This is a great property- nicely laid out, private, out of the hub-bub but very close to everything fun, and the pool is great. It does have several small level changes/steps we were not aware of prior to booking but we managed on crutches. We would stay again, mattresses were comfortable but would bring my own pillows next time.

We had 4 guys stay for a late February golf getaway. The home was clean and as represented though it was a bit more worn than the pictures depicted. Had a bit of an issue with the hot tub but the owner responded quickly and took care of the issue. Overall the home worked very well for us.

My family and I loved our stay. The property was just as shown, and close to the entertainment/ attractions! My two children loved the heated pool feature and swam everyday. Our host was very attentive and super easy to communicate with. We give this stay five stars.

This VRBO is by far the BEST PLACE to stay. The enclosed heated pool/hot tub area was really nice even though it was cold outside. The house itself was very clean and had everything you could ever need. We found that the coffee maker wasn't working. The property manager delivered a brand new coffee maker ( Now that's customer service!!). Have already talked to the property manager about staying there again this summer.

My husband daughter and I really enjoyed our stay with a heated pool and hot tub. We took our 3 dogs on our trip to watch our daughter ref in Foley. The house was clean and easy to get into. The yard was very big to let our 3 large dogs to run and play in. Great stay we will return.

Unfortunately I was unable to stay at this property due to an illness in the family. The property owner was very understanding and the rest of my family did stay. They loved the property especially the pool and hot tub. It was very clean and spacious. My family had nothing but great things to say. Thank you!

The property has everything you need or would want. It is very convenient to everything. The property is showing some wear but it just needs some paint.

Everything was great with the house. Exactly as described except it is definitely more than a ten minute drive to beach, probably closer to 30 with traffic.

The property was spacious with five bedrooms and four bathrooms. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances and cookware for cooking and baking. We spent most of our time in the pool area, drinking coffee in the morning on the patio and swimming into the evening. The screened in area around the pool was perfect to keep the mosquitoes away. We enjoyed our stay!

Great layout for a family stay. We loved the house. The utensils and dishes were a wonderful surprise and we did enjoy our stay very much. The pool was perfect and I really liked the location. Would definitely recommend

House accommodates large groups comfortably. Pool is the highlight with plenty of enclosed backyard property for your children or pets to play.

The house was set up nicely with planty of room for our family. The coverd pool was great to have and was enjoyed.

My family of 12 stay was comfortable! Property was convenient to local attractions. Size of driveway was smaller than expected and flooring needs improved as far as quality of craftsmanship. Overall property was perfect for our stay and accommodated my family perfectly.

Property was nice, pool was amazing! Maintenance man was very nice. There were just a few minor issues with the house (such as wifi was in and out, screen door screen was coming off) but none that caused any problems with the comfort of our stay. It was a little further from the beach than expected but that's my fault for not looking more closely at the map. Would recommend for sure for large groups. Nice neighborhood too. Fenced in yard was perfect for the dog to hang outside with us. Made some wonderful memories here. Thank you!

The maintenance man is awesome !! We debated about this review, because we didn’t want to be rude to the owner. However, the front burner on the stove didn’t work. Went to use the oven and the whole hose filled with smoke so we had to spend an hour scrubbing the oven which delayed supper even longer. Then while showering our daughter the shower doors and framing fell in on my child. Super NOT happy with this. Contacted maintenance and he came immediately however lost that shower with our larger family group. The washing machine is louder than a shuttle leaving the Kennedy Space center. The area is quiet and very nice and close to many amenities.

We really enjoyed staying in this home. The layout is great and when I had a small issue with the air I was able to get a maintenance man in there and had it fixed very fast. The kitchen is stocked great we didn’t need for anything and my children loved the pool. Location is perfect.

This house was very nice and in a very quiet neighborhood. My kids absolutely loved the backyard with the tether ball and the pool and hot tub were the biggest hit. Karen was absolutely amazing when I had any issue and responded immediately and handle the issue. I would definitely recommend this property it is right in the middle of everything you would want to do while in Gulf Shores.

The house is a little rough around the edges but was perfect for our stay. It was very clean and the pool/hot tub and yard was just what we were looking for. Location was perfect.

We had a great time & it was nice to have the pool & hot tub for iffy March weather. Some wear & tear on the property & bedding, but it was clean, comfortable & nice for our family to spread out. We were a little tense that we wouldn’t get all the rules right, but I think we did!

We enjoyed the whole area. We usually VRBO in Florida, but couldn't take all of the people anymore. Gulf shores was a great break from all of that hectic! We will come again!

Overall, everyone had an amazing time and there was plenty of room for our party of 12. The house was generally clean and comfortable except that the sheets on at least two of the beds were questionable. Plenty of room for the kids to run around. The pool and hot tub were amazing and no worries of mosquitoes because the pool and patio area are screened. The reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that in addition to the not so clean sheets, I felt uncomfortable from the beginning with all the threats of extra charges if I check in or out early or late, forget to take out trash on pickup day, if there is any evidence of dog hair on couches or bed (paid extra for dog) among other misc charges. After booking and paying (non refundable even though we booked almost 2 months early) then I was given options to pay extra for pets and pool heating. Also, I was given 2 options at checkout. Pay an obscenely large security deposit, or purchase insurance, however the checkout procedures indicated they would charge any extra to the security deposit ( which was significantly lower than the option I was given, which I would have gladly paid) Also, the home was void of all cleaning supplies. Yes they left a few dishwasher tabs and a laundry tab but no dish soap or cleaning spray. There was plenty of toilet paper….yay! The kitchen was better supplied with pots, pans, utensils than my own kitchen but it void of anything else except some salt. The internet provided is very slow. We crashed the router several times trying to stream. Had to limit it to just general use and a few users. Overall, great vacation, and I do not regret choosing this lovely home for our family vacation.
