Very clean place. Great location I was happy with the parking spot and privacy. The host really cares about you being situated and comfortable. I stayed with my pet, who is a lizard. The place is safe for animals, including the backyard.

Communication was excellent. Very hospitable stay! Can’t wait to bring my family to this cottage again. We had an amazing trip thanks to this lovely location and wonderful hosts!

We loved our stay in this unit. We were impressed with the amenities -- thoughtful details for the dogs, nice kitchen appliances, reverse osmosis water, etc. Very responsive host and property manager. Beautiful patio. Located near lots of restaurants. It was very clean and comfortable.

Small but had everything needed. There is a rental in front so parking is shared with another car which can get cramped but it is guaranteed off street parking

We desperately needed a quick getaway from it all and this was the PERFECT place for us all!! I surprised my wife, daughter and our doggy with a Valentine’s Night staycation at this super cute little cottage in Old Town and it was the peaceful, beautiful serenity that we needed!! We cooked in the full kitchen and it everything we needed! We hopped over to Liberty Station for groceries at Vons and then spent the evening listening to music on the TV and just enjoying the place. The backyard area is so cute and our doggy was able to roam freely and safely x they have a BBQ and multiple tables/chairs in the wraparound enclosed backyard/side yard space! Miss Joan was a wonderful host and helped us with anything we needed and communicated with us promptly whenever we had a question or need. She was so loving with our doggy and we all just felt right at home. This place has everything you need if you’re looking for a home away from home. Shower, Washer/Dryer, BBQ, Dishwasher, Cable TV, WIFI, linens, towels, extra pillows/bedding, pots/pans, et al. We can’t wait to get back here for a multiple day/night stay. Just SO cute and wonderful!!! Thanks Y’all!!!!! Love us some Old Town magic. 💚

This cottage was roomy and was centrally located to many city sites and surrounded by restaurants and small shops. Transportation was two blocks away. The manager, Joan, was available & responded immediately to questions. We had a wonderful time and Joan makes it very pet friendly. We will try to return sometime.

Host was very accommodating and nice. Told me about some of the pet friendly restaurants nearby and allowed us to check in early. Cottage was clean and cute. Would definitely stay here again.

Joan was very nice and had the sofa bed all made up for the kids since our flight was signicantly delayed and we were getting in really late. Nice place with nice location. Very easy to get Ubers to anywhere.

San Diego is like our second home, but finding an affordable place where to stay is hard to find, we were very lucky to find this fantastic place in such a beautiful area. Location was perfect, walking distance to Old Town, not to worry about parking and at night very peaceful. Love it, cottage had everything we need and the best Dove went above and beyond to make this trip just perfect. Thank you so much for leaving that fresh water for our lovely dog in such a hot day, he was in heaven. Hopefully we continue going back to your place.

Met Joan on our arrival. She smiles when she talks...THAT is how nice we found her as well. It was like she was welcoming family when dealing with us. We saw her multiple times and she is the perfect host. Its a one bedroom small but so well laid out. It is quaint, welcoming and well equipped. Ac and heat work great. Kitchen is stocked well. The bed is very comfortable. Location = an 11 out of ten.. You are right in the heart of Old town yet it was so quiet. You hear nothing. We loved it and hope to stay again but it is booked a lot. Thank You Joan.

This worked out perfect for us. Came to visit my son so we did not get a car. When we went somewhere he came and picked us up. When we were by ourselves Old Town was nice to walk through. Restaurants are mostly Mexican with a few exceptions. Was some dog hair but she accepts pets. Overall very clean and well stocked. Joan was friendly and very easy to work with. Overall we had a very nice stay.

We would definitely LOVE to stay here again if we ever get back to San Diego! Especially if traveling with our dog. It was perfect! Our Hosts were so kind, helpful and very generous to let us check in early. The place has an adorable little fenced in patio to sit and let the dogs out. And the beds were so comfortable! Even the pull out couch! The sheets, linens and pillows were so soft and cozy. Plus you are in walking distance of Old Town with so many fun restaurants and shops! Thank you sooo much for helping to make this much needed vacation and reunion w/ my son so special! 😊

This cute cottage was just what we wanted for our weekend in San Diego. The location provides easy access for everything Old Town has to offer, including the Transit Station to access the Trolley. The cottage is a good size for a couple; having a full kitchen is very convenient; and the on-site, off-street parking is a great bonus! We will definitely stay here again on future trips!

Very cute, we have two dogs, the yard was a little weedie but with some help from my husband it worked out very nicely , very quiet and if you love old town this is the place, food, shops easy access to all events, the gals are very helpful, we had no need to contact them everything was explained to us upon arrival .

Property was as advertised and in a very central location. Had 4 people and its a smaller cottage but still great for us. Owner was very friendly and great at communicating.

Hidden Gem right Smack Dab in the middle of Old Town SD. Right next to a plethora of amazingly good restaurants that are in walking distance. Very seldom did we use our vehicle because of all the great food nearby. SeaWorld, The San Diego Zoo, & Lego Land were the only places we drove too during our stay & they were very close to the property which was nice. Everything else was in walking distance which made it nice to just walk out & have a night out on the town.The owner Joan was very attentive to our needs & offered early check in which was amazing because we were a family of 6 two adults, two children, & two dogs. Big dogs may I add. Traveling from Phoenix so it was nice to be able to unpack as soon as we arrived in San Diego. The property itself was very cute, clean, & up kept. The private back yard for our doggos was a nice touch. Plus private parking! In old town SD! Super unheard of. If you're looking for a nice spot in Old Town SD to lay your head with your family look no further! I'd definitely bring my family back in the future.

We enjoyed our stay. It is quiet at night. Shops and restaurants are just around the corner. We mostly walked everywhere. The train is just about 3 blocks away too. It was a short drive to the beach. You can catch the tourist trolly just a block away. The fridge kept drinks really cold. The private backyard was perfect for our dogs. They have metal mesh, locking doors on the front and back so you can let the cool breeze in. We felt very safe at this location. There are two private parking spots, one for each cottage. The owner even left flowers for me for Mother's Day and a bowl of water, treats, and beds for the dogs.. <3 Keep in mind this is located in Old Town...hence, older houses. Don't expect high-end, modern hotel living. I think this was better, it felt very homey and we were very happy. We would stay there again.

We typically travel with our dog, this rental was perfect with enclosed back yard/patio and "dog treats" supplied by host. It is walking distance to Old Town and has it's own parking. Definitely would stay again. Thank you Joan

Chose this rental for my trip to SD to check on family member in the hospital. Brought along the 2 dogs. This was a wonderful property: it’s cute, great location in old town itself and central to other SD areas, & it has parking. Fenced yard for the doggies - there were some weeds in the fenced area which would have been nice to have em cut but we managed fine.
