We have stayed in this complex 4 times now and continue to enjoy it each time. The rental unit was lovely, well stocked and the owners made the process so easy with great communication. This was the first year we were advised that we can park on the property and enjoy the beach until checkin time. Because of this, we got to enjoy the beach a whole extra day. The water and weather were perfect! We will be back.

This condo is truly gorgeous! Total pride of ownership makes this top floor, ocean view condo an AMAZING place to make memories! Ample space, stocked kitchen, and a smooth check-in process. We have stayed in three other Mainsail units and this one is by far the best. As a cherry on top, they provide beach towels which has never been the case in any other condo we've rented. One less thing to pack = happy traveler! We hope to be back next summer!

What a wonderful stay we had. The Condo had everything we needed and more. The views were amazing. Plenty of room for everyone to sit and a bathroom for every room was lovely. Would not hesitate staying again.

This condo is in a great spot on Miramar Beach, our favorite area - close to everything new and upcoming. The property is steps to the beach and easy to get all your beach equipment down. Great views from the living area and master bedroom. This unit is well appointed and actually has the things you will need for your stay - hair dryer, ALL the kitchen items, ICEMAKERS (a great touch), a LARGE TV so you can actually see & enjoy, and more. The layout of this unit is nice because all 3 bedrooms are spread apart from one another allowing better privacy for family members or if you come with friends. The towels were actually soft & plush and smelled good - like home and rare for a rental. To be "nit-picky" the unit smelled bad upon arrival (not the owners fault) so we had to mop a little to get it fresh smelling. The floors were still quite sandy (which I know is hard to get rid of when you live at the beach). We wished there were extra blankets in the rooms, and maybe an extra roll of toilet paper (those little things matter when you're staying for an extended period and you don't have to run to the store for a whole pack when you only need one). The beds & couch were moderately comfortable - not like home (obviously) but we've slept on much worse. The owners did make efforts with mattress toppers and soft sheets which really helps. Jeff was responsive to our questions & suggestions were informative and helpful. We recommend this unit to anyone- it was a lovely stay!

My family stayed here during the second week of October and had a great time! My family consists of 3 children that are 7 years old and younger. The beach (one minute walk), hot tub, and heated pool were essential for the kiddos. Thank goodness for the heated pool, because the other pool was pretty cold. Most people didn’t seem to know about the heated pool, so thanks to Jeff for the heads up. The beach atmosphere was great, the condo was clean, internet worked well, tv had loads of channels, and the condo had all the essentials. We’d definitely come back if we visit Miramar again!

This was the perfect get away for our family to spend the week. Beautifully decorated with breathtaking views of the beach! Jeff was an excellent host and replied promptly when I had questions. Can't wait to visit again!

We enjoyed our stay here, ocean front, steps away from the ocean. The balcony was an amazing. There’s a pool, a kiddie pool, and a hot tub. The resort was clean, and so beautiful! We will be back!

I can not express what a wonderful experience I had staying here. The condo is beautifully decorated and so comfortable!! Our entire family felt at home. Jeff was a dream to work with and was available whenever we had a question. Stay here you will not be disappointed.

Everything was as described by the owners. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything needed in order to cook. There were plenty of beach towels, too. The only issue involved the weak/spotty wifi. We previously stayed at another condo on the property and had weak/spotty wifi there, too. We would stay in this condo again.

We had a fabulous vacation at the Mainsail! Great weather, beautiful white sandy beach with umbrella & chair beach set up that was included with our condo rental. Our condo had a relaxing living space with endless views from the 8th floor. Friendly Mainsail staff and helpful security within the gated community. We are looking forward to our next Destin adventure!

We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful property in the Mainsail on Miramar beach. Jeff was incredibly responsive and the place was so clean - a real gem on the emerald coast!

I can't say enough good things about this condo! It was the perfect size for our family (7 adults). The view was incredible, and the condo was clean and bigger than we expected! There was enough room for everyone to spread out. Jeff was a pleasure to work with and was very responsive with any questions I had. He and Patti even sent a list of local restaurants they recommended and fun things to do. The location was perfect - close to many restaurants and the beach wasn't too crowded. We had a wonderful vacation and will definitely be staying in this rental again!

Very clean and updated property with great hosts. The property was well stocked with everything we needed during our stay. The proximity to the beach was both extremely convenient as well as beautiful! Not a single complaint from us and we are looking forward to visiting again!

Our experience was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we booked until now has been perfect! The owners always replied to my questions In a timely manner. The room was absolutely beautiful with a breathtaking view. We can’t wait to book again next year!

The location is great. The condo is very clean and very nice. The view of the white sandy beach from the couch and on the balcony is beautiful. Condo is set up with everything a family would need to stay. Bring some food and relax. Jeff was always available for any questions we had before arriving. Very prompt responding. The umbrella and chairs was set up every morning on the beach for us. We would happily repeat our vacation here and in same condo. Thanks to all involved to make our vacation go so smooth with no worries.

The location was perfect! The condo was fun for a small group of 6. Walking distance to a few bars and restaurants. We had a few issues with the elevators not working but other than that the condo was wonderful !

Though construction/painting going on above our heads we're grateful for our long-awaited gathering at this nice place!

The condo was just as advertised, clean, and right on the beach. The location was perfect, close to all the necessities, restaurants, and attractions. The beach chairs and umbrella provided were used every day and the beach attendants were very helpful. Our entire family enjoyed the stay. The owner was very helpful with every question or request we had. We simply couldn't have asked for any better communications.

There was excessive construction on the Old 98 entrance and also some enhancements to the Mainsail Property. None of that really affected our stay. Owners are great people.

My family and I loved our stay in this spacious updated three bedroom condo. When you first walk in you are greeted by welcoming beachy decor. The kitchen is well equipped, newly remodeled and very clean. Perfect place to cook and entertain for the evening. We loved the large master bedroom and bathroom, and our children had plenty of room in the other two bedrooms as well. The view is WONDERFUL from the balcony, and getting to the beach is EASY! A quick ride down the elevator, walk over a small bridge and your feet are in the sand. Chair service is available so there is no need to haul your own chairs and umbrellas. (Just bring any toys or floats you may want for the ocean). We walked the beach many days and realized our area was not as crowded as some others – this was a plus!The owners were very quick to respond to any questions we had, supplied us with great local restaurant recommendations, as well as information on the surrounding area. There is a Publix right down the street, huge outlet mall close by (perfect for a rainy day), and a lot to do nearby. We would love to stay here again, and also would recommend it for a great family beach trip.
