beach for the last 20years and this was by far the nicest and best location of any.

We LOVED our stay! The condo had everything you could want. I cooked most of our meals, and it had everything I would need for food prep. We also spent most of our days at the pool and beach. The kids loved having access to the boogie boards and I appreciated the beach chairs! Having the convenience of easily switching between the ocean and the pool was fabulous. It truly was just steps from the pool to the beach! The beach was amazing too. It had fine, white, compact sand. Many people were biking along the beach (something we plan to do next year!). The sand also did not get hot, so it was perfect for walking back and forth from the pool to the ocean. Also, I didn't know what to expect so I packed water shoes for all my kids, but there were no stones, shells, or weeds to bother their feet while swimming and playing in the ocean. We really only did a few excursions. We spent a day at Magic Kingdom, which was 2 hours away. It was an easy drive. Then, we also spent an afternoon at Marineland. This was only about 5 minutes away. We did go out to dinner in St. Augustine, which was beautiful too. Next year we plan to explore St. Augustine much more. We've already booked again for next year as we loved it so much!

This is a great place to relax and enjoy the beach. The condo is well appointed and the beach is beautiful. The pool area is great and the whole community of very well manicured. We love community no here and the convenience to the St Aug area and dining options. We will be back!!

You hear over and over of the experience in all the reviews for this condo. We absolutely agree. You could not find better customer service anywhere. The owners left us dinner coupons for a night because our car broke down. They did not even charge us for the night we missed. Where can you find this kind of customer service. This place is spectacular, and the bed is to die for.

We had a great time at Doug & Pam's condo! They think of all the little things you will need to feel comfortable when you are way from home and at the beach. I agree with all of the previous reviews and heartily recommend staying at this great place! The beach is amazing and private and the close proximity to St. Augustine with lots of things to do made the trip a rousing success!

Our vacation rental was immaculate, easy to access from an interstate and easy access to the beautiful beach and refreshing pool. Our family of four fit comfortably in this well decorated condo, with ample amenities, including beach toys, and a gorgeous vista of the ocean from the balcony. The host owners included a thoughtful gift bag that included anything we could have forgotten and some necessities we did not consider. My one recommendation is condo beach towels for any guest that traveled with minimal luggage space. We look forward to returning to this location again and again!

We have never been in any kind of paid lodging that had this many amenities and thoughtful touches for the guest....bar none......never! The owners think of everything. I accidentally locked my purse into a hotel safe that they have in the unit forgot the combination and in desperation I had to call Doug very early in the morning who with total understanding gave me a bypass code to get in and get my purse. The condo is beautiful and the views are just as great. We laid down on their huge extremely comfortable bed and just watched the waves. We have a rule to never go to the same place twice as there are so many wonderful places in this country to visit. Both at 68 years old we have never challenged that belief until now! My husband and I recently celebrated our anniversary at this great condo. The place is spotless, updated and has more amenities than a 5 star hotel. Very quiet and relaxing! I have never been spoiled by an owner until now. They have thought of everything, and even provide a huge beach bag full of goodies including a great CD full of beach songs, Koozies, mugs, hats, etc. The Castro's even provide all the beach equipment, tennis rackets and balls. We will definitely be back and highly recommend. Did I mention the wine and roses? You won't find a better place -inside and out.

A week of warm sands and beautiful blue ocean right outside your door. It was so wonderful to open the door of our condo and look straight through to a beautiful beach off of the balcony. The view, however, was not the only pleasant surprise. The condo was bright and inviting as you walked in with a personal welcome from the owners awaiting you. The kitchen was updated with new cabinets and counters and the baths also were beautifully decorated. In the evenings or if the weather brought you inside there were very nice flat screen televisions provided. Everything you would need is provided for your needs. We went to St. Augustine one day and there is plenty to do there, but we were always anxious to return to the condo and the beach. It is so much like the ocean used to be, calm and serene. It has been a long time since I have walked through sand dunes with sea oats to the beach. We can't wait to return.

This is my third time here within 2 years and we still love this place. The attention to detail for customer satisfaction is always met. There was a tropical storm in the area and it rained constantly but we did not care as the inside of this condo is very inviting and relaxing.
