One of the MUSTS at SanDestin is access to a golf cart… We ordered 2 for our stay..
Upon our arrival, we noticed that both carts were not there…
The property owner contacted us and said both were in for repairs and should be delivered that afternoon…
Instead of a repaired cart, our owner delivered a BRAND NEW 6 seater for us to use…
The following day, he also delivered the second 4 seater…
He communicated with us frequently to keep us in the loop…
The entire stay was an incredible experience for us…

The owner, Mr O’Brien, was so helpful & made our stay wonderful!!! The only thing I would recommend that since the house can accommodate 12 people that two 6 seaters golf carts would be available instead of 4 seaters!! Overall, I would stay again & recommend to any large families!! Thx again Mr. O’Brien for everything!!

Property was just as described in listing except that the 2nd golf cart wasn’t available to us due to maintenance or mechanical issues. Owner was honest with me about this and refunded my money, but the second cart would have helped us tremendously as we picked the home due to the listing having that as an option. He was very responsive to a couple of other minor issues as well. Appreciate the communication. Thanks

This house worked perfect for our large group that stayed. All adults had their own room with their own bathroom. The bunk room worked great for our 11 and 8 year old. Having the golf cart was so nice! We didn’t, but I do recommend renting the second one they own if you have a large group. We liked that the resort offered the tram to the beach. I also recommended bringing extra toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. They do supply some, we just needed more. They do also recommend that in the email before checking in. Overall we had a great time and would definitely recommend to friends and family

The Condo was just what we needed. The location was very convenient and supported access extremely well. The owner and his support was helpful and very much appreciated. He has the Mircowave and disposal fixed immediately. So very helpful.

This was an amazing property which included a golf cart! This made getting around the resort very easy. There were 8 of us and there was plenty of room. When we checked in it was spotless and ready for us. Its location on the property was very convenient even catching the tram. We will definitely keep this property at the top of our list for those reasons as well as how easy it was to communicate with James! He is the best host I have had the pleasure of dealing with when it comes to rental properties. He gave us all of the information we needed to make our stay the best! Thanks James!

This is a nice home with plenty of amenities and space. It is inside Sandestin resort with a short walk to Baytowne Wharf Village which has several stores, restaurants and other things to do. My family really enjoyed our time there and the host was super easy to work with. I definitely recommend!

We enjoyed every minute of our stay in this beautiful home. The house is very family friendly and provides multiple beach items. The community is peaceful and has stunning scenery. I highly recommend the use of 2 golf carts for convenience of a larger party. Also, the owner was prompt in answering all of our questions. We will definitely be back to stay here!!!

What an amazing week we have had in your beautiful home. The company I work for used to own a house on Augusta Dr from 1989-2011, and we came every year for family vacation. Our company sold that house in 2011, but we were hooked on Sandestin. Now we come twice to three times a year, every year. Your house was by far the most well stocked, well maintained, and well furnished of any we have ever stayed in. Kudos to you! It was exceptional!!

LOVED this house and resort overall. So much to do and see and the beach is gorgeous. We ended up going to Dune Allen Beach, which was far less crowded. Only things to improve were that the downstairs floor didn’t seem to be swept when we arrived. The pool was beautiful but wish it wasn’t heated. Would love to come back to this house. It had every amenity and thing to make our stay more comfortable and the owner was very communicative and the golf carts were a real hit!

This property was Excellent in every way. Everything was clean, the check-in process was extremely simple, a golf cart (2 if you pay the extra small fee) was provided for ease of navigating around the neighborhood, and restaurants/shopping were VERY close by. If you are looking for a family friendly vacation spot, THIS IS IT! We will definitely be back again soon.

The house is beautiful, plenty space with lots of seating in the living & dining areas. The kitchen is extremely well supplied. Location is perfect & close to everything. The overflow parking was nearby and always available, as parking rules are very strict. It was great having the golf cart available, everywhere we went was accessible by golf cart, unfortunately the seatbelts were not in the best of condition.
One suggestion…ithe bedding (on all beds) needed attention. The sheets were ill-fitting & would not stay on the beds, some tears, pillows were well worn and flat. However, these small suggestions would not deter us from staying here again. It was the ideal home for our family of 11.
