This property was the perfect vacation spot! The house has all amenities we needed to feel at home. Pool, fire pit, BBQ and close to Sag harbor town. Truly a gem and Mike the homeowner is a gentleman, and willing to accommodate any request. Book this quick!

This home and experience is highly rated and it lives up to its reputation. The house is immaculate and very well thought out. Its location is great---one mile from town and just a bit longer to the beaches. The pool is clean and kept at a great temperature. Mike is extremely responsive to any and all questions and requests.

This is our second year renting this property and everything was just as good as last year. The owner is very responsive and helpful. He updated some of the furnishings this year and maintains the property very well. Location close to the beach and town cannot be beat. Hope to return again next summer.

I just finished a great vacation at this house with my wife and kids. The house is nice, the pool and yard are fantastic and it's short drive, bike ride or walk into town. It comes well equipped with pool floats, bikes, towels, paper goods, etc. and Michael is a friendly and accommodating host. I 00% recommend this house and would book it again on my next visit to the area.

The property is everything we were looking for to spend a wonderful long weekend in Sag Harbor. The house was very clean, kitchen had all the items we needed, supplied beach and pool towels, bedrooms were very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool so much, temperature of the water was just perfect every day. Michael was very helpful and friendly, we will definitely come back and recommend to all our friends!

We all enjoyed our stay at the house. The house is extremely well kept and Mike is a pleasure to deal with. The house is actually nicer than the pictures! It's very close to town and the beach but the pool is so nice and warm you don't even need the beach. This is our 7th year renting in the Hamptons and everyone agreed this was our best house. Look forward to coming back!

We had a great time . The house was beautiful, Clean and had everything and more we could have needed right there . Mike was very responsive , when questions came up and He Actually met us there as we arrived to show us around and answers questions .. !

This was my second time in this house. I spent some time looking for other houses only because I wanted to spend a longer time in the Hamptons this summer and this house was already booked for some of the weeks I wanted in August. I couldn't find any houses that I trusted would be as good and I'm happy I didn't because I know, in the end, they wouldn't have the same hospitality as Mike, the owner of this wonderful Sag house. He really goes above and beyond and I can't imagine ever renting another house. The pool is wonderful (nice and warm like I like it) and the upkeep is great. The wrap around deck upstairs is wonderful if you need quiet time to read or to look out at the water. The open kitchen/living area makes indoor time easy. We spent most of our time outside: S'mores by the outdoor fireplace, a lawn big enough for the kids to play and we hung out on the deck downstairs. The kids even saw a family of deer walking by a couple of times which was a treat for them. All around, this was a wonder time. The only thing I would have changed was being able to book for a longer period of time. :)

The house was clean, comfortable, and well equipped for a long weekend with four kids. We made a lot of use of the amazing pool and made s’mores in the fire pit. The house is close to town and the beach. The perfect spot for a little getaway.

We throughly enjoyed our stay! A beautiful home with all the amenities anyone might wish for. The pool was our focus and we all enjoyed it everyday. With twin 2 year olds included in the fun we appreciated the security of a fenced in pool! Hoping to return next year.

We had a wonderful time staying at this property which is one of the few in the Hamptons with a fence around the pool area (extra safety for little kids). Location is also very convenient and only a few minutes drive to town and to the beach as well as a nearby playground. Kitchen was very well equipped and had everything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed using the saltwater heated pool and though we ended up not bringing our dog, the property is pet friendly and the pet fee is very reasonable. Would definitely recommend.

We had a great stay at this home. Beyond clean, and set up perfectly upon arrival. Check in/out was easy and the owner was very accessible. The layout of the home was perfect for our family of two adults and two teens. The outdoor fireplace was great and the pool was fantastic. We enjoyed sunsets at the nearby beach and put our kayaks in at the launch around the corner. Look forward to staying again in the future. 5 star stay!

This was our first visit to the Hamptons and it couldn’t have been better. The house was so well equipped, the pool was amazing, and the location made it easy to get all around the island. I highly recommend, and you will appreciate Mike as your host!

Everything was just wonderful. Perfect place to gather with my adult children. Beach nearby, amazing restaurants within 10 minutes. Home had every amenity you could think of. The pool and outdoor fireplace were spectacular.

The home is pure joy. My family came to celebrate my Mother's 70th birthday. The home exceeded our expectations. It is exactly as pictured. Immaculate, great entertaining space, beautiful pool, and close to town. We made some great family memories. Thank you, Michael, who was super responsive to all of our questions and needs!

Super clean. Had everything we could have needed and then some. Even had pool floats! The house itself is awesome, from layout to everything being new and clean and in great working order. Will definitely stay again!
