Enjoyed our stay, VRBO was clean and accurate with the listing photos. Host was very communicative and helpful, she even helped return a lost pair of AirPods.

We had a group of 10 for a family ski reunion and every one of us was very pleased. Well appointed and spacious. Plenty of room for all of us and lots of room for activities. Everything worked great. I highly recommend this accommodation!

Very cozy, spacious. Beautiful home, close to downtown and shopping. Huge kitchen, fun game room. Only turn off is road noise from freeway when windows/sliders were open but other than that you can’t hear it.

We had a wonderful stay at Antonia's house. It is so close to Donner lake which is were we spent most of the day. The house had everything we needed and was perfect for a girls trip.The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to cook. Antonia was very responsive on VRBO prior to trip and during for any questions that come up. I would definitely come back!

Great property. We had a party of 10 and everyone had their own room and space. The downstairs game room was a hit with the kids. They loved the pool table! Great location and close proximity to Donner Lake, while also just being a short drive to Lake Tahoe. The hot tub was a great way to end the day after hiking and swimming. Would come back and stay again!!

Came for our son’s wedding. The whole family stayed in this roomy beautiful cabin. So much space. The views are incredible. Enjoyed the hot tub and fun game room. The owners provided every possible amenity we could have wanted! Will definitely stay here again!

It was this home and its owners who saved and made our trip. There is indeed a thing known as too much snow, even for avid skiers. When legendary resorts cannot open due to an over abundance of snow and avalanche danger, and major highways are closed for the same reason you need to have a warm safe and wonderful place to hunker down. This place was it! The owners gave us an early heads up of potential highway closers on the day were set to arrive, had they not done so we would have been stuck in Reno for a couple of days. The house was wonderful and we felt safe and content, even though much of the home was buried. We have decided to get back to the Tahoe area again very soon, and this is the home we hope to stay in. Thanks again to the owners and their generous neighbors who helped us enjoy our week. Brian

This is our second time staying at this beautiful home and had another amazing time. House is fully stocked with anything needed, super clean and everyone loves the pool table and spa. Absolutely recommend!

This house is absolutely perfect in all ways! Clean, comfortable, plenty of things to do. Super easy to get to, right next off highway. Owners very nice and communication was great. I would stay again 100 percent!

This is exactly what I was looking for and was a great spot to spend a few days and relax by the lake. The owners were super helpful and responsive and the property was everything that I had hoped for.

This house is located very convenient to all that Truckee has to offer. Just up a hill off the main road and you can drive to Donner Lake, downtown Truckee, and many of the nearby ski very easily. Really great views being up the hill. The house is very large and has plenty of room to spread out for a group of ~8 - 10 (we were only 5 and it felt huge). It is on multiple levels so be prepared to walk up and down stairs for the bedrooms and game room. Nice deck with a BBQ to use, and big, clean jacuzzi. Parking is easy. Clean house, stocked kitchen with lots of seasonings, pots and pans, etc. No AC and the rooms did get a bit warm in the 90 degree days of summer, so just be aware of that and consider bringing a few fans to cool the rooms down. My only main issue was that since the property is ~200 yards up the hill from the I-80 freeway, it does get a lot of fairly loud road noise that does not slow down until late night. When you are sitting on the rear deck, you definitely have to raise your voice to speak over the road noise, which is a consideration if you are looking for a private, quiet tucked away house in the woods. I wouldn't let that fully detract from the place, as long as you are inside or okay with a bit of road noise (or during the winter when you aren't looking to be outside for as long). Overall nice place to stay for groups.

This was an amazing place that Was spacious and accurate to description. I would absolutely stay here again. The only odd part was there is a small converted shed located directly on the property that the owner and their kids stayed in during the last two days of our stay… so it wasn’t as private as I would’ve liked. Wish we had more privacy or a warning about this situation.

Property had everything you would want and in a great location! Plenty of space for two families and multiple kids (ages 10-18). Rooms were spacious, kitchen was fully stocked, hot tub was well maintained and plenty of seating for a larger group. Quick access to the main road and highway. Would definitely stay again.

The house was very nice and well decorated. The deck was very nice with plenty of outdoor seating and a nice grill which we used a lot. Inside the house was very nice with everything you need for your stay. There are a lot of steps as the master bedroom and bath are on the lower level. There was a very nice play area for the kids with lots of toys and the pack and play was nice and we did use it. There is also a high chair which we used. It would have been nice to have a garage door opener during our week long stay, but we just had someone go into the house and open the garage door. all of the appliances were nice. Although we didn't use it much, there is a nice TV in the family room with a DVD Player. There is also a nice game room which we did use with the kids. We had a very nice stay and Antonia was always quick to get back to us. Thanks for a nice stay Antonia!

We stayed for a 4 day / night getaway. The house was just what we wanted w/ 4 bedrooms / baths, game room w/ pool / ping pong table & a bar plus plenty of space on 4 levels. The owners very attentive, helpful & thoughtful.

My family and I really enjoyed this property - the house was very clean, lots of blankets and towels were provided, and the location near downtown truckee was ideal. Overall this is a fantastic property for a ski vacation!

We absolutely loved Chris and Antonia's home! Great location, very easy to get to - even for my ice/snow paranoid Mom. The home is fully stocked - I packed almost every utensil I could think of and never had to use any of them as the home had everything we needed. My 6 year old son loved the play room, as well as the game table (pool and ping pong). The gas stove was super and the hot tub was a hit with everyone. Antonia and Chris were super responsive with any questions we had leading up to and through our stay. I would absolutely stay at the home again - 5 stars for sure!

We rented this home for a family reunion and everyone loved the layout, the game room, and the main kitchen/living room area. We had eight adults and everyone felt at home. The decor is tasteful, the kitchen is well-stocked, the owner is responsive, and the hot tub and views were an added bonus. We'll definitely rent again!

My family of 10 met here for a ski trip to Northstar in January. We found the cabin to be very spacious with a well-equipped kitchen and very comfortable beds. The cabin was exceptionally clean. We loved the kids toy closet, basement rec room, and the hot tub. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Over all the house was good. Kitchen well stocked and beautiful views. We loved the game room. The house accommodated us beautifully. The views were lovely. We could not locate the instructions for the living room tv. The BBQ was not clean and the carpets were worn. The right front burner on the stove did not work properly.
