Jon and Jocelyn’s cottage is was a perfect spot to escape and relax. Located within easy distance to pop into Sag Harbor and only a short walk from a quiet bay beach which was perfect for enjoy sunsets. Looking forward to another stay.

My older family stayed here during my wedding- they said the house was wonderful and soothing and beautifully kept up. My cousin left a necklace behind and the owners sent it right away- she said “there are good people in the world yet!” - these are some of them!

This house was a little slice of heaven. A perfect location, quiet, beautiful, fantastic backyard. The owners were incredibly helpful and always available. We plan to stay again.

The house and location were perfect for us, and Jon and Jocelyn were great to work with ahead of our trip. Actually, their guide and the well organized house meant we never had to reach out to them for anything. We loved hanging out in the backyard and relaxing in the hot tub after a hard day of vacationing! BTW, as someone who is picky about their mattress... absolutely no complaints! The mattress was comfy, there was plenty of hot water, and Apple TV too! Oh, and you can walk to the nearby beach!!! Can’t wait for our next trip! :)

My husband and I stayed here for 5 lovely weeks with our 3 year old and 6 month old. I cannot recommend it enough for a family beach stay! The location is fantastic and within walking distance to the water from multiple directions. The house was perfect for our family - space to spread out and for our toddler to play, and the kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals best enjoyed on the beautiful deck. Unwinding in the hot tub after a day spent at the beach is heaven! As other reviewers have rightly noted, the house is very well-edited and organized, which makes everything feel more comfortable and easy while you are there. Communication with the owners is a pleasure - they are responsive and thoughtful, and they truly care about you having a great stay. The proximity to the Serene Green farmers market is also a big plus for the most delicious produce!

My husband and I are so grateful for Jocelyn and Jon. Their home is a combination of love, organization, comfort and HOT TUB. The layout is perfect and we had everything we needed to cook everyday and relax under the stars at night. We loved biking to the beach and sitting in the backyard reading at the quiet corner in North Haven. They both communicated so clearly and quickly. Thank you so much!

We rented the cottage for a long thanksgiving weekend and as mentioned by many others, this house exceeded our expectations. It was perfectly sized for our family of 5. It is very tastefully decorated and we enjoyed meals in the very lit kitchen. The kids had a great time in the backyard with the swings. The owners were extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. We are looking forward to coming back again.

This sweet little cottage property is very cute. We (3 adults) stayed for a long weekend in mid-September. After pulling into the ample driveway, you’re greeted by a garden arch with little fairy lights. The backyard and deck were nicely kept, and the house is very clean and thoughtfully appointed. The property is less than a mile walk away from a nice beach, and a 5min drive to Main Street Sag Harbor. We found everything we needed to make breakfast and dinner in the kitchen. It has a good filterless coffee maker and grinder, which was welcome. Bedrooms were good size (one downstairs, two upstairs) and beds were comfortable. We even used the hot tub on the deck, which was clean and easy to operate, though it does take a few hours to heat up from its lowest setting. We’re hoping for the chance to stay again someday!

The house is simple, organized and well-edited. The owners have good taste and clearly put a lot of love into the home. Everything was neat and clean and in good working order. The shed had all the supplies we needed for our beach days. We also enjoyed the bikes which are great for cruising around this peaceful neighborhood. The hot tub made for a fun after-dinner activity. We also appreciated the fact that the decor does not feature personal collections or family photos, so you don't feel like you are in someone else's home.

We had a wonderful week in North Haven. The owners were super responsive and the home had everything we could have ever needed. House is clean, organized and charming! Perfect getaway from the city to spend quality time with the family.

We loved this house! Great deck, wonderful comfy beds, totally fenced in (no deer!), quiet neighborhood close to town and farmstands. Cute little beach a few blocks away and a short (15 min) drive to the ocean. We’d definitrly come back.

A very nice house with all essentials thoughtfully provided. We had perfect weather and enjoyed swimming at the local beach. A good place to relax. There is even a hot tub which must be great on cooler evenings.

This property was amazing and had all of the amenities that suited my family’s lifestyle and visit. The house was charming, clean and the only thing we had to bring was our clothing and food. Location was amazing and our young adult children were able to walk into town and to Long Beach as well as Sunset Beach with the paddleboard available on the property. The owners were amazing to deal with . We will rent this house again!

Wonderful stay in quiet, beautiful area, all necessary amenities. Hosts very helpful and accommodating. Just a few minutes to Sag Harbor village and beaches. Hope to return again!

My family had a lovely time on our week-long vacation in North Haven. Jocelyn's home was just as pictured - plenty of room to spread out, nice furniture and bedding, well-appointed kitchen, etc. The deck and yard are spacious and accessible - and the hot tub was a big hit with my kids! We spent most of our time at the bay beaches and other of our familiar vacation haunts in Sag Harbor and Amagansett. Also, very close to the Shelter Island ferry for a nice afternoon drive....Jocelyn responded immediately to some questions I had and was very responsive. Renting this house was definitely a good decision - sorry we had to leave!!!

We spent wonderful two weeks in this cute house in July/August 2017. Our two kids (4 and 7) enjoyed the wonderful backyard with treehouse, swings, hot tub, vegetable garden and many toys. The house is situated in a very calm side street of North Haven, so the kids were free to play and run around. The beautiful town of Sag Harbor is only a few minutes away by car. We liked having breakfast on the nice deck, where you can spot colourful birds and little chipmunks. The house itself is very clean and organized, the kitchen features everything we could think of. We enjoyed most of our meals on the terrace with the barbecue in heavy use. The owners are super nice and helped us instantly with any request we had. Thank you for a lovely vacation!!! J&O

We recently spent time at this cozy classic home. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit, the owners were very nice and answered all our questions prior to our stay. The home was clean, comfortable and in a great location. The owners provided all the amenities that were very well organized which made our stay most enjoyable. We are looking forward to our vacation next year at this wonderful home.
